We ordered a shower cubicle from this company on the 24th April 2011, paying by credit card. Despite confirmation of payment from sagepay and our credit card company, QS supplies denied receiving payment. After sagepay intervened they finally accepted they had received payment on the 11th May. They claimed to have dispatched our item on the 11th May which turned out to be a complete lie. They later sent us another email claiming to have dispatched our item again with a different tracking number. When we contacted the delivery company we were informed that the item they had was damaged. Without boring you with all the details. This company are dishonest, have no intention of honouring a contract they have made with you. They have staff who are rude, clearly do not care less about their customers and this has been the worst experience we have had trying to buy something over the internet. If you try and take any complaint higher in the company you cannot get the name of the managing director, you are just given a first name which says it all really
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Wish I had found this site before placing my order. QS Supplies advertised on their internet site an 1800mm x 600mm bath made from 8mm acrylic. Exactly what we wanted, for a very good price. When it arrived I immediately noticed the bath said it was 5mm. So I rang them straight away, only to be told that I wasn’t using the correct method of measuring. So they sent me a 2 page A4 document on how to measure the thickness of acrylic correctly. It would have been obvious to a blind man on a galloping horse it was only 5mm. But I measured it, the plumber measured it, and I contacted them again, this time they said they don’t do 8mm. I pointed out that there website said different. But they said they’ve never done 8mm. Eventually, they agreed to give us a refund. I also ordered a few other items at the same time to save on delivery costs. Just to add insult to injury the order was short of a pair of radiator valves, which they say were part of the delivery. There was no itemised paperwork to check the item off and the driver refused to wait until I had checked it was all there. So they offered, as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ on their part, to send another set of valves if I paid another delivery charge. Reluctantly agreed, but said it was ‘under protest’.
Bought the correct bath through another internet company, Bathroom Supastore, who couldn’t have been more helpful. Unfortunately, because of all the delays the builder, electrician and tiler have had to leave our bathroom unfinished.
There should be some way to make QS Supplies pay compensation for the delays and extra expense that we have incurred because of their blatant dishonesty. Found this after the problems.

Awful company - please avoid! The order placed was near £700 and they advertised all items in stock. I tried contacting them via their "support" email and they responded unable to help and gave me a phone number. This took over 10 emails! What is the point in support if they cant answer a simple question. I then called, was hung up on and when I did get through, they then said they could not deliver on time in line with what was on their website (trading standards?!) - This means ive had to cancel a workman that was booked on their ETAs and put my job back by weeks. Have now emailed asking them to confirm cancellation of the order. Atrocious behaviour and would strongly advise you do not use them
Absolute nightmare to deal with regarding supply problems. Would never use them again.
Absolute disgraceful 'customer service'. I would never use them again and would advise others to be very sure they want to risk using them. When you have tradesmen waiting for supplies that either don't arrive or are the wrong spec.
