I had a prior bad experience with holiday booking still I got duped by the cons of mypriorityservices. It was my bad decision and hence I am paying for the same. Still I would like to warn others, so that you can avoid the mistake which I did knowingly.
First of all, sales team and customer care teams belong to two different worlds. Sales are con artists to dupe you and customer care is third grade to frustrate you.
Their phone lines are deaf almost all the time. The executives are mostly on leaves or attending functions or attending some other stuff other than performing the job of serving the members of Priority Services.
I took the membership in Sep 15 and it took me around 10 months to get the gym membership that too after running behind them day and night. Big torture.
We kept running behind them to figure out if there are any holiday camps, event passes or cultural activities which they promised, but none ever existed. So a complete frustration.
Lastly we were told that you book a holiday with us and you will have a lifetime experience. Great!
I am really having a lifetime experience. No mercy on us. Same old routine. No one responds to your emails/calls. Most of the time the lines are dead. Execs are on leaves attending friends and relatives. Story goes on ...
My current request is with them from last 3-4 weeks and I was told that the holiday request is confirmed and I will get an email soon with list of places to select from. End result ... no email, staff on leave, phone lines dead ...
Hmmm.
Long story in short ... it is better to book with independent holiday agents rather than these people. We may end up in spending more but the never ending struggle can be avoided.
If you are looking for a great holiday as per their promise and welcome letter wordings... be prepared for a big shock!
The kind of hotels they suggest is no where the class they promise. even if you accept that crap (because of whatever constraints), these people will ensure that you do not get it. they will send one more list, this will be worse than the first one. you will be asked to take it or wash your hands with that year holiday plans. one more thing... be prepared to make infinite calls and in return do not expect response. keep waiting for eternity.
The management does not want to solve any concerns of customers. they deal through customer care only. and the customer care if not at all equipped to sort your issues or concerns. they are just one sided messengers, to transfer the message from management to customers.
This is not at all worth...
Pay a lot before hand and get junk with every instalment. it's better to book online and enjoy as per our choice rather than become a toy in their hands.
As far as I have experienced, the customer care representatives and the manger in bangalore are extremely pathetic people. they do not have minimum ethics and don't know abcd of hospitality. you talk to them and you will know. they are like.. "take it or leave it" attitude. I met another customer at their office, when I asked about their experience, it was similar. no help in holiday booking, no list of hotels for many weeks after the request, provided list of budget hotels while it was promised to provide equivalent to 5* accommodation. list goes on. none of the staff and managers want to commit anything and they do not even want to respond over emails/phones. very much frustrated. on the verge of cancelling my holiday plan... if I just not take up whatever they are offering.
Mr Mrs Jesna : he must me part of Priority team only so only he is praising them otherwise how out of 100 people only one is being benefited and all others are struggling to get in touch with people also. Please dont make people fool bby saying that company is not fraud. They are fraud company you have to agree for the same.

Priority services at bangalore marshalling is a great fraud. dear friends be very careful, in case you are brainwashed by them to take a holiday package. if you visit metro wholesale market, big bazaar etc and if any one ask you to fill a form... please be very careful. these priority services staff are around these stores trying to get people who can become their scape goats. my son had come for a holiday and to our bad luck, we were cornered by these priority services. they pressured my son in such a promising way and we took a holiday package by paying a lac of rupees. they promised us an led tv within 15 days of our agreement. but today it's already 19 days of our payment but we haven't received any membership card as promised. all the contact numbers and the person's are changed. we can't reach any of them. the cartier hotel at marathahalli where priority services had their promotion, is not giving any clear details about them. we came to know the true face of priority services only this evening, when we went through the reviews on google. dear friends be careful about this company. they are using sim which belongs to andra pradesh. if any one has experienced the same situation like us, and were able to get the money refunded, please let us know how and where to lodge the complaint. this company has to be sued and stopped in cheating the people further.
Those of you all who are appreciating the services of Priority Services, are for sure cheaters from the same company. This co.pany is a fraud company cheating people with false assurances and grabbing their money. Dear friends be careful about this company. Don't loose your hard earned money as we did. They are cheaters.

