PortForward: A Company That Goes Above and Beyond for Its Customers
PortForward is a company that truly cares about its customers. In today's world, where customer service is often lacking, it is refreshing to see a company that goes above and beyond to help its clients.
Tedie, one of the employees at PortForward, is a shining example of this commitment to customer service. When I was having issues with my modem, even after switching to a new service provider and modem, Tedie took the time to set up an appointment with me and research the issue. He even added my modem to the list of supported devices on PortForward's website.
Despite these efforts, I still had some issues with my modem. But Tedie didn't give up. He kindly offered to log in remotely and determine the problem. And, most importantly, he was able to correct the issue.
I highly recommend PortForward and its team of dedicated employees. They provide world-class service and truly care about their customers. Thank you, PortForward, for your commitment to excellence.
Port Forward's Tedie Saved the Day with Exceptional Technical Support!
I've been using Port Forward for a good few years now and it's always been a lifesaver for me. The guides and explanations are written so well that even someone like me, who isn't exactly a tech wizard, can understand them with ease. However, I recently ran into a bit of a snag when I got myself a brand new Asus router. I tried using Port Forward to sort out my issues with the new router, but unfortunately, it wasn't listed as a supported device.
I was a bit worried about contacting technical support because I thought I'd be bombarded with technical jargon that I wouldn't understand. But boy, was I wrong! The person who helped me out, Tedie, was an absolute gem. He guided me through the process with such patience and kindness that I was blown away. We exchanged a few bits of information and before I knew it, my router was added to the list of supported devices and I was back in business.
I can't thank Tedie enough for his help and guidance. He's restored my faith in technical support and I'm so grateful to him for going above and beyond to help me out. If you're ever in need of some technical assistance, I highly recommend giving Port Forward a try. They've got a great team of people working for them who are always willing to lend a helping hand. Thanks again, Tedie! You're a superstar!
Effortless Port Forwarding with PortForward - A Must-Have Software!
I've been using PortForward for a few years now and I gotta say, it's one of the easiest and simplest software out there when it comes to Port Forwarding! You can add ports manually if you want, but I STRONGLY recommend getting the full version of this amazing software or using the 14-day trial. I mean, why wasn't this kind of software around years ago? It would have made entering ports a breeze!
Now, for those who wanna give a false review or say they're scamming, please understand how to use this software properly before jumping to conclusions. For me, seeing and using it is believing it. And if you need help, there are plenty of screenshots to guide you or you can get extra support from the smart and talented staff who are always ready to help. I gotta say, their customer service is brilliant!
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend PortForward to anyone who needs it. Thank you sooo much guys for developing this fantastic software! Excellent work guys, keep up the brilliant work!
Disappointing Experience with PortForward Software: False Claims, Unsupported Router, and Poor Customer Service
I bought the PortForward software because I thought it would help me with some issues I was having with my router. The website made it seem like the software could do things that I couldn't do manually, or that I might have missed. They even said that if the software didn't work, they would remote access my computer and fix the problem for me. I was pretty excited about that, so I went ahead and paid for the software.
At first, everything seemed to be going well. The support team was responsive and helpful. But then I found out that my router wasn't supported by the software. They told me that I could still use the software, but I would need to run it with remote access so they could prepare an error log file. I wasn't thrilled about that, but I went ahead and did it.
Unfortunately, it turned out that the software didn't really do anything that I couldn't do manually. In fact, it just overwrote the changes that I had already made on my router. So my ports were still closed, and I was pretty frustrated. When I contacted the support person (Allen) about it, he told me that the software was just automating things that I could do myself. That was not what I was expecting, based on the website.
To make matters worse, the website also said that they offered a 100% guarantee. So I asked for a refund. Allen told me that "Tedie" would respond when he had a chance. But it's been two weeks now, and I haven't heard anything from Tedie. I've followed up twice, but still no response. I'm pretty disappointed, and I've even filed a complaint with the BBB. I'm also going to contact my credit card company to see if I can get a refund that way.
Overall, I would not recommend PortForward. The website makes it seem like the software can do a lot more than it actually can, and the support team is not very helpful when things go wrong. Plus, the guarantee seems to be pretty meaningless. Save your money and look for a different solution.
PortForward: The Real Deal for Internet Issues - A Review from Japan
So, I gotta tell ya, I live in Japan and let me tell you, it ain't all high-tech and good manners like people think. My wife and I have been dealing with some serious internet issues for the past year and our internet provider has been no help at all. They keep blaming everything under the sun except for their own crappy bandwidth. They keep sending out technicians with new routers, but it's all just a bunch of smoke and mirrors. We've gone through 5 routers in the past year and each time, PortForward has been there to add support for the new router with no extra charge.
