Prada art. sgv732 full length coat

Your Art.SGV732 full length coat / jacket has a red stripe trimming stitched at the bottom of the outer shell, which is cracking and falling apart. Shards of red trimming material are being littered everywhere I walk and sit with this coat. Is this a problem other owners of the same expensive coat are having? I would appreciate a repair or replacement jacket please.

Prada A purse bought in london in 2011

hello, I bought this purse at Prada store in Regents st, London, in 2011 or 2012, and the internal leather is now dilacerating, now the purse is unuseful. can you help me, I would like to repair it, but unfortunatelly I lost the little card, and I love the purse, and I think the problem is with the leather, because I am very careful with the purse, always let it breathe.

Vorrei porre alla vostra attenzione questo reclamo in relazione ad un paio di scarpe Prada comprati dal Prada Store nel Deisgner outlet La Reggia.

Potrete notare dale foto che nonostante il poco utilizzo le scarpe sis ono scucite in modo da renderle inutilizzabili.

In effetti avevamo comprato due paia, questo in questione ed un altro in color chiaro. Fortunatamente l’altro non ha presentato problem mentre questo si e’ scucito ai primi usi.

Vorrei gentilmente chiedervi di considerare un rimpiazzo oopure una note di credito.

Prada Prada sunglasses

I'm a really careful person regarding sunglasses and now I feel very disappointed and want my money back or product replaced.
Lens coating is peeling off, I've never seen this before.

Prada Sunglasses

Having been a keen Prada supporter I am shocked at the service received in terms of a fault repair on my sunglasses. In fact, no repair was attempted as the fault was found to be caused by owner? I find this rather strange as the lens coating is peeling away form under the frames itself. When this "peeling" began, of course I put them away as they looked "cheap" and would even go as far to say that they looked like a rip-off pair..fake. I put these in my cars glovebox and coincidently they received a scratch from rolling around. Now they are scratched, peeling and the nose piece has come off as well.
In terms of quality I feel that Prada could insist that they are repaired to factory standards again and once again make a Prada owner proud to ware and present the quality brand that they so keenly portray.
I would welcome and email or any correspondence from Prada regarding this before social media becomes the way forward.

Prada Black shiny sneakers. Mens size 12

I purchased a pair of mens size 12 black shiny sneakers for my son at the cost of 420 dollars. I purchased them just over one year ago at woodbury commons. A month ago my son showed them to me as he can no longer wear them. I was shocked, The right sneaker is fine, but the left sneaker is worn on the heel and the shocking part is, the rubber is seperated from the sneaker almost halfway around the back of the sneaker. A definite defect. This is very disappointing as we all love Prada and had trust in your products.

Prada Shoes

I went to a High school graduation and noticed something funny with my Prada shoes. The person sitting next to me also pointed to my shoes and was shocked for what she saw. I was also shocked and amazed. The shoes were literally falling apart. The soles just completely disintegrated as a time bomb had been placed and at a certain date and time it went off causing the soles of this very expensive shoes (both pairs) to came apart. I was saying to myself how is it possible for Prada shoes to self destruct? I decided to take the shoes back to (6/15/16) Neiman Marcus, where I had bought them in the first place. The unfriendly (no greeting as I approached them) staff (a man and woman) told me that there was nothing they could do, as I did not have a receipt. They did not even offer any help except to say "take them to the Prada store". I exited the store and went to Nordstrom which also sells Prada shoes and had the same experience. The gentleman at the counter told me that there is nothing they could do and suggested to take them to Prada. A few of days (6/23/16) later I went to the Prada store at the Beverly Center. I was greeted and helped by Lindsay( The store manager). This is what she offered to solve the self-destructing shoe issue. Mail the shoes to New York and pay the $20 dollar shipping fee. After approximately 8 weeks they would respond with either able or unable to repair. If repair was possible they would charge $200 dollars for the job. I was really extremely disappointed by Prada's policy in making good to a pair of shoes that were practically new and had been worn very little and literally self destruct. I decided to email Prada and briefly explained the problem looking forward to a more positive response from the Prada company, but never got a reply to my email. That is Prada for you. Beware when you buy from Prada, as they do not stand behind their products. I say that based on my own personal and frustrating experience.