club membership on 06-08-2016 by “Priority Services” through my credit cards.
Their Executive Suresh & Clara Heena (Ph-No – [protected]) when explain
about the membership he assured me that if we pay the full amount i.e
Rs 2, 02, 100/- at one shot we will be getting complimentary benefits
(apart from memebership benifits) such as :
1. Free Dubai Trip of 6D/5N for member & spouse which incuding door
pickup and drop, Visa, return air tickets, lodging and boarding in
five star hotel, all site seeing expenses including the entry fees.
2. Free food coupons worth Rs.3000 for member birthday, Rs.3000/- for
spouse Birthday, Rs3000/- for marriage anniversary.
3. Free Accidental insurrance of 5 laks & 1 lak health insurance for
member & spouse (every year upto memebership expiry.)
4. For members lifetime and for his 3 generation period free Swimming
pool, spa, indoor and outdoor games, gyms (Gold Gym & other gym) for
member & spouse which we can transfer to friends/relatives.
5. AC Marriage Hall capacity of [protected] members, with lighting and
decoration for member & spouse birthday party and marriage anniversary
function. This facility is transferable by the request of the member.
6. Grace period of 2 years i.e (10 years + 2 years).
He assured me that within 10-25 days i will be gitting memebership
kit, insurance documents, health club memebership passes, food
coupens, all tie up details of Gyms, spa, swimming pool,
birthday/marriage function halls, travel confirmation for Dubai as i
have given the date of travel as 23-09-2016.
He has told me that he will be the point of contact for all my
quieries but whenever i am calling his mobile is always saying
switched off.
Even i sent many mails to ‘customercarehyd@mypriorityservices.com’ &
‘cshyd2@mypriorityservices.com’ but there is no replay.
Also I called customercare Hyderabad branch i.e +[protected],
+[protected], but they told they will arrange call back but still
there is no response.
Each time manger name vinod from Bangalore branch he is giving me false date of today and tomorrow each time.
So I have decided to raise a police complaint and then file cheating case in court.

I got call from [protected], priority service located in prime medical center building opposite side of reef mall, dubai. a malayalee person called shajahan (might be made up name) called me to collect my gift. I went attended the 40 minutes boring presentation. they tried hard to convince me but when they asked me about paying 6000 aed. I shouted at them "y u told ticket is free?" they responded back ticket is free but this is special for today offer. I told them I dont want to pay 6000 aed to a company I dont know about. they gave me a fake ticket and my name was handwritten but to avail that ticket I have to pay 500 aed. I have proofs like I have asked my to book a hotel in kodai kanal... and sent 30 days prior information... they didn't booked it and after my 12 days long vacation completes.. they are telling like... what happened is happened... now we are ready to provide services or book hotel room whenever wanted... when I asked for cancellation as they are not able to provide when I asked, they are not agreeing and want me to do whatever I want...
I have proof of each and every mail, whereas I have sent around 7 mails for booking hotel, for none of those, don't have any response. I have taken that mail print and going to place a complaint against them. whoever wants to join with me, please whats app me on [protected]

Nothing comes free. even death comes after paying up. these fake fraud rackets are run by police & cheats. they are hand in glove. if you observe these vultures are just after your money. they play music so that the other couples don't get to hear the fake discounts offered. suddenly they stand up and clap to congratulate even for those who have not taken their membership. best way to treat such scams is by attending their fake presentations and come out by not taking any membership which is really useless.

I had been a victim of this company here in Dubai. I had paid AED 15000, and did not receive any service from them as they promised. I had resolved the case through my bank. I had filled in the dispute form, and in two months I got my money charged back into my credit card. Request all to contact your credit card bank for assistance.
Please note that money paid against these type of services can be charged back.

@aryarajeev, my post is true and I got my money back. My account was with Mashreq Bank, and they had supported me a lot in getting my money back. I had gone through the internet and found this card holder dispute form on the net related to your bank.

Register a card dispute complaint with the bank and you can get the money back.

Hi my name is Roshan, i paid 15000 aed to priority service for the tours and travel packages and they promised that it is for 10 years and we can use their service at any time by sending email request. Unfortunately, we used only once in 2016 that too for India trip. After few month of this India trip one of their person akshay called me and asked whether I want my money back. Since it was only 1 year and I recently did a trip thru them, I said no. Even I tried calling the company number which is not going thru. Guys lets do something to catch hold of these fraud people.
