On 9.17.2023 at 8:25 I went to location in Haslet to pick up a doordash order. Store was open till 9. Blond male employee refused to let me in or go thru drive thru to pick up order even though about 10 other cars were in line. Doordash help called to verify and found the boy cancelled the doordash order saying he could not complete it even though he was fulfilling other customers orders. I feel discriminated against bc I was a dasher picking up for one of Popeyes customers. Nobody answered the phone and no voice mail could be left bc their phone is never answered. I pick up from there A LOT but now I will never go back nor will I eat there ever again. People need to know this location discriminates against doordash drivers or me as a person being white female.
Desired outcome: Blond male employee or manager needs terminated for discrimination and/or closing early and fraudulently cancelling a paid customers orders from doordash. It affected MY personal pay. Picture of open location with customers attached.
