Popeyes Gift card

I received a gift card for Popeyes. I checked the balance on the card to make sure it was activated, before going into the store. When I ordered and went to pay, the gift card was not reading on their machine. The manager came to the front after about 5 minutes of us trying to get the card to swipe. I purchase the following items today (2/29/2024). Classic Blkn chicken combo. The entire food was cold. the chicken was extra salty. I was not able to eat it. I also purchased a child's combo and it was also cold. They gave me the wrong sauce and there was no toy in the bag. The entire meal was so very disappointing. Popeyes 6pc chicken wings (garlic parm)

I got the 6pc Chicken wings on 2/26/24 at 12:30pm. I got these from the Clifton Park, NY location. An hour after I ate them, I became extremely sick and had diarrhea for the entire day afterwards, up until 11:30pm at night. I believe something might be wrong with the fryer oil or the chicken itself, and I’d hate for this to happen to someone else.