Let me tell you, the last router they sent us, a Humax, was a real pain in the butt. But PortForward didn't give up. Tedie spent a total of 6 hours over two days working remotely on my computer to get that dang router configured. I've dealt with customer service from Microsoft, Norton, Acer, Toshiba, and a bunch of others, but no one has ever taken care of me like PortForward.
I'm telling you, if you're having internet issues and need some serious help, PortForward is the way to go. I can recommend them without any hesitation. They're the real deal.
PortForward.com: The Solution to Your Router Troubles
I gotta say, I know a thing or two about IP Cameras. I've installed four of them on different routers, so I'm pretty savvy when it comes to tech stuff. I even build websites for charities, so I'm no slouch when it comes to computers. But when I switched from my trusty TP Link router to a Sagem Livebox 3, I was stumped. I needed to set up Port Forward, but it was anything but easy. That's when I heard about PortForward.com.
I decided to give it a try because they claim that if your router isn't listed, they'll work on it until it is. So I bought the software and, sure enough, my router wasn't listed. All the previous Sagem routers were, but not this one. I contacted PortForward support and talked to a guy named Tedie. He promised me that he would work on supporting my router, and I gotta say, he was true to his word.
Now, I know PortForward has a lot of routers to support, so I had to wait a bit. But Tedie kept me in the loop and assured me that they would fix my issues. They even suggested remotely controlling my PC and router to write the necessary support code. I was a little hesitant at first, but I figured what the heck. And you know what? They were as good as their promise.
Thanks to Tedie and the folks at PortForward.com, my Livebox 3 router is now supported and everything is working like a charm. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. If you're having trouble with your router and need to set up Port Forward, I highly recommend giving PortForward.com a try. They'll work with you until your router is supported, and they'll do it all remotely so you don't have to lift a finger.
PortForward.com Review: The Best Port Forwarding Support I've Ever Had
I've been trying to figure out this port forwarding thing for a long time now, and let me tell you, it's been a real struggle. I've watched countless YouTube videos and talked to random people who claimed to know the steps, but nothing seemed to work. I was about to give up on port forwarding altogether when I stumbled upon PortForward.com.
At first, I was skeptical. I had tried so many different methods and nothing had worked, so why would this be any different? But then I saw that they offered to do it for me, and I thought, "Why not? I've tried everything else."
I have to say, I'm really glad I did. At first, the "Port Forward Network Utilities" didn't seem to work at all. I followed the steps, but it said that the ports were "not open." I was starting to think that I had been scammed. But then, the support team stepped in.
Let me tell you, these guys are amazing. They never stopped helping me until they got it working. They walked me through step by step, asking me questions and being incredibly patient and kind. They found out what was wrong with my port forwarding and fixed it with me. I have to say, this is the best support I've ever had.
And the port forwarding itself? It's top-notch. They have a long list of routers that they support, and they're always updating it. And if they don't support your router, they'll ask you what kind you have and then add support for it. The step-by-step guides are incredibly helpful, and there's even a messaging system so you can talk to the techs directly. They say that they'll reply within 48 hours, but most of the time, it only takes them 6 to 14 minutes.
If you need help with port forwarding or need ports opened, I would highly recommend PortForward.com. It's worth every penny. If I could give it a 10 out of 10, I would, but since stars only go up to 5, I'll have to settle for that. All in all, this is the best thing I've ever gotten for my PC.
Impressive PortForward Program with Some Customer Service Issues
I recently started using PortForward, and I have to say that I am quite impressed with the program itself. It works like a charm, and I have had no issues with it whatsoever. In fact, I would go so far as to say that it is one of the best port forwarding programs out there. If you are having trouble with port forwarding, I would definitely recommend giving PortForward a try.
However, I did have some issues with the customer service. I started off working with Allen, but he was not very helpful. He ended up passing my issue on to Tedie, who I have to say was much better. However, I did have some problems with Tedie as well. For example, I sent him a router screenshot grabber, which is located in the help section, but he didn't seem to read my messages properly. He asked me to send him the screenshots, even though I had already done so. This happened more than once, and it was quite frustrating.
Despite these issues, I would still rate the program itself 5 stars. It really is a great program, and I have had no issues with it. As for Tedie, I would give him 4 1/2 stars. While he did have some issues with reading my messages properly, I know that dealing with customers can be difficult, and I appreciate the effort he put in to help me solve my issue.
Overall, I would definitely recommend PortForward to anyone who is having trouble with port forwarding. It is a great program, and it really does work like a charm. Just be aware that the customer service may not be perfect, but they will do their best to help you out.
Buyer Beware: My Experience with [Software Name] - A Waste of Money
This software is a real doozy, let me tell you. I learned the hard way that it's always a good idea to read reviews before you buy anything. I shelled out $39 for this thing without doing my usual research, and boy do I regret it.
