Popeyes - My son hasn't gotten paid for working for you in over a month

My son has worked there for a month and they still haven't paid him... I've reached out to corporate but they are a joke who never reaches out to you... I have now filed a claim with the texas state attorney general's office. I have also filed a claim with the texas workforce commission. I have also filed a complaint with the u.S. Department of labor. My attorney says to give the state a chance to respond and then she will represent me in a criminal labor and wages dispute... I now do not endorse the popeye's brand at all... And their food sucks anyway... But my next step is to wage an all out war on that store and its current indifferent management... Seeing as how popeye's is cowardly ignoring this issue... I will sue them and everyone else involved.

im in seaside california and im supposed to get 340 a monthe and 3oo foordstampsecievied my food stamps but i havent recieved my GA ON MY MY cASH YET it Was suoppese to be there on the 3rd and today is 8th..

Popeyes - 6-2pc, 12 pc missing 3pcs ordering time 8:58 p.m. delivered @ 9:45 Popeyes #13266 order 63 Drive Thru

It was Tue. Feb. 9 @ 8:58 p.m. I ordered 6 - 2pc mild at Drive Thru window and payment at the window with my card being returned the cashier told me I would have a 15 min. wait, and to pull around to the other side of the store and park where the double doors were. After waiting for 20 min. I observe a male worker come outside and sit in his vehicle, door open for 15 min. after which he went back inside and I followed 10 min. later, and ask the cashier where was my order I've been waiting over half and hour. He said I'm sorry I'll help and started to prepare my order. Upon receiving my order I ask where is the manager, the other worker said in the back, I asked him to call the manager to the front so I could speak to him, when the manager approached me he said yes, I said are you the manager he replied yes I am, I explained to him I had made my order long ago and why did I have to come inside and pick up my order and it wasn't ready, he stood silent and speechless, I said o.k. what is your name sir, he replied "Hosea. I asked again can you explain to me why it took almost 47 min waiting outside for my order and I had seen you come outside and sit inside your car and then soon after I went inside and you didn't have my order ready, he said that's none of your business, I asked him for corporate number he handed me a receipt off the counter and said use this. I replied can you write the toll free number down for me and your name please. He responded I don't have to give you my name you come in here loud and hollering at me being demanding, I told him that's not so, I asked you as well as the cashier the same question in the same mild tone. I said your tone towards me changed when I told you that I had seen him outside with his car door open for over 15 min. and asked what is going on here where is my order that you haven't brought to me and I'm still waiting as of now. He responded I'm still not going to give you my name, and I replied that I will be contacting Headquarters about this, he replied many have tried that and I'm still here real nasty. I left went home and discovered I had 3 pcs missing from my order. So disappointed I've be a customer for over 40 yrs never ever experienced this kind of contempt belittlement... so bewildered. Please inspect your managers and regional. Thank-you for your precious time & consideration.

Popeyes - service

I went to your store #13266 @ 2450 SE Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, tx.
I am showing a picture of the rice I received maybe a tablespoon of beans.
Your counter help Yasmine was laying on the counter to take your order.
The Caucasian women in the green shirt was I guess the manager was replenishing items but I had mentioned no sweet tea that was not replaced but something in a medal cup on that table was done she did relieve Yasime to go to the bathroom but took her sweet time. You had a ton of spicy chicken but no mild should of done a better job with spicy and mild chicken. No one had any urgency to get the customer taken care of except the African American man with the thick braid was trying to do everything. I have to give him props he tried to get everyone to do what they were supposed to be doing. Not talking and standing around. I am sure I am not the only person that has said something but I can tell you if you do not get people that want to work and not lay on the counter you are going to be out of business really soon.
