I had an survey coupon for a 2 piece and biscult free with purchase of a large drink. iThe Manager Sophia Chen would not honor it. I ask for white meat. This is the second time in two months I was treated this way. I'm a senior and maybe I need to get the aacp on this or news. I don't want to because I really like the food. The last time I went there it was 3 workers standing around and I handed the cashier my coupon and brought other items. She looked at it then, showed her boss. Another black customer came behind me with a coupon and the cashier took my coupon and relooked at it along with the other person coupon. I think this is racist

chicken strips

I called Popeyes 800 number to discuss an issue at a particular restaurant. I had to talk to a text robot. Issue was never handled. I text back two weeks later about the issue and the bot offered my $5 wtf? Address the issue! The issue was about the North Chicago Popeyes. Been to this store on several occasions since it opened about 4 years ago. The service is terrible- from getting the order correctly; to getting the order in a timely fashion (have left without the order a couple of times); lackadaisical attitudes by staff; inconsistent quality on the chicken. These are the most serious and common complaints that I (and others who live in this area) have experience.
While I really like the food ,in general, I will not be stopping in and supporting it any more!