Like a lot of people, I was looking for a quick fix to a techie problem. I needed to log in to my modem, but I didn't know the default login for the manufacturer. Plus, I needed to do some port forwarding. I thought this software would be the answer to my prayers, but boy was I wrong.
First of all, it took me several tries just to get the full version key to work. And even then, the software didn't do what it was supposed to. The Forward Port to Computer feature was completely useless - it didn't do anything at all. And my modem model (TP LINK) wasn't even on the list of supported devices.
The Find Password feature was a joke. It just gave me the default admin login for common manufacturers - which, by the way, probably won't work if you're outside the EU or USA. And the Router Login feature was a total bust - it suggested a URL for me to change my router settings, but the URL was dead.
The Port Finder feature was the icing on the cake. It told me to close the application of the game I was supposedly playing before it could work - but I wasn't playing any game!
I don't think I'll be getting a refund for this garbage software, but if I do, I'll be sure to come back here and let you all know. But honestly, I'm not holding my breath.
Update: Well, color me surprised - the company actually got back to me pretty quickly after I left this review. They refunded my payment and explained that they're a small company working hard to improve their product. I wish them luck, but I won't be using their software again anytime soon.
Scammed by PortForward.com: A Warning to Others
PortForward.com is a website that claims to help users with port forwarding on their computers. However, our experience with the software was not a good one. We tried to do a simple port forward for our business, but the program failed to do so. We followed all the steps that the program asked us to, but it did not work. We then reached out to the company for help, but it was a mess. They kept telling us to hold on, try it now, and that they were working on it. We even asked them to manually port forward our computer and router, but they never responded to our request.
We requested a refund, but the company told us that all sales are final. They did offer to add support for our router and remote admin our computer to get our ports forwarded. They also claimed to offer a 100% guarantee, but we found out that it was not true. We were not able to get a refund from the company, and when we contacted PayPal, they told us that they do not cover software purchases under their buyer protection policy.
We feel scammed by PortForward.com, and we are interested in compiling a list of people who feel the same way. We believe that if we complain, we can get the website shut down. If you have had a similar experience with PortForward.com, please contact us at ***@gmail.com.
We also found out that the website is hosted by an admin whose information can be found at http://www.whois.com/whois/portforward.com. We urge everyone to be aware of this website and not to fall for their false promises.
UPDATE: After our initial review, the company has refunded our owed debt, and we can say that they no longer owe us. We thank them for finally doing the right thing.
Sincerely,
G. G.'s STAR ENDING, LLC

Mixed Experience with PortForward: Great for Simple Setups, Frustrating for Complex Ones
This website, PortForward, might be a good fit for you if you're looking for a straightforward setup with just a router and a simple goal like gaming. However, if you're looking for something more complex, you might have a tough time getting what you need. I personally had a frustrating experience trying to access my security cameras through the web, and despite spending weeks trying to make it work, I had no luck. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a refund either, so it ended up being a waste of money for me.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with PortForward
I was pretty excited to try out PortForward, but unfortunately, I ran into some issues with their customer service. It's like they don't even exist! I was hoping to get some help with my setup, but their messaging system was a total letdown. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone. Even if you manage to get it working, you're basically on your own if something goes wrong down the line. It's a real shame, because I had high hopes for this one.
PortForward Review: Disappointing Software and Terrible Support
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with PortForward. I mean, I shelled out some cash for this software that's supposed to make port forwarding a breeze, but it ended up being a total waste of my time and money. And don't even get me started on the support - it was straight up terrible. I'd send in a ticket and then wait days for a response, only to get zero help actually forwarding my ports.
And let's talk about that money back guarantee, shall we? They advertise it all over the place before you buy the product, but good luck actually getting a refund. It's like they keep it hidden away or something. I mean, come on guys, if you're gonna offer a guarantee, at least make it easy to get your money back.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend PortForward to anyone. Save your time and money and look for a different solution.

Software Review: A Nudge in the Right Direction or a Ripoff?
This here software ain't no magic wand that'll solve all your problems in a jiffy. It's more like a nudge in the right direction. You gotta put up a fight against the stubborn defenses they got in place to get some customer service. And even then, you gotta "work with" one of them tech guys to get your issues sorted. The software by itself ain't worth a hill of beans. But if you got the patience and the time, maybe you'll get lucky and your problem will get fixed. I reckon it'd be a whole lot better if the software just worked like it's supposed to. But in my humble opinion, it's a bit of a ripoff, or maybe even worse.
Disappointing Experience with PortForward: Router Not Listed, Poor Customer Service
I tried to set up my router manually, but it just wasn't working. I reached out to PortForward three times to let them know that my router (Technicolor TC8717T) wasn't listed, but all they did was send me instructions to check my port forward settings. I had to wait for days to get a reply, and I was really hoping that this service would make things easy for me. I thought they would take care of everything, but that wasn't the case.
