Item returned because of late delivery, no refund
Ordered a tap from this company but needed it by a specific date as a plumber was coming. Paid them an additional £24.00 to guarantee delivery. Tap wasn't delivered. Called them and explained that the plumber was about to leave and was then told that I had no chance of receiving it in time, but they wouldn't tell me why or when I would receive it. It arrived the following day and the paperwork accompanying it showed that it had not been dispatched until the previous day. After two weeks of chasing this company for a refund I was told that they would send their courier in to collect it and my debit card would be refunded. That was almost 6 weeks ago and I still have not received the promised refund. They are cowboys of the first order and I would strongly recommend that nobody deals with them.

Goods misdelivered, poor customer service
Am professional builder. Initial order, 24th Feb 2010; items stated as in stock; assurance of imminent delivery by end first week march. Early march, upon tearing out clients bathroom, QS change delivery date 28th March. Charged £50 delivery charge to supply only shower base to enable me to tile bathroom; shower base delivered not suitable. Returned to QS. Purchase base from alternative supplier and await quadrant. 28th March; no quadrant, client very stressed. QS offer alternative for about 30% more. 1st April purchase cheaper quadrant from alternative supplier. Request refund from QS. QS hit me with around £200 for delivery charge and restocking. Accept charges, request £400 refund. 17th April have now threatened legal action if no refund within seven days. These people are incompetent, their customer service is atrocious and they are also dishonest. Do not use them.

Terrible service
We ordered items toatallin £1400 and explained we needed them quickly. We were told that we would have them a few days later (on the Monday). Later on that day (of order) they called us to say that the toilet was not available and that we would be refunded the cost. They also said that the shower door we ordered was not available but they had a 'superior' model for the same price. My wife explained that if it was to the exact same specifications (height, colour etc) then that would be acceptable. She was assured that this was the case.
When the delivery finally arrived (in two parts, one on Wednesday and one on Thursday) we discovered that the shower door was of a different specification (50mm shorter and with cheap white plastic handle as opposed to the chrome one we originally ordered). They refused to replace this despite being in breach of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (Sec. 7. c) saying that I would have to pay £100 to replace at my own cost.
Many telephone calls and e-mails ensued-each time the staff were unhelpful and rude-only after I threatened legal action did we finally get the refund for the toilet agreed (after 2 weeks) although we have been left with a shower door that we did not want and am still waiting for a faucet to be delivered.

Horrendous service
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered some taps and needed to return as they were not compatible with my current sink plumbing. Staff were extremely rude and refused to put me through to a manager. When I explained that I needed to refund item and their website states that you have to call to get a authorisation number this was not given and they advised me I was going to be charged 25% restocking fee. I advised that no where on their website does it state this and they then agreed that ok no they will give a full refund. As they did not give me a reference number I kept calling only to be hung up on and told the returns department was closed! After receiving such bad customer service I have looked up their company on the web and am now aware that if I did return the product I will not be getting a refund anywhere near in the future. I have now emailed Watchdog and hope that others who have received bad service will do the same. Hopefully then this company will be closed down as they should not be allowed to trade.

Firstly I have now waited for two whole days on the promise of my bath to arrive. I’ve been given every excuse in the book. Two days of lost wages! I have now cancelled my order and they are saying that they will not refund me until they can find the bath; that may be lost! My credit card are refunding me, and I have issued a legal letter for my losses. This company is using a carrier that couldn’t care less about their business relationship. To lose TWO WHOLE DAYS of work sitting at home for broken promises is absolutely unbelievable. If you buy from this company then be prepared to lose money waiting for nothing, and be prepared to use solicitors and know your consumer rights.
Like an idiot, I ordered taps (because they were cheaper) from this company over two months ago. I have had dreadful customer service in chasing them up. I've been informed that they were not sent because there is an extra charge for posting them to Ireland. However, they omitted to inform me of this earlier. I've been calling from a mobile and left hanging on till I've nearly paid for the taps again. The agent I just spoke to kept yawning in my ear and then leaving me hanging. I'm still waiting for said taps and wish I had read these other posts before dealing with QS Supplies... 'won't be going there again! :(
I'm still chasing up on items missed out on an order made on thee 15the of October 2012.
The service has been incredibly bad to the point of being unbelievable this company is still in service.
The lack of professionalism has been particularly trying.
I would not use theis company in theis lifetime under any circumstances financial or otherwise.

Supplying Faulty Items
QS supplied faulty and incomplete bathroom furniture. Item was claimed to be in stock but took six weeks to deliver. Three months later they have still not supplied the missing items and in each telephone conversation they put me off saying that someone is ill, on holiday etc that prevents them fulfilling the order. They claimed to contact me but never did. They are dishonest, hostile and to sum up their customer service is non-existent. As soon as they have the payment for the items they take no interest whatsoever in the customer. I will never ever buy from them again and they are a disgrace to the manufacturers that they supply for. They should be reported to trading standards.

