I contacted this company on April 10th for help. My computer was running slow and wouldn't update. I paid them$604.65 for support and software. Then contacted them on 5-09-18 and stated nothing would work. Contacted again on 06-04-18 and told them computer was still not working. Nothing they had done had helped. They wanted more money for more software. I stated that I wanted my money back and that I was reporting their company.

I was passed on to Premium Techie Support via a three (3) driver repair software $30 CDN (all paym'ts in USD). PTS showed me 7 IP addresses that had tried to hack me and over 60% of my drivers outdated and not working...I paid $472.95 USD. I then rec'd a call the next day or two from someone claiming to be from PTS and connected to my computer and then had me fill out 'refund form' that included name, address, ph, card # etc. I didn't feel right so stopped their connection...too late though as they tried to debit my visa debit for $360. I have been guaranteed a full refund within 7 business days...my bank has listed them as fraudulent

Can you tell me what company name charges appeared under for them? I think I have encountered the same people.
