Plumbforce Direct no show

No plumber, no explanation!

Plumforcedirect apparently booked a plumber to come to me between 12 and 2 today. No-one showed up. I called and spoke to Scott who said he'd call the plumber and then call me right back. Forty minutes later I called again as I'd heard nothing. I was told by Sylvie that Scott had gone to lunch! She said she'd call the 'engineer' assigned to me and could see he'd finished his last job and had nothing more booked in (except me?). I told her I'd waited 40 minutes before and please make sure to call me. She promised faithfully. 45 minutes later, I called again. I spoke to Scott again, who presumably had finished his lunch, and he started to make new promises to resolve the situation but I decided I didn't want to wait around any longer and so said I would get someone else to do the job. I'd wasted most of my day.

Plumbforce Direct 5 star service

I am the md of a large property company in london and just wanted to say i have been using plumbforce direct for property repairs for my company over the last 10 years and have always been very impressed with the service they have provided. They have great values and care about there customers.
ps I saved over £2000 on a new boiler install with them compared to British gas.
Great company who will always go the extra mile.

Plumbforce Direct violent cowboys

Used plum force direct to connect a new gas cooker. An Eastern European looking guy turned up (engineer number 313) and as soon as he got in he asked me to sign an invoice for £45 plus vat per half hour and put in my address, silly me I signed straight away without checking the time he wrote down he got to my place, he put down 3pm when in fact it was 3.07pm. He then droped one side of the gas hose on the new cooker and chipped it. He said I needed a bionett to connect the cooker so he had to go and buy one and said it would cost £23.
15 minutes later he arrived with the boinet by now I was a little suspicious of him so I called the shop he said he went to (nuline) and they said that the price for a boinet for a gas cooker is £3, I then made the gas engineer from plumb force direct know and he started getting aggressive so I asked him to leave my property to which he refused to do without getting paid. When I threaten to call the police if he didnt leave he told me to "step outside with him if a was a man" he then bought out some sort of hammer looking tool from his tool box and started f__king and blinding and calling me all sorts of names and threatening to smash my head in. I called up plumb force direct and asked to speak to the manager, a lady called Silvie came to the phone and i made her aware of what had happened and she automatically stared defending her engineer, I told them that I would be getting the police involved and the they had to pay for the damage their engineer had done, they replied by saying that no work was carried out and an invoice wasn't issued so its my word against their engineers. The company is very unprofessional and unhelpful. They have a lot of bad reviews online so Beware OF THESE COWBOYS as I have been left with a damaged cooker that cost me £500.

I have spent 18 months chasing these [censored]. As anyone who has dealt with them and attempted to prosecute them, they only provide a registered address in Mayfair. However, I believe I have now found Stuart Hall's home address and I have now transfered my warrant up to the High Court. They owe me over £1800 and I will take this all the way. I will not allow such disreputable people to operate so long as I can help it. Good luck everyone.

Plumbforce Direct false advertising, unprofessional service

With a boiler (Potterton Suprema 40L, 6 years old) that is failing, searched the internet and called out this company for the repair. Their advertising claims 'So much as one minute late, and we'll give you £25!'. When already half an hour late the engineer called to say they would be late. Arrived 1 hour late, but then claimed that because he had telephoned, the £25 refund did not apply. Then his assessment of the boiler was that the fault could be caused by any of four components. As it had not yet failed completely, he advised waiting until it DID fail completely before troubling them again. Charged the full call out for this and called the service "inspection" on the invoice. I made sure he added detail on the fault I had called them out to repair and that he could not diagnose the problem. Boiler is still not functioning and I must still get it repaired, only now I am £81 poorer. Have complained in writing to the management twice: have received no acknowledgement of my complaint.

Overcharged for a simlle heat sensor repair. They put pressure on you to pay half up front so you are locked in.

They said requires a full service and they didnt do one

Awful company. Complete scam artists

They failed to complete the agreed repairs and then failed to povide the agreed refund claiming that Stuart Hall the company director had overruled the decision. No concept of customer service or professionalism.