Of course Nordstom cannot help! You did not purchase from there. That is like going into another Mexican restaurant demanding a refund for a burrito you had because that restaurant sells burritos too.

Prada Poor quality, overpriced sneakers and prada doesn't back the products.

I bought a pair of these shoes a couple of years ago. They were comfortable and stylish. The problem is Prada's source of the rubber soles. The rubber has begun to crumble and fall apart. I contacted Prada and they said they would repair them for $65. I wasn't thrilled but agreed and dropped them off at the local store. A few weeks later they called me to say the shoes could not be repaired. I knew they couldn't repair them but expected them to replace the shoes. Shoes were in no way worn out or abused. It's purely a matter of an overpriced poor quality product. If you pay nearly $600 for a pair of shoes they should last. I am sure Prada uses similar rubber on their entire line of shoes and handbags. Buyer beware! Overpriced poor quality junk.

Prada bad quality boots

I bought a pair of boots from Prada Istinye Park store in Istanbul on 27th of December. On new year’s night I wore my new boots but before I could even leave the house the zip was broken. 1 week after my purchase I took the boots back to the store. After seeing that the boots were not even worn once they offered to give me a new pair but unfortunately they didn’t have the same size in any of their stores. They said that they can send the boots to Italy for repair or give me a check which I could use in the future.

I told them that I paid 700 Euros and didn’t want any other product or could wait for weeks for repairs. I travel quite frequently and told them that I would want to have a refund as I would be travelling soon to Amsterdam and London so I could purchase from there. I was told that they can’t do refund as it’s against Prada policy. I informed them that according to the law, I legally have a right to ask for refund within 1 month of purchase without any excuse. Her response was more surprising than the incident, she said “when we gave the boots they were in good condition”. What could a person possibly do to a zip of a boot without wearing it? The whole attitude and experience is unacceptable. The sales people in the shop were incapable of handling issues or even a logical discussion. I’m extremely disappointed, the reason I choose to shop from Prada is to get good quality product and service which unfortunately I received none.

I will be filing a complaint to the consumer rights department as well.

bought trial pack of e-cigarettes ... ($14.95) received another unwanted order today (May 23rd) the first order was defective ... do not want more and returning to shipper ... now will have to fight to receive reimbursement for over $100

I've had a very disappointing issue with my Prada eyewear (blistering lenses) and a friend had the same experience. I get absolutely NO reply from any Prada email contact, retail store contact, or phone message.

VERY DISAPPOINTING! Will never purchase Prada again.

Prada Shoes break and no customer service

I purchase a $600+ pair of Prada pumps that broke within 6 months of owning them. I contacted their customer service department, only to be strung along for weeks, being told that my case has been forwarded to the appropriate department. I've attempted multiple times to get an answer, with no luck. Could not be more disappointed in the low level of service for such an expensive product. Don't waste your money!

Two weeks ago I bought a PRADA bag, and unfortunately found a small spot at the bottom of the bag. I went to the store to replace it or clean it...to my surprise the general manager advised me that he can send it to NEW YORK for cleaning but he can't guarantee that it will be cleaned, adding that this process will take two month's to get my bag back. I am so sad and disappointed wasting too much money and no common sense or customer satisfaction. My advise for anyone reading this post that Prada is very parsimonious to their customers, once they take your money good luck if something happen to your purchase.

Prada Scam/Fraud

Hi there, I recently bought 2 leather products on 9th of March 2014 from an online website: http://prada-handbags.us/
I was guaranteed genuine leather Prada(designer) products at a friction price by the online company's consultant, known as "Linda" (email address: [protected]@gmail.com). I paid a few hundred dollars using my debit card online - bought a bag and a wallet. I had also paid USD$35 via Western Union for an expedite shipping. Western Union details: Receiver name: Wan Ming Chen. MTCN: [protected]. Amount: USD$35. Country/State: Guang Dong, China. When I got the package, the items was sent from Hong Kong, not China (I believe the sender could be a middle man): Name: Xiao Xiao Ming. Address: Dong Yuan Luxi Shan Xiao Qu #1133, China, Hong kong. Tel: [protected]. Item: PVC Case. Weight: 500gram. Value: USD$20. I was completely shocked when my package arrived! The products were made of fake leather. And it smells bad. The entire bag and wallet is utterly replicas of the designer brand, "Prada"! I had emailed the online store
the very minute and asked for a full complete refund (their website do state full refund if one is not satisfied with the product/s), but I never hear from them again.I am now very positive that the store sells counterfeits goods. I am also sure I am not the only 1 who got scammed in that sense. I have also emailed to Prada group about this.

