philippine airlines like a corrupt, i have a problem between my names, my PAL ticket has my middle name while on my passport hasn't... I went in nearest Pal ticketing office and they want me to buy a new one ticket if I couldnt show them a documents like birth certificate... Oh what a ###ing answered, they dont delete names instead of changing a mispelled names... Next time i will never never flight again in PAL... Any one have the same problem with me? My flight going back to SKorea will be next week and Im thinking what is the best solution, as for me paying another new tickets is just like a corrupt, SHame of Philippine Airlines...

The new hand held remote check out is a terrible idea. The employees can barely read the screen and and it is time consuming. Also opens up possible credit card fraud. This may be the final nail in the coffin JCP. They are always changing and customers hate change. Settle down and use you head.

I have an LG800 phone and had a ICE quick dial displayed on cover of the phone then it disapered and three other numbers appeared which I did not add and have tried to have them removed with no luck and add my ICE no back on display. is there any way to remove these unwanted numbers and just have my one ICE back..

Collection notice in the amount of $1098.90. No description on merchandice, copy of invoice. This notice was for money due to another entiiy, but does not say who. Looks like a scam to me, but I would like your opinion. Collection letter from Capital billing Service states account # HIHF47B9.

I also just received a collection notice from Capital Billing Service in the amount of $1098.90. No description either. Looks like Capital Billing Service is real, but actually in Atlanta, Georgia (not LA, CA as the 'invoice' states). I have to assume this is a scam.
