Veterans Preference Points
I have been emailing and calling about when will I know if my veterans points will be added to my exam score. They can’t even tell me if they received it and processing it. It’s been over a month and nobody knows anything. I took the Ga real estate supplement exam reciprocity on June 3, 2022. It is no way it takes 7-10 weeks to process a score and get it back to someone. Are they going to mail it? Email it? Call me? I already sent in all information via mail to the mailing address on the bottom of exam. They said they sent up a escalation and that takes 1-3 business days then they say it takes 3-5 business days. Which one is it because I still haven’t heard anything about either and I did that almost 2 weeks ago.
Desired outcome: I would like my exam score and veterans points to be processed by now.

Online exam
After spending 3 1/2 hours on 6/26/2022 (7:30 pm to 11pm) trying to launch an exam and talking to tech support, my exam was not released. Tech support verified my laptop was functioning properly and could still not get the proctor to release the exam. Tried to reschedule test for in-person and my test was "closed" and was told they need to review it before I can reschedule even though I provided the ticket/incident numbers to customer service.
Desired outcome: Reschedule test ASAP

Veterans preference points
Sent my paperwork for Veterans Preference Points. Called the customer service number to ask if they have received my documentation. The lady kept saying it would be processed within 8-10 weeks. I was asking if ya'll have received the documentation. Very incompetent worker always dodging my questions. Then when I asked to speak to who she is asking all my questions to she would not allow me. Very upsetting.
Desired outcome: -Acknowledge my paperwork was received for Veterans Preference Points-See if I receive a passing score sooner than 2+ months so I can reschedule to take the test again if not a passing score. Thanks,Ryan
Hello again, I received a email in regards to my question and they asked for information. Gave them the information and sent a couple more emails just to make sure they received the information. I may be over doing it but is it to much to ask for an acknowledgement to make sure they received the information they requested?
Ryan I sent in my paper work in got usps receipt where some one received it on July 2 and July 7. Called yo see if they got it and just like you, I'm told 8 to 10 weeks.

Lack of communication
I’ve been waiting patiently for over a year for a response into taking my exam. I’ve sent my paperwork in multiple times with little to no response. I have emails phone calls dated back over a year ago stating that I’ve been waiting and they continue to ignore me.Ive been sending emails to PSI as well and they blocked my email instead of contacting me.
Desired outcome: I want my license .I’m in tilted to it after the many many times they ignored me. I won’t settle without this being resolved to my benefit.

Racial Discrimination on PSI Online Proctor test- CPPS
I registered for a proctored online CPPS exam (Certificatied Professional in Patient Safety), the exam date is 6/4/2022 at 9 am CT.
I did all the pre-test instructions regarding checking my computer and after that, I was not allowed to start my exam because they are checking and validating and asking me to video my room and I am doing all what they asked for (checking above the desk, below the desk, 360 degree on my room, the 4 walls around me) and this was for 10 times not one or 2 times. This continued from 9-10 am and when I ask when the exam will start I get no answer then they put on LIVE MONITORING from 10am until 10.30 am and all this time I get no response from anyone on how long I should wait or when the exam will start or why I am on live monitor without any exam on!
The exam time passed (11am) and I didn't get my exam. The session was terminated without any communication with me.
I am complaining about the PSI, and the proctor who I don't know who he/she is, and the RACIAL DISCRIMINATION that I had; When they saw me a MUSLIM WOMAN with HIJAB they gave me this

PSI Exams process, support, and clear direction
This is my second round of complaints.
I first took the TN Alarm Company Qualifying Agent exam followed by the TN CCTV Qualifying Agent within a week. Needless to the say the tests are not relatable to this day and age. 15 years in this industry and 30 questions are just shots in the dark. I mean 1 of 4 choices. Later I find them scattered across the internet. No idea where they are listed for actual studying. The test is 110 questions versus what they list as 100.
Their Support basically lied to me twice. Told me I cannot schedule 2 tests in 1 day and I cannot review a test then take the test the same day. I found out today at the testing center that people take 2 tests a day and review them before all the time!
Close this company down immediately.
Desired outcome: PSI owes me a refund for 1 of each of these tests for a total of 280$. They lied and clearly don't know their own process, treating me differently than others is not ok.

