They did not deliver my order as promised and they failed to communicate with me in regard to this. I had to follow up with them multiple times only to find out that the wanted a copy of my credit card which they failed to communicate! My corporate gift was not delivered as promised, and their customer service people treated me poorly. They are a complete scam and they have a terrible service! Stay away from them.
Hi, same thing for me. I ordered flowers for the birthday of my best friend, and I mentioned that she has to be called before the delivery. No one called her, and the flowers were left in front of the door, thrown in the humidity, and there was no surprise. And now, I have to fight with them for the refund, as there was no service provided, only thrown flowers. In their terms and conditions they say that they always call the recipient, which is not true ! NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE, it's a complete lie
