I took an online DSST exam for Introduction to Law Enforcement in late August 2023. I passed the test and received a passing score report. I then tried to have my transcripts sent to my college to receive the course credits. I was told by Prometric customer service that they had sent my transcripts to the "wrong" place within their company and they were working on getting them back. That was 3 months ago, countless emails and phone calls and complaints to the BBB and still no transcripts.
I asked if there was a time frame for the fix and there was not. I asked if they could see my score report and they could. I then simply asked if it could be resent to the correct place and... no answer, just what seems like the same person telling me how frustrated THEY were because apparently this has happened to dozens of other people and I'm at the end of the line of getting this fixed. I don't believe Prometric is actually doing anything about this and instead hopes I just go away.
Claimed loss: The 3 college credits earned by passing the DSST
Desired outcome: I want my transcripts located and sent to my college and an actual person contacting me with an explanation and time frame.