Testing Center
Was scheduled to take the Real Estate exam today. Showed up an hour early, watched the workers lock the door and both leave. They never returned and we had to call to find out something was wrong inside building. No sign on door or anything explaining what happened. When all 20 of us called PSI they said oh well we are booked for a month we can't get you in any sooner.
This is so unprofessional and not acceptable.

Was not able to take AWS cloud practitioner exam
I paid the $100 fee and performed the PSI systems check successfully days in advance. I launched the exam 30 prior per PSI instructions. However, I was told that my microphone was not working to their satisfaction. After working with a PSI customer service associate for nearly an hour, I was given a ticket number (2619876) and told they would call me in about 5 business days…. I later checked the microphone on my own that evening via “check microphone” in windows, and it registered when I would snap my fingers. I feel this is a scam. What a gigantic waste of time and money! Can someone advise next steps?

Exam termination
On Monday May 16th at 500 I started my NC Broker exam. A few questions in the exam was terminated due to use of a cell phone. I would like this video to be viewed again before I have to pay $150 again because it clearly shows I don't move my arms from the same spot or my body at all aside from using on screen in test calculator. The proctor even checked under my table and made me move all of my kids drawings and my books from a TV stand far out of my reach which can be seen during my admission process. I was told at first they would give me the ability to reschedule for free but now they say they did prove a mobile device and I had to pay to reschedule. I need this reviewed asap because I am 100% certain there was not a phone used

PSI Score
The passing score is 70 not 77. It said my score is 75. I passed, but you failed me. It’s 77 questions that have to be answered correctly, not a passing score of 77.

Real Estate Sales person
I was scheduled to take this exam May 2022. I work a full-time job. I went online to reschedule due to work schedule. I was told the Ga Real estate commission approves of the policy, that you cannot reschedule, EVEN for a valid reason. This is complete BS.

Proctoring Services
I was scheduled to take my exam, in the information provided one of the forms of identification that could be accepted was a Driver's License. I had lost the card copy and went to my state's DMV and got a replacement. In my state, replacement IDs come on a letter with a formal letterhead. When trying to complete my exam I was told this is not an acceptable form of identification. I then contacted PSI technical support where I spoke to Norielle Emberso. The CSR began getting frustrated with my questions when I explained I did not understand how this identification is acceptable in my state as a legal form for identification but not acceptable to take my exam. Once I noticed the representatives frustration I asked to speak to someone else so that I would not become frustrated with her and she would not complete my request until I screamed at her. Upon speaking to her supervisor I was told that I could take my exam with an expired license. This baffled me because the regulations clearly stated that an expired ID was not acceptable. I feel as if it is unfair for the company to allow others to take a test with an expired license but I was not allowed to complete my exam with valid identification that showed an issue date 3 days prior to my test date (issue date 5/13/2022, test date 5/16/2022). Especially since in my state it is illegal to identify anyone with an expired license but perfectly legal to identify them with a temporary one.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the amount of the test I scheduled and I would like the company to provide clear guidelines that state an expired license may be acceptable for identification and a temporary id is not acceptable.