Prada WARNING - Do NOT order from them!!!

Do not order anything from this website. They are a SCAM! Nothing is being delivered after payment was made more than 1 week ago! I had sent them numerous emails demanding for my delivery, finally I received an email saying that the bag was handed to EMS for delivery, but was told again 2 days later that the item was out of stock! (?). Requested for a refund but nothing was made and no further news from them. I also discovered that they are not from Hong Kong or USA, but from Bejijing China and they sell fake stuff! Stay away from them and do NOT be fooled by this China Scammer!

I have bought a bag in Hongkong Prada outlet and saw a small label "made in China" in the internal pocket. Why the hell would I pay USD 2000 for a Chinese bag!
If Prada doesn't produce in Italy of Europe this has to be clearly stated.

Hi I just paid for a bag from them and they sent me an email a week ago saying that it has been sent out but I used there tracking number to check, it is not a correct number. Now I think it is a scam. How did you resolve your refund with them? Did it go to criminalized? Thanks a million.

I bought prada spectacle frames in September 2013. The frame broke in December 2013 and it was repaired by the shop. And it has again broken in January. The frame did not last even four months.

My friend buy for me this Prada wallet in exclusive shop in London.I haven't use it .I planned to give it to my bf as a present.But when I saw it, so poor quality! Especial in on the swing...my friend say that when in the shop, the salesperson told him this is the last one and urged him many times, so he haven't checked carefully.i am far away from london, what can I do?!

i thought i was buying a real prada wallet but when i received the wallet aside from being so obviously fake its even faulty so i returned expecting for a refund and after 3 months still waiting for my refund.

Prada CHEAP LEATHER

I was on holidays in the states from Australia in Feb 13..I purchased a Prada Black Hand Bag & Prada Yellow Wallet, cost $2, 500.00. I went to use the handbag & found that the interior of the bag was not stitched! I took it back, the lady was very embarrassed, said that this has never happened before? Yeah right! She took my receipt, in which I never got back. When I got back to Australia in April, I started to use the wallet, in 2weeks I noticed the flaps (where it folds) the leather was SPLITTING & FILTHY? I called Neiman Marcus, as they have my receipt, I was told that someone would be in touch with me in the next couple of days! I gave my my cell # & email. What a lie, as no one has emailed me or contacted me in over a week. The crappiest service ever! The worst Leather & manufacturing I have ever seen! I always buy Gucci, Louis, Chanel...never have a problem with them! I will never recommend anyone to buy from Prada! Just remember PRADA...most of us that have bothered to put this up are actually shoppers. I visit the States at least twice a year, you will never see me in your store ever again! I will also never be shopping at Neiman Marcus, which is a shame! Your loss as I am a big spender!

Prada Poor customer service

I went into your store on 28th of November this year with great expectation of shopping there. I was very excited as this was my first time in Singapore and I had been told so much about our store.The first thing I notice on entering was that the staff ignored me when I asked for assistance I got none, when asked for the third time a lady begrudgingly came over to me, I asked for a price on the perfume (something I feel is not done in your store) she took the perfume from me and returned with a price she then put it back on the table without even asking if I would like to purchase it, she then walked off. I have never been treated so badly and made to feel that I was not worthy to be in your store. I left without buying anything she made me feel like I was beneath her, all I can say is never judge a book by its cover.Yes I was on holidays and yes I was dressed casually, (not like a bum though) she needs to remember that she is just retail employee and I wish I had said that to her because if she works on commission then she lost a big sale. I have been pondering over this since it happened and feel I needed to write to someone about how your staff treat customers that they prejudge. Prada Horrible Shoes

Horrible Prada Shoes quality. Priced at $400+ a pop, you can see the quality of the shoes. Not even any disclaimer of the material of the shoes, this is over $1, 000 down the drain. I have checked with Prada and they only told me about the nature of the materials used in the shoes and that it happens, that's it. Take it from me, better take your money and buy some other brands, I have Gucci, Ferragamo, Bally shoes and they all lasted even 10+ years.

