unethical behavior
I am a quadriplegic who leaves home every day, and for the past month or two someone; a roommate, a neighbor using my Wi-Fi address, etc., has been charging pornographic sites to my checking account. I have had every intention of changing my bank account number, and also change Wi-Fi, to prevent this from happening another month. But in the meantime, I have been charged multiple times for visiting sites that I simply did not do myself. So, I would really appreciate and find it fair that I have my money reimbursed. Just today there were six charges of $19.99 and one charge from MBI for$34.97. Something needs to be done for protection!

bad customer service and lies just want your money, also very aggressive
Called 3/4 times, each time the friendly staff got angry and aggress one ever told me he loved it when people where upset with the service. Oh and I'm apparently dumb! Apparently I have 3 accounts on the same website and when I canceled online it didn't go "through" when it said to me we have canceled and be in contact soon but coz I didn't screenshot it's my word against them! Been charged for three accounts on the same website why would I sign up 3 times? I only signed up once then upgraded and then deleted, apparently they got another payment through and the employee was so excited he got it before I cancelled

I paid €1.00 for a one-day trial on an adult content website and now my subscription is renewed without my consent and they have charged me €71.53 without warning and without consent. I want a refound anda they are saying no
I bought a free trial for Brazzers bowever I was not aware of a recurring charge. I asked for a refund but the support rep said no. I am not even able to use the service as it says everything is locked. This is outrageous I paid a for a service I cant even use.
I was billed £24.52 on the 30th March & a further £28.60 on the 31st March. I do not know what these payments are for.