Testing center and PSI
On May 4th 2022 I went to take my test. I was on time just FYI. I went in and sat on the desk to check in. While I was signing paper work with the lady in the desk and second lady interrupted took my picture and walked away back in side the testing room. I wasn't aware of what was happening. The lady walked back out and went back in again to where the test are taken place. Once the lady from the desk and I were done signing the papers and [lacing my thing in their secured bad I walked into the testing room as I got in front of my computer I notice I was on question one and my time was running on my test. I didn't really think about it and just started to take the test, I was a bit nervous. Anyways I took the test, I had 20 question left and suddenly the test stop and said it ran out of time. Of course after that I was very up set. I had taken this test 2 times before once at the same testing center and the other at a different testing center. Both time no one touched my computer. I entered my social on my own and started the test by my self. I don't understand why that lady went and place my social in the computer and started the test with out me even being in the room. All of this was recorded if their cameras work! I have called PSI on the day off. The person name Bella and Aeron "manager" said they were going to escalate the complaint. I haven't heard anything from PSI no email no phone call. Today I been calling PSI to get a resolution and all they say is that we will escalate your complaint about the center. Well I feel like my complaint is not just about the center. This to me is very serious. I have spent a lot of time studying and paying for these test to become a Realtor and have a successful career. Honestly this is all very disappointing. They refuse to provide a corporate phone number. The support people are super rude and unhelpful. If you ask to speak to a supervisor because I was tired of their generic answer and all of their supervisors are dealing with more important stuff, that's what one of the lady's said to me. I do hope they really hear all those phone calls. Honestly after 12 days of no answer I am just fed up. I want to speak to someone in corporate and need a solution. I need answers. How can I sign up for another test while I feel like I was sabotage on the last one. $119 dollars gone because an employee wanted to make sure she went home early. Because that's the only reason I can come up with on why she felt the need to start my test before I got into the testing room, before I even sat on my chair. Since PSI has decided not to address my situation Im going to file a complaint about PSI and their testing center to the commissioner of Georgia maybe then I can get some results.

PSI system and several others
1st COMPLAINT: I have applied to retake the TN Burg Qualifying Agent test for the allowed times they have as an option. I scheduled the first test TN CCTV Qualifying Agent for 9:30 am and the allowed time for the test is 5 hours. The second test can only be scheduled at 2:30. Apparently the system has a hidden rule that 30-60 minutes must be between the tests. The first test will not take me 5 hours which should allow me to take the second test. The "system" is in control of logic and this entire process is a money sucking snake.
Another COMPLAINT I have is you cannot review your test the same day to take the test. This process is not designed for Fulltime workers it is designed to waste your life because you have to review it at the site for 50$ and 1 hour of review. These days the drivetime x Gas makes this all NONSENSE.
Another COMPLAINT is that there are 0 study guides or pre-tests for the TN Burglar Alarm Qualifying agent and the CCTV qualifying agent. The test I failed is the Burg test which is actually 110 questions versus what their guideline sheet informs you of to be 100. Several of the questions are scattered from several sources of information that do not make sense.
Another COMPLAINT is the support! half of them are hard to understand even in a quiet room. The last person who helped me needed me to repeat the same information 3 times and also tried to schedule my test on the wrong date that I did not mention. I said 20th he repeated 17th.. not even close!
Desired outcome: FIX THE SYSTEM TO WORK WITH WORKERS AND CURRENT TIMES. PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD TO JUST SKIP WORK AND VISIT A TESTING SITE DURING THE WEEKDAYS SEVERAL TIMES.

Online exam
After having issues with trying to launch exam for post licensing, I was ignored on multiple occasions and my issue was never resolved. This company is horrible, and doesn't care about people or their licenses that they are trying to uphold. I will never use this company again. I'm contacting the commission office to make a complaint as well. The email address: [protected]@psionline.com gives no help, and only ignored emails. I still have not taken my exam and no one is helping.

No one ever helped. They keep sending me generic responses that is not fixing the problem. I have scheduled 5 times for the same test, and continue to have issues. I have asked multiply times to be able to go to the testing site and take the test but have been denied with no valid reason.
Michigan accident and health insurance licensing
Remotely taking the test and was on first question. They seen that I had no ear phones nothing around me nothing for cheating in anyway and I am a person who needs to listen to my self read the questions out loud. After question 1 I read to myself the question to make sure I’m reading it right as they do try to trick you on the questions and ended my exam right then said I was in violation. I was on question one. They could of paused the test and told me I am not allowed to speak out loud. You are not even able to move your lips or barely move your mouse. This is way over board. They seem that there was nothing else around me no one in my area nothing on my arms walls or anything. But still canceled my test and was gonna make me pay for it again. There is nothing when you start the test of instructions but how to navigate through the test. They should advise you before hand or have a video that says what’s you can and canon do.
Desired outcome: Before any test. Have a video you must watch indicating what you can and cannot do and then after the video have the person taking the test acknowledge they understand the rules.

