I wouldn't recommend Phones2Pounds. I sent them my iPhone X Max, which was in perfect condition, and they offered me ?223 for it. However, when they received it, they claimed that there was a deep scratch on the front, which was completely false. They then lowered their offer to ?156. I didn't want to go through the trouble of getting my phone back, so I accepted the lower offer. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the payment. I've tried emailing them, but I haven't received a response. I've also tried calling them, but I can't seem to get through to anyone. It's a complete scam.

By the way, did you know that your mobile provider might also buy your phone from you? I remember that 3 used to do that. So, it's worth checking with them first before dealing with shady companies like Phones2Pounds.
