PoshTots / New Posh order never received

WOW, all I can say is DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER with PoshTots -- they are a SCAM. I purchased an order over $1000 on November 20, 2017, order number 175791. A notice I received after placing my order on the PoshTots website stated that the order would be shipped in 12-14 weeks. Now it's been NINE MONTHS, and I am STILL WAITING on my order! I have been in touch via email with "customer service, " a woman who called herself Julia Levy, for months now. When I have inquired about the status of my order, the responses 'Julia' always gives me are cop-outs like, "I am checking in with the artisans and I will let you know what I find out shortly, " or, "My shipping coordinator said the remaining items should be shipping soon and she will email you the tracking details." Then I receive no follow-up at all from the company. They would truly rather avoid me than refund my money for merchandise they never even sent to me. I cannot believe I purchased anything from this company without checking the other reviews first. Well, lesson learned! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not let this happen to you; DO NOT ORDER FROM POSHTOTS!

PoshTots / New Posh poshtots refund never processed and furniture not received!

Hi. My bank still has not received the credit for this order that was never actually fulfilled by Poshtots. I have sent multiple e-mails without a response at all. I am at the point of taking this issue to my lawyer for further recourse if I do not have a response within the next few days. This is no way to do business and I am very disappointed. Per my last conversation with Jessica at Poshtots, I was told that you have issued the refund, yet it has not appeared. She was aware that I did not want this order fulfilled by Poshtots, as I had discovered that Poshtots never actually placed the order with the artisan that creates the dresser that I had ordered. This was discovered when I made a phone call late February to Poshtots at the time that my order should have been on its way to my home based on a 10-12 week production time. I do not have another 10-12 weeks to wait on this to arrive. I was originally told by Poshtots that there was a production delay and when I asked for more detail and felt I was getting the run around, I reached out to the artisan/vendor for the piece of furniture I had ordered myself. At that point, I was told that Poshtots have not followed through and placed the order with them at all. So, basically, Poshtots took my money and did nothing. I am so aggravated by this series of events. Please let me know how you would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

PoshTots / New Posh Horrible customer service

I am one of those groups of customers who never received their items.
Yes, this is true. No matter how many messages you leave, how many calls you make and how often you email them, all of your actions will be useless, because no one cares out there.
They don't communicate to customers, don't resolve anything, and what's more important they don't ship items. Moreover, these people are good at making excuses, but that's all. It's the biggest disappointment about this company.

PoshTots / New Posh The worst company on earth

People, never order from them. I guarantee, it will your worst experience online.
I bought a сradle from them for my daughter, but it never arrived. Their website states that the items will be delivered in 14-30 calendar days, but it's been over a month and there's still nothing. I'm worried about the money I spend, the cradle was very expensive. I thought that maybe I should cancel it and buy elsewhere, but they refused to do it. Ok, then just deliver my order, what's your problem?
They are the worst. That's all.

PoshTots / New Posh received damaged furniture

I bought from PoshTots owner Brad Newton and Mark Newton off of their Figstores.com online furniture retail business. They have the same poor customer service history with Figstores.com. Please do your research and look up their reviews on yelp, BBB, site jabber, google, pilot online.com... Take your business elsewhere.
We've been fighting to get our money back for over 6 months and just tried to have them served small claims suit documents and they vacated their 2220 Paramount Ave Suite 102 Chesapeake, VA 23320 location.

I received damaged furniture in Dec 2016. Mark and Brad Newton (manager and owner) refused to reimburse us so I posted several 100% honest negative online reviews. Immediately Mark Newton contacted us and said they were ready to come to an amicable resolution. They had us sign a contract that we would remove negative reviews and they would then give us a full refund. I could not remove 2 reviews from scam report and pissedconsumer.com but was told by the Figstores manager Mark Newton that writing a rebuttal was sufficient. Furniture was returned and then the owner Brad Newton went back on his word and said he would not give us a refund because we didn't take these two reviews down. Filed a small claims suit and when the Chesapeake Sheriff's dept attempted to serve them they have vacated the building. They won't return emails or phone calls. Mark Newton the brother and manager says he is no longer working for Fig stores. We lost over $1800 & 6 months of torture dealing with these people. The furniture has been returned and they resell the returned furniture on Craigslist. Filed with BBB and the VA Attorney General. Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy from someone else!

PoshTots / New Posh still no order!

I've ordered a crib from www.poshtots.com in early August and till haven't received it. I have no idea where my order is, and the worst part is that I can't even cancel my order! I tried to contact these guys so many times with no luck getting a reply.
I sent them many messages but they did not reply. I also called their phone number and actually reached someone but they asked me to wait and I was put on hold. After 20 minutes of waiting I was disconnected. I tried again and they did not pick up. I have no idea what to do! I want to cancel my order and get my money back!

