accout playing prividges blocked
dec 23rd i made a withdrawl with direct bank transfer for 300$...the next day i was sure i put in the wrong info because they ask for a sort number on the direct bank transfer page...i told them to cancle it and they wouldnt made me wait until jan 2nd then told me 5 more days ill get my money returned to my pokerstars account i sure enough woke up and read that and lost it...used profanity and got playing privldges banned...at the same time i was emailing them back to apoligise too them for it...i over read the email and it says if i continue to use profanity ill get banned...i already aoligised i also went on since then too apoligise each day they tell me they got my account on urgent to get this straighten out and my player privlidges returned...today i talked to chat same thing they say ill get a response from the team that handles it then i come home from a long day of cutting wood and nothing yet again...i go too talk to live chat its disabled? no email support has emailed me i have no clue how i can withdrawal my 300$ with direct bank transfer giving me a sort number instead of bank transit number instution number and account number and bank im with? i have no clue if they are reopening my player account ive waited a since dec 23rd for my 300$ its now of course back in my pokerstars account but what good is it with false info to withdrawal and banned player privlidges...i continue to be nice too them the nicer i am the worse they treat me in return...not really fair at all.
Desired outcome: have my account reopen player providges returned or just update the direct bank transfer info so i can atleast get my 300$ been waiting since dec 23rd.

Faulty game
Hello. I have written several reviews about this, all of which have been ignored. I think the game Da Vinci Diamonds needs looking into. This game has not paid out in quite a long time. Now I know you are probably going to say that I have been paid, however I don't class what I have already played s payout as if is not profitable. The tiniest amounts have been paid. If there isn't a fault then fair enough, but I would like to know either way. Regards Zoe

Hi there last night (Oct 27)my account was suddenly blocked from Casino and playing privileges' revoked in Poker. This all happened after I now know was a dumb comment in Live Casino Buffalo Blitz saying in chat that was ='using daddies credit card' to get a laugh or something, which Host did. Now after numerous emails and sending in my Verification ID along with a Visa snap shot they replied with we need the first 6 and last 4 digits of ur scanned Visa. I guess I can do this and see what transpires, but I have over $2 grand in there that I can not even withdraw now. I would like a little more insight into this please Pokerstars thanks

Account restricted for no reason, I can't have my money
Suddenly, on the 26th of september I receive a mail that I have been associated with a player they have an issue with. I do not have any clue who this person is, never heard about him. For more then 2 weeks I can not play or withdraw my money. They say I have to have patience while they investigate this. I have been sending all my information, followed every step they asked me to take and yet get no single reply or information about my account. I need my money, but they remain silent. What a scam, I will never ever play again on this crappy site. A loyal customer who did nothing wrong but out of nowhere gets f*cked in the *[censored].

No random card deal
Your site is unbelievable, not even close to random card dealing. No way 4 full house fall within 3 minutes of play. I really believe the other complaints now as I have witnessed myself. I really think the mods are fixing games. I mentioned the word retard and got flagged for language? What planet are you guys from? I would think you are involved in elections as well.
Black Jack
Poker Stars black jack is a total scam. They have to be using a computer program that is set for them to win. Based on black jack strategy and supposed odds of playing black jack online there is no way they are not scamming people. I have logged on and played $50 every night for there black jack promotion. If you lose $50 in the first five hands they will give you back up to $25. Every single night I bet differant amounts for the first five hands and it almost always breaks even. I might get $2.50 back but as soon as the five hands are up I lose every single hand playing perfect black jack strategy untill my money is gone. Same story every night. Someone needs to look into this for it has to be impossible for odds to be this biased.

Unauthorized transaction
I had emailed [protected]@pokerstars regarding a 100usd unauthorized transaction under Stars Douglas GB last Aug 27 which they refused to refund themselves. I have some bit of a problem with my bank so I cannot file a dispute yet. No OTP password was generated which I required from my bank. Also I believe they are not licensed to offer this in the Philippines?

Won’t release despot
I recently deposited $150 from a prepaid visa to my poker stars account. After deposit they froze my account. They asked to me to send drivers license, bank statement, insurance, pay stub and they won't release my money. I have already confirmed account. They are asking me to send in additional documents like utility bill. But the bill is not in my name? They won't release me my money. But they processed my deposit. 10 customer service reps all gave me the same run around.

I have had my account blocked as I asked about the deposit limits I set and they came back and asked for proof of funding and I sent bank statements and payslips and they came back and said I don't earn enough money and have enough savings to play there site! I have a good job plenty of disposable income and I've been a customer there for 12 plus years. This is highly discriminatory and I get nothing back when I try to contact them it is baffling, I need help resolving this issue as I'm certain nobody else is treated like this on there site

I had an account with Pokerstars for a long time, at one point, I accumulated an outstanding balance [protected]) and Pokerstars restricted my access to my account (which is fair). However, a week ago, I paid everything in full and even extra funds to be able to play.
They are not giving me access back and are holding my funds. When I emailed them, they reply back to me with the same email over and over

My PokerStars account was shut down because I told a rep that "all my money was in my account" literally that's why.
Prior to this, my account was suspended for a "Random (yeah right) security check" after the check was complete I was reinstated to play again. 5 minutes later, my account got locked again.
When I messaged them asking why, I started all my money was in my account and I couldn't even withdrawal it out.
Ever since then they kept me locked out.
I have complied with every email they sent me asking for info and answering questions. Over 30 emails back and forth they just KEEP asking me to answer more questions everytime. Clearly they don't want to reinstate it and there's no reason for them to be able to do this!

pokerstars sends me emails to claim platinum elite club weekly rewards play money but when I try to claim them, the message " unable to open the requested link " comes up and I cannot claim the rewards. Where is the problem initiating and how do I fix it?
Stolen coins and game position taken
7 weeks ago playing Jackpot Poker on firetv I leave and come back to game and it said my device was signed out. My game status of 301 and over 6 million coins were taken from me and at first they told me to have patience techs would have it fixed well nothing and its going on 8 weeks. I spend alot of money on this game but I want what is rightfully mine. I've sent several emails and nothing! Can someone do something?

Refunding my deposit
On May 31 I decided to create an account for pokerstars.com, username: sgoudreau1985. After completing the registration I then Deposited $300 Canadian funds via etransfer. Right after the funds showed up into my poker stars account I received an email from pokerstars saying "During a routine review we identified that you have a close relation to the player(s) listed 'cpare__25'". I have replied to them saying I do not know who this person is an this is unprofessional. They then sent me an email saying I can withdrawl the fund once I valadate my account. I replied with an email saying sorry but this is fraud and theft, Pokerstars allowing myself to make a deposit without verifying who I am, then not giving me access to my funds.
I explained to them I am very angry and would like to close my unverified account with my initial deposit they took.
I will attach some emails to this complaint.