I explained to them that I couldn't scan my router because it wasn't on their list, but they didn't seem to understand. I was really disappointed with the service I received, and I wish I could get my money back. I didn't get any satisfaction at all from using PortForward.
Unsatisfactory Experience with PortForward.com: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Response
PortForward.com is a website that claims to be able to forward ports, but unfortunately, my experience with them was not satisfactory. I attempted to forward a port, but was unable to do so. I decided to call their help line and spoke with someone who was located on the other side of the globe. I tried my best to communicate with them, but it seemed like they had no idea what I was talking about. I was confused and frustrated, and I thought that maybe I had dialed the wrong number, but that was not the case.
According to their website, PortForward.com guarantees 100% satisfaction or your money back. However, I have sent four emails and left two messages, and I have yet to receive any kind of response. I am still waiting for some kind of contact from them, but it seems like they are not interested in helping me.
Overall, I would not recommend using PortForward.com. Their customer service is lacking, and it seems like they do not care about their customers. If you are looking for a reliable port forwarding service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with PortForward: Failed Promises and Poor Customer Service
This is my first time writing a review, and I have to say, I am not impressed with PortForward. The product claims to do one thing, but it falls short of its promises. I have been trying to open a port for the past week and a half, and I am no closer to getting it to work. On top of that, it takes what seems like 24 hours just to get a response from customer service. It's frustrating to say the least.
I feel like this product is just a gimmick to hold onto your money. I have asked for a refund multiple times, but I have yet to receive one. The website claims that they offer a 100% guarantee, but I have yet to see any evidence of that. I am very disappointed in the service and the product, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of response and the failure to deliver on their promises is unacceptable. I hope that PortForward can improve their product and their customer service in the future. Until then, I will be looking for a different solution to my port forwarding needs.
Disappointing Experience with PortForward: Small Team, Unreliable Product, and No Refund
I gotta say, I stumbled upon this company called PortForward and I was pretty skeptical at first. I mean, they don't even have a phone number or an address listed on their website. But, they claim to have an easy-to-use port forwarding program that can help me out. So, I decided to give it a try.
Unfortunately, my experience with their product was pretty disappointing. It just wasn't ready for the real world, you know? And to make matters worse, there were only three people working for the company. I mean, how can they possibly handle all of their clients with such a small team?
I decided to reach out to them and demand a refund. I mean, I'd rather use my hard-earned money on a company that's actually legit and can handle my needs. But, their long explanation didn't do anything to convince me otherwise. I still feel like they're just a fly-by-night company that's not up to the task of dealing with their clients efficiently.
I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty frustrated with this whole situation. And I'm not gonna stop complaining publicly until I get the refund that I deserve. I mean, if they're gonna advertise a product, they better be able to deliver on their promises.
Disappointing Experience with PortForward: Lack of Support and Shady Business Practices
So, I recently tried out PortForward (portforward.com) to help me with my router issues. I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the experience. My router is made in Mexico and even though I provided all the necessary information, PortForward never added it to their list of "updated" routers. I mean, come on, how hard can it be to add a router to a list?
To make matters worse, two of the programs kept going into trial mode, even after I rebooted my computer and entered my registration info multiple times. I tried communicating with their support team, but they were no help at all. They kept saying I was making progress, but I wasn't seeing any results. And then, as soon as I asked for a refund, their 12/24 hour support suddenly stopped responding to me. Talk about shady business practices.
In the end, I had to resort to using a YouTube video to figure out how to port forward a port. And you know what? It actually worked! But even though I was able to solve my problem without PortForward's help, they still refused to refund my money or even acknowledge my success.
Overall, I would not recommend PortForward to anyone. Their lack of support and shady business practices make them a company to avoid.
Disappointing Experience with PortForward: A Review of the Program and Support
I was really hoping that PortForward would be the solution to my port forwarding problems, but unfortunately, it wasn't. Even though I paid for it, I had to reach out to Support for help. I selected my router from the list of supported routers in the program, but it still didn't recognize it. Support told me that they could add support for my router if I used their tools in the program to help with that.
The first step was to send screen captures of all screens in the router configuration. I did that, but days went by and I was told that my router was more difficult than expected. The next step was to use the PFConfig tool to allow remote login for support to test the router. I set it up, but days went by and I received a message saying that they were still waiting for screen captures. I reminded them that we had moved to the PFConfig tool, and they told me that my problem would be solved soon.
I'm not sure if this program actually works, but I can say that Support was not helpful at all. It's frustrating to pay for a program and then have to jump through hoops just to get it to work. I hope that PortForward can improve their Support in the future so that others don't have to go through the same experience that I did.
Sincerely,
Jane S.
