internet services and antivirus software
On Oct 12, 2018 I was having issues with my printer. While online with HP, a box popped up to help me. I thought it was HP support. It turned out it was Premuim Techie Support. They said I had several issues with my computer and they could help. They charged a fee of $499. to put on an adware and antivirus software. Then they told me I needed this protection on all my computers and phones as well. For another $375. I could get lifetime support with them. Today they called and told me my IP address has been hacked by someone in Russia. They said all my computers and phones were at risk of being hacked. They wanted me to go buy Google Pay Gift cards to pay them $500. in either $50. (10 cards) increments or $100. increments (5 cards). They said tell them they are for personal use, not business because they charge a 35% tax on them if they are for business. They said some other things that just sounded fishy to me. I called my Internet provider, they did a scan on my acct for any suspicious activity or access, there was none. These people have been calling and texting me multiple times a day to solicit for more services due to issues they claim exsists. I have had to have my computer completely wiped and all the software reinstalled due to all the things they downloaded on my computer. Please stop these people.

I contacted this company on April 10th for help. My computer was running slow and wouldn't update. I paid them$604.65 for support and software. Then contacted them on 5-09-18 and stated nothing would work. Contacted again on 06-04-18 and told them computer was still not working. Nothing they had done had helped. They wanted more money for more software. I stated that I wanted my money back and that I was reporting their company.

I just (foolishly) allowed these crooks access to my computer and experienced a similar disaster. Before I got out of the "remote session" they had stolen approx. $1500. in multiple ZELLE transactions. My financial institution recognized these transactions as fraud and cancelled my acct causing a lot of trouble to get reinstated.If I am ever contacted by these folks again, I'll do my level best to see the guy lose his job and return to on the street snake charming.
