I bought the newest coffee maker and it like, totally peeled off all the coat from inside, like everything came off! I only used distilled water, you know? Also, I got the fruit bowl and within a month of using it, it started to get all flimsy. I noticed there was this screw that wouldn't stay tight anymore. And oh my Lord, the long skillet, it didn't even hold up after 4 uses! The cutlery's non-stick coat started coming off too, like when I went to check the warranty, it said they won't replace it if you don't use it properly. I don't even know what that means, like if you don't use it or something? Ugh, never again.

I contacted my bank and resolved the issue, but Princess House didn't respond to confirm it wasn't fraudulent. So I called them to find out what was taking so long, and after 3 WEEKS, I ended up paying with a different card. The total amount was over $700! I sent the money to the consultant, and she shipped the most expensive items to herself and the rest to my house. The consultant said she would drop off my order on the weekend, but it actually arrived on MONDAY! It's just ridiculous. The consultant and Princess House are a complete joke. Not only that, but the consultant rushed us to pay within the layaway time.

I ordered 2 pans from Princess House, Inc. around Christmas on 12/25. They didn't send me an email with a tracking number, so I emailed them and they said it would take 10-15 days to process and deliver my order. I received 1 of the pans I ordered on 1/14. I emailed them to ask about the other pan and they said it was on back order. It's now 3/1 and I still haven't received my second pan. Their service is terrible, and I've been on hold on the phone for 1.5 hours and still waiting. This company doesn't deserve my business. They didn't offer any solutions or incentives for me to remain a customer. They could have at least sent me a similar pan or given me a discount for future purchases. Nothing was offered. To make matters worse, the pan I did receive isn't worth the price. While waiting, I ended up buying cheap non-stick pans from another brand that are 10 times better and cost much less. Princess House has awful customer service and their products are subpar. If I can't reach the company, I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

My name is concealed, and I wanna tell y'all 'bout PrincessHouse. They sell cookware and small electric appliances, ya know? So, I had a problem with one of their sales consultants, name withheld. I gave her a check for 250 bucks on May 27, 2022, 'cause I wanted to buy this blender that cost 500 bucks with tax and shipping. I was gonna pay the rest on June 15, 2022. But then, a week later, I asked her for proof of my payment, and she told me she used my money to pay her electricity bill! Can ya believe that? I told her I didn't want the blender anymore and asked for my money back. She said she doesn't place orders until the item is fully paid for. So, I reached out to the company to complain. I emailed them proof of the check and even my bank statement, but I redacted all the other amounts except for the 250 bucks that PrincessHouse should focus on. But then, the representative said he needed the original statement with no redactions. I asked the police about it, and they said not to send anything. The representative said my accusations were serious and he needed the statement for the PH legal department. And that's where it ended. It's now June 25, 2022, and I still haven't gotten my money back. So, folks in my situation, be real careful when dealing with PrincessHouse.

I bought two 10-qt skillet pans and one 2-qt casserole from Princess House. After using them for about a year, the non-stick film started coming off. Now my food sticks all the time, even though I don't cook with oils, only cooking sprays if necessary. They falsely advertise these products as long-lasting, but the non-stick film shouldn't be coming off. They claim that if something happens to the products, they will be replaced or the customer will receive a credit to purchase something else. I returned the pans to the Princess House seller, Anita G, in ***. She told me to give her the pans and she would send them to the inspection department at Princess House. On the week of June 3rd, she returned them to me, saying that the inspection department had sent them back and claimed they were not defective. I'm not happy about spending so much money on Princess House products only to find out that they are not guaranteed to be durable and that they cannot be returned. By simply touching the pan surface, one can feel that the non-stick film has come off. I am very unhappy about this. I called the Princess House customer service department and Gabriel told me to contact Anita G and ask her to send the pans back with the complaint letter for a re-evaluation of the products. I sent the complaint letter along with the pans, and they were returned to me in the same condition. I called the Princess House customer service department again, and they were rude at first, but then offered me a 50% discount on the pans, which I was not happy about. I have invested a lot of money in this company, buying expensive pans, cooking utensils, storage containers, silverware, and entire knife sets, only to find out that I can't get the decent customer service that I deserve. It's mind-blowing how this company doesn't consider that people work hard for their money, and if they choose to invest in an expensive product that promises to stand by its guarantee, they should receive good customer service. I did everything right by following the care instructions, but after just a few months of using it, the board split in half and started growing mold. It's totally useless now. I can't even reach the person who sold it to me anymore. These cutting boards are a total mess and not safe to use. I tried reaching out to Princess House directly, but no luck.

They were all used and had cuts on 'em. And to make matters worse, there was a note in Spanish sayin' the customer didn't want 'em. I paid full price for new stuff, not someone else's rejects. I reached out to 'em, but it's been 48 hours and no response. They said they'd get back to me in 24 hours, but nothin'. I'm super disappointed and I'm gonna tell everyone I know and blast 'em on social media for lyin' about their quality.

I got an email from the consultant thankin' me for my purchase on the date of purchase and no more talkin'. I did pay for shippin' direct to my address, 'cause my friend hostin' the party lives several states away. On February 12, 2022, I emailed the Princess House consultant askin' 'bout the status of my order, 'cause you can't easily find info 'bout your order status online at the Princess House website. Several hours later she replied that the thing was back ordered and that my friend should have been able to tell me that as she would have got the info as well. I ain't got no more contact from the consultant or Princess House, nor have I got my thing I paid in full for over 30 days ago. I wanna get my money refunded to my credit card, as soon as possible.

She goes by two different names, and I have screenshots of all our conversations and proof of all the payments I made to her.
