Cell phone service
I take care of an elderly gentleman with multiple health conditions. His QLink cellphone went dead on April 16, 2021; it's now June 10, 2021 & this man's cell service still down. NUMEROUS email messages to the company only resulted in several computer generated messages saying that they received my email, and 2 emails arrived saying that your new cellphone...

This company is pretty awful when it comes to customer service period. Their automated system is hell to go through when you need to talk to a human employee, and would just hang up on you if you refuse to use their awful system overall. I subscribed for the services of the company Qlink Wireless. They provided free phone calls and minutes, but I haven’t received these minutes in this month. I heard faint excuses and promises, but nothing changed. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problems. I wanted to cancel the subscription, but they persuaded me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

had qlink for years with no issues then they upgraded their network supposedly..said I needed new sim card..okay no problem but ordered it, never received it and according to their rules, must use phone at least once every 30 days...30 days later, no sim card, no account...WTF?
OMG This sounds like what happened to me. I just bought a better one after a few years only to have them tell me they needed to send me a new updated one. 2 months I waited without service! I'm elderly. I finally got a phone but it was used- I swear~! I had to wait long, they refused to turn on my other one. Finally got a NEW phone but they had opened it and took out the SIMS card!? Another 1 month wait. I had no phone. A neighbor called 911 for me! I hate them!
Do NOT get your parents this phone ever!
Qlink Wireless started charging my phone from April 3 but have not delivered the phone to me. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails.
