01/24/2022 -02/11/2022 and ongoing.

Approximately Jan 24. I received a letter stating my mortgage was in foreclosure. I called the office and spoke with a representative and was told I needed to make a minimum payment of $24582.92. I made a payment of $24600 to make the payment to have my loan reinstated. The payment was made on Jan. 26. I then spoke to someone on Feb 7. who stated that everything was ok but the payment I had made did not cover Feb. mortgage payment. Even though at the beginning in Jan I was told the $24582. would cover payments through Feb. and the next payment would be due Mar. The person I spoke on Feb. 7 said that whoever told me that my Feb was included made a mistake. Now mind you I was told at first that I needed to pay approx $26000 to make everything current and that included late payments. I was also told I did not have to pay the late payment to get the loan reinstated and then I could pay them in Feb.

On Feb. 11 after PHH having my money since 26th of Jan I noticed a large deposit in my account. When I checked I noticed it was for $24600. When I called PHH I was told the money was returned because it was not enough. I now have to wait for a new settlement letter to be sent to me (the last one by the way arrived on the day it expired) before I can make a payment. So as of today I have now incurred another late payment.

This company has done this in the past they don't apply payments properly then penalize you.

If you ever get this company assigned to you get away immediately. Find another company.

Desired outcome: I want the company to live by their first assessment of what is due. Not raise the amount. Not the consumers problem because their employee screws up. They need to honor their word.

I've received my Re-modification denial letter with the reasoning the denial. Based on the investigation it was determined, I submitted the correct forms. However, they were late arriving by my lender.

I cannot believe I'm being foreclosed because of the original paper that was submitted. The same signatures and signees were the same forms from the original. No one has sent me a copy to prove that the signature were submitted incorrectly.

I would like to see proof that I submitted the forms incorrectly. I'm reaching out to my Attorney to further investigate the claim.

Hello,

I've receive an email in response of my denial request for a Modification. I'm not clearly understanding why I'm being denied because two signatures which the Notary and the witness(s) signed which we thought we were following the correct procedure/process. I've been in my home for 23 years. And I'm about to lose my home due to a misunderstanding on not following the correct process of filling out a form. And once I returned the forms, I received another denial stating. The 2nd forms were submitted correctly. However, they arrived to late. No one provided me any documentation indicating the form were submitted incorrectly. The 2nd forms that I submitted had the exact information on them and they were correct the 2nd round of submission.

I've made July and August payments on time from the time which the COVID-19 forbearance ended. I emailed their escalation department asking please could someone reconsider looking into my unusual situation.

All the rears that I owe can be placed on the back end of my Mortgage. My intention is not to move so therefore, PHH isn't losing any money from their customer. The mortgage will be paid.

They are literally stealing people homes.

This is a intentional strategic act to try and liquidate the property. I have been monitoring PHH mortgage for the past 3 years and I have caught on to their misconduct. Did your loan transfer to PHH Mortgage sometime around April 2019. Was it previously serviced by Ocwen.

Also it is extremely important that you keep the notice that was attached to the return check. Also you will need to go through your call log history and write down the date and time you spoke to customer service and were given incorrect information. If you do not recall the name of the person you spoke to , you can call PHH and request them to give you the name of the rep you spoke to after providing them with date and time the call was made. If you should have any questions feel free to reach me.
