The ProLicense CAM preparation course was great! It provides so much very valuable information about managing a condo or home owners association. It was easy to progress through. The quizzes were helpful to point out areas that needed a review. The flash cards ProLicense provides to prepare for the state exam are great!

Absolutely the best on the market, this course consist of pre license exam, and exam prep where you can practice as many times you want. This is all you need to pass the state exam. Website is so easy to use and you dont lose info and need to start all over once you start practicing. Absolutely excellent. Highly recommend.

I did a lot of research and was looking for a course to take online that was convenient. I work full time plus me and my wife have 4 kids. I was overthinking it for sometime and finally decided to go ahead and take the Prolicense course. I do recommend for anyone wanting to start their real estate career or any other courses they offer.

I passed the exam today first time! Don't get me wrong, Florida Real Estate Sales Associate test is very hard. Most of you might not pass without study. Definitely it's not as easy as passing your high school test! However, ProLicense course helped me a lot. If you take their course and go through their sample exams, You'll pass the the exam.

The course does a good job at making sure you understand the curriculum before going forward. I noticed there were a few misprints that I alerted customer service about and they responded very quickly and efficiently. The representative, Marc, couldn't be more helpful and apologetic. Nice to know you can easily contact customer support if needed.

What stood out about this course amongst the competition for me was the price! upon starting the course I was a little nervous that I had to read all of the material versus have a teacher student style experience. But I did discover that you can put all of the modules to read out loud if that is easier for you to retain. I recently just passed the state test and I am very thankful for this course!

I work for a Property Management Company in Stuart, FL... I was asked to get my CAM License... I was provided with this website by a co-worker who had just passed his test using this site... I was actually surprised how informative but easy to understand this course was... I passed my pre tests and will start my Exam Prep for my CAM License shortly... I would definitely recommend this site to anyone who intends are acquiring their CAM License.

Purchased the Community Association Manager course and couldn't be happier. The course outline and modules are pretty self explanatory. I'm one that will not contact anyone unless I need help and when I did I received a response in minutes. I am now in the process of completing my application/fingerprints and once application accepted, set a date to take my State exam. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enter into the field.

They claimed they have instructors that will answer any questions you may have. I sent a question to the instructor and never received any reply. I then sent an email to the address they sited and no one answered either. This has been over 3 weeks. I then requested a cancellation of my membership as I was not satisfied with their handling my requests, and no answer either. There's no way to reach them other than the email, what am I supposed to do now? I'm very disappointed.

I am a former officer of my HOA and in the past we have only certified new officers by the self certification method. We are a small self-managed HOA with only 37 owners. The purpose of me taking this course was to be able to better advise new board members and officers based on my passed *** I think this course will assist me in accomplishing my goal. What you don't know is very apparent while taking this course and I highly recommend it for both new and existing officers.

I have used their continuing education courses which makes life so much easier. They turn in the completed hours to DBPR immediately once I completed the course. Having recently arrived in Florida with a goal to enter the Property Management field, I was advised about the CAM as a starting point. Very thorough, great study material; well researched. Now that I am about to take the State Exam, is an opportune time to dig deeper into the hyperlinks with FS references. I do plan to research further training offered by Pro License Institute. Yes! It has been well worth the nominal investment many times over. The course is structured well, very informative and easy to use. The practice materials show you where you do well and where you need more help. You can review as often as you like, download the course materials (for those of us who like a hard copy). There are practice materials that are very real world and challenge you to learn what you need to know. You can't not pass your prerequisite pre-license requirements. It gives you everything you need to pass the state test. Well done!.