PoshTots / New Posh crib came months late in subpar condition

I ordered a crib from Poshtot's website labeled "quick ship." It was supposed to ship in 7 to 10 business days. After 12 business days, I contacted the shipping department and was told by Jessica that the crib wouldn't ship out until the following week. This was the first in what would become a pattern of frustrating conversations with Poshtots. I was told the crib would ship the following week. I called the following week and was told the crib would ship the next week, and repeat. Note that, at no point did anyone from the company contact me to let me know there was a problem. Allegedly, the delay was the manufacturer's fault. Finally, the crib shipped out months after it was to arrive. At this point, my baby had arrived, outgrown her bassinet, and was sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I just unpacked the crib, and not only does it not match the picture on the website, but it was obviously broken and badly mended by the manufacturer. The box and shipping materials were pristine - it was clearly packaged in this condition. To say I'm upset and disappointed is beyond an understatement. I paid for this crib months ago. Poshtots took my money, failed to deliver on a promised product, and waited until I made a nuisance of myself to address my concerns. Now I have a product that is worth nothing like what I paid for it. And what am I going to do now? Package it up, ship it back, and wait for a replacement? At this rate, my baby will be ready for a toddler bed by the time I have a crib for her.

This review is for the Angelina Iron Crib. Note the bar that I've taken pictures of is not even in the picture on the website. For some reason, it seems to have been (badly) attached before the crib was painted.

PoshTots / New Posh horrible company to deal with

I've purchased some baby furniture from www.poshtots.com website and they aid that it usually takes 10 business days to deliver.
Two weeks passed and there was no sign f my order so I called customer service and asked about my order status. They said they needed to check something and asked me to wait. I was put on hold for about 30 minutes and then disconnected. Called again but they did not pick up. I sent them an email asking for a refund but did not receive a reply back.
Horrible company to deal with!

PoshTots / New Posh horrible customer service!!

PoshTots is terrible! They cancelled my order and never even explained the reason. And the worst part is that even though they cancelled my order they did take my money. I contacted their customer service many times and their rep was extremely rude every time I asked about the money! They said that refund will be given, but did not say why and every time I contacted them I felt how annoyed and angry they were! Totally disgusted with PoshTots!

PoshTots / New Posh absolute joke of a company

Very poor customer service. I purchased a crib about three months ago, and received nothing yet. I contacted PoshTots customer support many times and was told that my order was cancelled. I demanded a refund and they agreed. Several weeks later I finally received the crib, but it was not the same crib as I ordered. Strange company, first they cancel my order, then they deliver it. How unprofessional is that! I sent it back and still waiting for who knows what. I have no idea what will receive in the end, the crib I paid for or my money back. But now I'm actually out of $1, 300 and don't know what to expect from them. Do not order from PoshTots.

PoshTots / New Posh no delivery, as well as the seller ignores us

We ordered chair for kid from the company www.poshtots.com. We got the confirmation email, but after that nothing. They haven’t delivered the order and when we called them, their phone was switched off. The worst services and we have no idea how to solve the problem. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

PoshTots / New Posh seller is scammer, and he lied to me all the time

OMG. The company www.poshtots.com is total crap, so better avoid these jerks. We ordered some baby clothes and crib, but we placed the order 3 months ago. These jerks didn’t deliver order on time and at all. After that the manager promised to ship it ASAP, but the situation hasn’t been changed within several weeks. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

PoshTots / New Posh missing crib; horrible customer service

We placed our order on October 18, 2014 for the Gardena Collection Forever Crib in white, toddler rail, and universal rail. Two months later, we still have not received the crib. After one month, I called and emailed to inquire on the status since we had not been updated on whether it had been made or shipped yet, and my calls were never returned. Days later, I was emailed back saying their warehouse had received the crib and that it would be shipped out shortly.

A month later, and still without a crib, I tried calling and emailing again to inquire about the status of our crib, and I was sent a shipping confirmation email. Once it finally was set to deliver via third party delivery services (Watkins-Shepard Trucking and Home Direct), 3 boxes were delivered last week. However, we received duplicate conversion rails and no crib (the duplicate rail had another customer's name and address on the shipping label).

I have been dealing with Mark Newton (the supposed shipping manager/coordinator at Poshtots), and it has been a nightmare. He scolded me for calling this morning to inquire about the status of my crib saying that I needed to wait for him to call me and that I should not have called him. However, after already being charged $1, 300 and not having my crib after two months, I believe I have a right to call and inquire about the location of my crib. Mark Newton claims they are still locating the crib but says it should be to me by the end of the week. This obviously makes no sense - giving me a timeline when they don't even know where the crib is located.

PoshTots / New Posh what a disappointment!

I ordered a bag from this website poshtots.com and assumed it was legitimate. Fake bag arrived and my account was overcharged. Now I cannot get in contact with the website in regards to returning the product and getting my refund. What a disappointment!

Poshtots owner and CEO Brad Newton is the worst businessman on the planet! He and his brother are nothing but scam artists. Whatever you do, shop somewhere else! Very dishonest!

Posh Tots ripped off a bunch of people when they went out of business. They reopened a month or two later and are responding to scam claims. As a former customer, I can assure you the business is shiesty. Any response you see them post is not out of concern for the jilted customer, it's their poor attempt at PR. If you see something you like on their website, search for it elsewhere online. They are a drop ship company which means they have no stock on hand, once you order they order it from the manufacturer. All of their products can be purchased from other, more reliable companies.
