Defective and dangerous rocking chairs
I bought 8 rocking chairs. 4 of the 8 backs have snapped off the chair base. This company refuses to credit me for these chairs because I can not send back to company. The cost of sending back the useless briken chairs will cost me more than their actual value. I did this company a favor by pointing out the defect. I'm sure there is a long list of customers with the exact same issue.
Recommendation: Be careful buying products from this company. Look elsewhere.
