I had an auto loan with Prizm Financial Company, LLC that I paid off and ended up overpaying by $226.57. I called customer service three times and they said my refund would be processed by 4/1, but as of 4/13, I still haven't received it. When I spoke to Jessica, she was rude and told me I would get my refund when they got to it. I talked to a manager named Cynthia, but nothing was resolved. I also haven't received any documentation that my car is paid off and my loan is closed.

I paid my last payment of 539.88 online. But, I had them schedule a payment earlier that month. I called and verified that they did receive my car payment. I got my title and the company was still trying to take the extra 500 out of my account. I called again and spoke with a representative and she assured me she caught the error and it would be returned back to my account. At the time, the transaction was pending and today I checked my account and they did take the additional 500 dollars out of my account. This is not good because if I called the first time and was told that they saw my payment had already been made then why continue to try to take money from my account. Then I called back again and I was told that they caught it and money was reversed. However, I checked and they did take money out. This is crazy because I needed my money. Also, I did not want a paper check.

I called Prizm Financial Company, LLC 'cause my car note was behind 'cause of the virus. I asked if they could help me out, but they said they couldn't 'cause I was behind. I think they're discriminating against me 'cause of that. I'm tryna catch up on payments, but this crisis is messin' with my income. Other finance companies helped me out, but not Prizm. My car was 167 days past due, but another company took a 120th of a day and put it on the back of the loan. Prizm doesn't wanna do that. Even though the virus just happened, they sent my account to an attorney and wanna take my car. Not cool.

I had some trouble back in [protected] and I talked to my guy Willy at Prizm Financial Company, LLC to see if I could change up my loan. We agreed that I'd pay part of the payment until I got back to full-time work and the rest would go on the back end of the loan. But for those 6 months, Prizm said I missed payments and that messed up my credit score by 60 points. I've been trying to get them to fix it, but they won't budge. And then in April , I traded in my car and the dealership paid off the loan, but Prizm said I missed a payment that month even though the trade-in happened before the payment was due. The dealership even told Prizm about the payoff and included the April payment in the amount. But Prizm's false reporting messed up my credit score again and now I can't buy a new house.

This company never told me nothin' 'bout my account. Every time I thought I was payin' my account, they sent me an email sayin' my account is paid paid paid paid. Then one day, I got an email tellin' me that my car payment was 1006 hundred and some dollars behind and my car is 'bout to get repo. They never contacted me, they never called me, they never said nothin' 'bout they wasn't gettin' their payment. They told me that my checkin' account was blocked, which ain't true 'cause I contacted my bank and my bank said they don't have my account blocked. All of my other bills come out of my checkin' account automatically. I never had a problem with any of my other bills, so I'm not understandin' why they didn't contact me to tell me that they wasn't gettin' my payment until the last minute. And then on top of that, I feel it wasn't my fault, it was their fault, and they caused 93 points to drop on my credit report, and that shouldn't have happened at all. What they done, and then one of the ladies, Jessica, is very rude. She talk crazy to me all the time. I wish you could get the phone conversations, how this woman was talkin' to me. I don't know why she was talkin' like that. I feel she didn't have that right, none whatsoever, and she refused to help me.
