This company is pretty awful when it comes to customer service period. Their automated system is hell to go through when you need to talk to a human employee, and would just hang up on you if you refuse to use their awful system overall. The worst thing about these people is the fact that they blocked me on twitter when I tried reaching out to them being that I can't even contact them on said awful automated system! This would just do it for me if I wasn't in my current situation and could afford an actual phone service that cares about their customers, but I have to swallow my pride and let them get away in being such prudes in going that far. I however am sharing my experiences because what they did to me was wrong. Shame on you qlink!