Customer service
I am completely distraught at how I have been "taken care of" by your customer support. I am absolutely disgusted at how it has been handled. All I needed to do was reschedule a post license exam because PSI did not show my exam on my end. I have screenshots and screen recordings with time stamped proof of me being on the exam in time. I have spoken to 3 separate people. 4 now including the most disrespectful one. Kim, started claiming I didn't know what I was doing, I didn't do what I was supposed to. LAUGHED at me and only when I asked for his name did he try and actually help me. I asked for his name several times and all he would give me was Kim. Nothing else, he claimed he didn't want to give me his last name, and then claimed he was told by you guys he could not give out his name. By that point I was completely disrespected and done with the conversation. I told hime if he wouldn't tell me his name then I asked for an email of what we discussed on the phone. He literally sat on the phone and did not say a word. Every time I have asked a question he has sat on the phone completely silent. SO unbelievably disrespectful. It has now been 8:37 seconds that I have sat here on my phone with dead silence. I would like to speak to someone who actually cares about their customers.

I have taken the MO RE exam 3 times now. I am certain I passed the third time as I knew when I was answering the questions they were correct and when I came home and reviewed my notes and flash cards I was right. I asked after the second test for at least the areas that i was missing and was told that they could not provide that info. I have received the same score each time getting 28 questions correct but needing 30 to pass. After reading all of these reviews I question the authenticity of these grades.
Desired outcome: Either to know what I missed or to pass me as I am certain I passed this last test. Also... I don't think you replying that we need to email you guys as you are the ones have wronged us. You should be reaching out to us.

I also have multiple issues with PSI that I cannot get resolved. PSI is paid to provide a very specific service and yet they offer no way to resolve what should be a simple issue. Why does PSI not make customer service staff available to help customers with simple issues? The problems with PSI are the result of the lack of any rational customer service from PSI and border on being outright fraudulent.
Scheduling and tech issues
I took my theory portion of my cosmetology state board exam on 3/20 at 2pm est via online proctoring. I passed the exam, was emailed my score, and should have been able to schedule my practical portion. However when I tried to schedule it, the site says I’m ineligible. I gave it a week thinking that since it was online, there may have been a delay in updating my profile. A week later I still was seeing the same thing. I called psi on 3/28 and was told that there seemed to be an error with their system and that it still had me marked as scheduled instead of complete even though they could see my score. They told me it was being escalated to their tech team and that they would get back to me once they had fixed it. I gave it a couple days and still hadn’t heard anything back from them so I called again. After explaining the situation, The representative told me that the school had to register me so I could schedule my exam, which was completely untrue. Once the school submits your hours, you don’t have to “reregister”. I called back a day later after confirming with my school about not having to reregister. The representative told me the same story about the error in the system and told me it was being escalated and it would take 2-3 days. I gave it 3 days and it still wasn’t resolved. I called back and once again was told that the tech team was aware of the issue and that they would call me once it was resolved to schedule my practical portion of the exam. I asked if I needed to just retake my test if that would hurry along the process and was told no that I just needed to wait. Tomorrow makes 20 days since the issue started and it still hasn’t been resolved. It shouldn’t take over a month to fix this kind of error! I have a job waiting on me getting my license and I can’t do that until I take my practical! This is getting ridiculous and no one should have to wait this long!

I have been waiting for my veteran preference points for my sales person exam for the state of Georgia for 12 weeks now. I began calling on week 8 and by week 10, still nothing. I sent my military information as outlined in the instructions given to me. It was mailed Priority Mail One Day Delivery. I paid about 45 dollars to have this done to help expedite this process. I have spoken to 8 different people with PSI and 80 percent of the information from the representatives have not been the same. Tomorrow begins week 13 of waiting. This makes no sense to me at all. This process is operating poorly from this side of the business. My request have been escalated twice already and if I don't receive anything by this Friday, I have been asked as of tonight by a representative to call and request for another escalation. How long should this continue! I will reach out to GREC so that they can be more aware of what is happening.
