When I purchased the vital care membership, no one told me that the "auto renew" button was only for a yearly renew of a membership. I think I am not the only one that thought that. I turned it off until I was waiting to cancel it because I gave up my pet to a new family in April. The fact that I was still getting charged every month was a disappointment. There was no option on my account where I can turn this off or stop it. I brought it up to customer service and nothing was done. As a customer, being limited to how you can control your own account is a disappointment. The lack of information about a product is worse and I feel like I was being robbed. Paying something I have no control over because they want to keep taking my money out of my account. If I don't pay every month, what happens? it would cancel right? If I don't renew it automatically every year, it would cancel right? Either way I lose my money. As much as I want my money back, it wont happen because this company is a money hungry company!
Desired outcome: Fix your policies, be more informational on your products and give customers more access to their accounts and give back my money that you took from me.
