Hello, I’m writing this complain following up with my friends complain regarding his ongoing case with Prada. As the original purchaser of the sunglasses I approve of the purchase and acknowledge their authenticity and have sent Marwan the proof of purchase along with the receipt and order number, he also told me that he sent it to you along with a couple of detailed pictures showing the serial number and all of the angles of the sunglasses. all this evidence is more than enough to validate their authenticity and get the support needed from the customer service but marwan said Prada is not willing to help him with this issue even after sending them proof of purchase along with the invoice for the specific item I purchased a lot of sunglasses and when I experience an issue the company helps right away after providing the proof of purchase and the invoice along with the requested pictures and serial number it’s the first time ever I experience something like this from a company that should be treating its customers better than this and I will escalate this case if needed because I know my rights.
