THE ONLINE ORDER, FOR FLOWER DELIVERY I PAID FOR, WAS NOT DELIVERED. THE ORDER WAS PLACED 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE, AND THE DAY i ORDERED IT THE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH ON MY CREDIT CARD, AND I RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT FROM PREMIUMFLORIST.COM
THE WEBSITE IS MISLEADING, THE CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS ON THE WEBSITE IS INACCURATE/NON EXISTING, AND CUSTOMERS' SENSITIVE PRIVATE INFORMATION IS REQUESTED DURING THE TRANSACTION, BUT POSSIBLY BREACHED AND POSSIBLY SUBJECT TO FRAUD AND IDENTITY THEFT. THE NON DELIVERY REASON THAT THE STAFF OF PREMIUM FLORIST GAVE ME OVER THE PHONE, IS NOT ON THE WEBSITE, AND SHE TOLD ME THEY DON'T DELIVER TO STUDENTS AND UNIVERSITIES. IT'S RIDICULOUS, AND THE ADDRESS AND INSTRUCTIONS ON MY ORDER IS ACCURATE, EASY TO FOLLOW, THERE'S 27 LICENSED FLORISTS AND A POPULATION OF 180 000 IN THE CITY OF DELIVERY. THERE'S ONLY THREE RESTRICTIONS ON THEIR WEBSITE, SAYING "WE DO NOT DELIVER IN P.O. BOXES, AIRPORTS, AND RURAL AREAS.
THE VERISIGN LOGO AND OTHER FEATURES ON THE WEBSITE SEEMS QUESTIONABLE. FOR SSOME REASON THIS WEBSITE'S ATTEMPT TO UPLOAD PDF PROOF FAILED.

They did not deliver my order as promised and they failed to communicate with me in regard to this. I had to follow up with them multiple times only to find out that the wanted a copy of my credit card which they failed to communicate! They are a complete scam and they have terrible service! Stay away from them.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! We ordered some flowers, a box of chocolates and a card to be delivered to Copenhagen Admiral Hotel (Denmark) as a wedding gift.
However, the recipients never got the order, neither on the day of their wedding nor the next morning. The order was paid in full two weeks prior to the date
We sent a few emails with questions regarding the order but did not receive any response at all. One email address returned as 'not existing'.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day and they confirmed it. Then they didnt deliver on that day and I emailed them to discuss why it wasnt deliver and ask for a refund.

They did not respond and they have no phone number. I requested my bank to stop the payment because the service was not provided as they clearly forgot about the delivery. They then delivered wilting, dying flowers the next day without contacting me and began demanding payment.

They said they will come to the house and demand payment from the recipients. They harass, lie, and dont care about customer service

This company hires 3rd parties to do their deliveries and those people aren’t very customers service oriented. They kept my money after not delivering the product and gave me the run around of why they wouldn’t refund me my money. This people are a bunch of thieves and their policies are ridiculous. Horrible experience

This company is absolutely terrible. They did not deliver my flowers and i requested the delivery days in advance. A week later they were saying that they would deliver the next week. They have only one representative named olivia who handles the customer service. Her service is subpar at best. They request sensitive credit card info from you after confirming your order and send the confirmation email. It is my belief it is a scam to get identity info. Do not use.

Paid for delivery to legitimate address in Bucaramanga Colombia. They kept the money 76.00 US and did nothing. They need to be boycotted by everyone. They are liars and thieves. PLEASE NO ONE EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEY HAVE NO FLOWERS OR ANY OTHER SERVICES.
