We dropped a package at location 241 Spring Texas on November 1st 2024 which was a Friday. The label was created but the package was not showing any movement or tracking information on the UPS site. We could not open a case with UPS because the package never entered their system.

We contacted Janice & Oliver Croomes at location 241 and were told that the driver did pick it up on Friday and that he sometimes forgets to scan the items. Of course, the package is nowhere to be found in UPS system.
I was told on November 6 (yesterday) the following by Oliver:
"Scott, your package was picked up by UPS. We have it on video. The only option is to open a dispute with the carrier of your package for delivery, UPS.
Thanks
Owner, Oliver"
We then contacted law enforcement today and when the officer inquired about the video, Oliver told them it was no longer available. Even though I asked Oliver to not delete the video, the video is not available. Not to mention Oliver did not even mention the name of the driver who apparently, they know for over 20 years as we were told.
Oliver Croomes and his unprofessionalism is the reason why people prefer to take items directly to the UPS/Fedex stores. He was not helpful and showed disdain towards our lost item and tried to get us to work with UPS. But how can they work with us when they dont have the package?
The video was deleted to cover up a crime. PostNet, Oliver Croomes, and Janice Croomes are fully responsible.
Avoid PostNet generally but especially avoid the Spring Texas PostNet and the Cypress Texas PostNet as they are deceptive.