Prada Horrible Product and Terrible Customer Service

The NY customer service at Prada is horrible! First of all, the representative answered the phone with out saying "Thank you for calling Prada, this is Melissa", nope just "Prada". Who really wants to speak to someone with out knowing their name, it's just rude and impersonal. I called to request assistance fixing the zipper on my Prada purse, which is only a year old, and barely used. The representative said "take it the store and request the purse be sent to the repair lab, there is a cost involved". I inquired about the cost and why would a cost be associated for a bad product and Melissa stated " well you can discuss that with the GM of the store, but there is a cost associated and most people want to know that." I asked if she knew the cost range and she stated " I don't deal with the repair lab and I don't know the repair costs." How in the world is that informative to a client? I will never purchase a Prada again, horrible service all around. First the purse falls apart and then the customer service stinks! I'm keeping my money in Gucci and Louis Vuitton. Good bye Prada!

Prada tax refund

I went to Prada today for the third time. They insisted that the only
tax back policy they have is through Global something.

According to Italian law, stores must either return 21% IVA to
the customer or remove the tax from the purchase price in
the first place, because the customer does not owe that
money to the government. So that is the customer's money.

Global something only refunds 12% (not 21%) and you still have
to fill out the form and get it stamped at the airport.

American Express also only gives a smaller percentage, not
21%, but at least they give you tax back immediately at
their office in Piazza di Spagna, not at the airport.

Prada refuses to process refund through the Italian customs,
so the customer is forced to deal with Global (I forget the name).
They keep the money and they don't even offer a service.

At this point, I don't want to buy anything in Italy. The
Italian government created this situation. I can't allow
myself to be taken in like this.

Prada Poor quality shoes and zero customer service

On two occasions, I have bought Prada loafers and they have been of a very poor quality. With the first pair, the insole was completely ruined and falling out after a few wears. I took them back to the store and the assistant said there is nothing they can do, and the damage is normal! They could send them back to Italy (a 4-6 week wait), but the assistant said it was very unlikely that they could do anything. With the second pair, the stitching came apart after a few wears. This time I decided to have them sent to Italy, as I did not want to lose money on yet another pair of sub-standard Prada shoes. I elected to have them REPLACED with a new pair and delivered to my WORK address, and requested a phonecall when they were being dispatched.
After about 6 weeks of hearing nothing, I called Prada to find out what happened to my shoes, they said that they had been delivered to me weeks ago! I repeatedely called the store, but nobody ever picked up - this went on for a week. But after a few very angry emails, they decided to speak to me. They implied that I was lying when I said I had not received my shoes, questioned the names of the people that live in my household to try to match it to the signatory's name on the parcel (as if I don't know who I live with!). They also said that their couriers would never leave the parcel with anyone else apart from me, as Prada is a very important contract and it is against protocol. These discussions went on for 3 days! It turned out that they had delivered them to my HOME address and, as I was at work, had left them with a neighbour. When I opened the box, they had REPAIRED the shoes, not replaced them as requested. While I am happy that at least something was done, it certainly was not worth all the extra hassle, effort, and phonecalls, and what is the point of giving the customer choices if their requests are not followed? The store assistant never every apologised or changed her accusatory tone, even after she found out that what she had told me was rubbish, and that I wasn't actually lying. I wanted to write a formal complaint, but of course they have no complaints procedure or any complaints contact whatsoever!
This is a terrible company, with no comeback if something goes wrong. They have absolutely ZERO customer service, and if you are lucky enough to get through to them somehow, they are simply rude and obnoxious.
I certainly will never buy anything from Prada ever again, and will spend my money elsewhere.

I too have lots of Prada shoes. I bought a pair and I actually haven't worn it since my purchase, yes the perils of a ton of shoes. When I wore it though which was after a year, it was a shoe with a button. I just walked in it for under an hour and the button popped loose. I messaged them as I was busy to go to their stores in VA. The email response was quick but then bouncing the email to the assigned department they said would take about a week. Not good in my book. Burberry.com as well as Burberry retail stores offer excellent customer service. To think Prada is one of the most coveted brand in shoes and bags but as to wearability? Burberry, Gucci and YSL for me. Prada is just for show or short walks. I try to avoid the brand when I can but buy when I truly like the design. I hope they get back to me soon.
