Glass barrier separating customer from worker was disgusting looked like red pop had been thrown at it and grease like streaks. The menu board was completely blank. Person taking order was having a hard time Host: Raekwon/20085, Person filling the order was not pleasant, Customer came back to store to ask for a full refund due to the fact her order was wrong and she had to wait an hour to get it unacceptable. The person she expressed the problem to was very short with her and unconcern. I ordered a 12 piece sweet and spicy wings with fries and a 6 piece sweet and spicy wing with red beans and light on rice, didn't get it. I have work in customer service for years and I always believe in treat people the way you want to be treated. I was so disappointed in this store I didn't go back to get my red beans and rice: (. Does your franchise has district mangers or company people that do check in to see who's representing the company's brand name? also bathroom was out of order. No hair nets with the food handlers. I would not recommend.
Desired outcome: Clean store ,menu board working, bathroom, pleasant attitudes, short wait time. coupon for read beans and rice.