Awful experience
I ordered a bath and it was delivered a week later, I left it in the packaging so that it would not get damaged. On the day the plumber came to fit the bath and the packaging was removed the bath had a crack on the side. I contacted QS supplies they were rude and kept putting me on hold and then cutting me off, they asked me to send pictures of the damage which I did, they told me they could not do anything about the complaint because I had the bath for more than 14 days. I suggested they pay to get it fixed as this would be a lesser cost than a replacement but they were not interested. DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS LOT AS THEY ARE CONMEN I AM SURE MY BATH MUST HAVE BEEN A SECOND AS THE CRACK DID NOT EVEN LOOK NEW.

As a plumber I get many customers buying from these people and every second item is either faulty or does not fit into what it is supposed to. . I had no end of problems, arguments and it is next to impossible to get refunds from them.
its a uncle and two nephews operation with two phone lines coming in and they pass on to each other if they want to avoid explanation for delays or faults on their equipment..
The MD is called Farouk Member, his home number is [protected], the company secretary is Ibrahim Member. Oddly Mr Member is a very busy person and couldn't speak to me, but I don't think these chaps should be trading.
Please call local consumer advice - [protected]. or [protected] and ask for duty officer of leicester trading standard office. They have a file on these scammers to add your detail . Mr. Touseef Hussain known as Shaf actually takes pride in how they dishonestly fob off complaints.
This is the worst internet company I have ever dealt with. The have Items descibed as in stock but infact have to be ordered. They continally mislead about delivery dates. Some of their representatives are very rude, won't give their name and when told they are providing a terrible cusotmer service say "good". I finally asked for my money back as they failed to deliver - stay clear!
Did not receive the goods that I ordered. Was charged £90 to pick up the wrong item and deliver the correct one! Waited another 8 days without hearing anything. Phoned them up and they had no idea what was happening and said they'd find out and phone me back. Another two days, another phone call and then told it would be another day for pick up and only then would they deliver the right item. No refund for such bad service. No reason why. No way Im going to ever use them again. Truly shocking!
Avoid QS supplies could not supply goods
bought a shower valve with over head rose part's were missing from box after over 6 months they told me to return goods but never got full refund still waiting on postage to be refunded, so don't buy from this company..

personally i think the bath should have been checked upon delivery.What would you expect qs to do if you had decided to fit the bath 1 year later? did it not occur to you that such an item could have been damaged in transport or even whilst sitting in the comfort of you own home by you kids or your builders?
Disgrace and shameful behavior
Purchased low level stone shower tray for use for disabled child. when going to fit tray it was rocking due to being un-level, phoned QSSUPPLIES spoke with Mo who requested pictures, i emailed photos & mo agreed the tray was not level &would speak to manager regards refund. i called back 3times Mo said manager Ian said this could not have happened before leaving warehouse because they would've noticed! i mentioned the packing would prevent this being noticable which mo agreed, he was going to speak to ian & call monday. Monday darren informs me i would not receive a refund because i'd fitted another tray purchased from somewhere else! giving that we needed a shower tray fast & i no longer trusted the supplier & would NEVER use them again i find this appalling a disgrace & shameful behaviour from a business, customer service officers lack the qualities required for the job they are in.

I called QS to put in an order for a shower with fittings, I spoke to a chap when I gave the measurments and he said how big in mm is 9" so I was held back a bit at this point but carried on.I gave my mobile number and the what door would be needed when it opened. I was not asked if I needed a side panel, I bought a plumb around to hide the waste pipes. after the call someone asked me again what my number was and what type of door I needed?
I looked at the shower two weeks later I fitted the base and looked at the shower and found that I had only been sold the pivot door so I called QS again and said I was misinformed the first time around and would need a side panel for the shower the chap said he would speak to his manager and he would call me in half and hour, no one called so called back at 3 they said I was top of the list then again no one called so I called again to be told that no manager would be available until Monday and Zain said could he help, said hang on laughed and put me on hold for 12 minutes came back and spoke to me like I was a peice of crap, he said I would have been told in the first place that this was just the door (why send me a 2 way plumb kit then?) my father spoke to him and he said it would cost a further £181 which is disgusting seeing as one of there sales staff didnt do there job right in the first place, he laughed again and said hang on then came back again...DONT BOTHER WITH QS AGAIN THEY ARE JUST COWBOYS.
I have since phoned up again to speak to a manager the chap said no one was in till monday and he said could I help I said no I need to speak to a manager and he had put the phone down...arrogant isnt the word.
Horrifying experience
Horrified to read the quotes about QS Supples. Ordered bathroom equipment, of which they said they had 5 in stock. When tried to track order - nothing. Rang the next day. They said we would have to wait 4 - 6 weeks. This was unacceptable as we need the equipment straight away. Cancelled the order, asked for immediate refund. Said they would refund. Ten days later and numerous phone calls - nothing. Spoke to MO who seems to run everything - says he is going to sort it out - ring back - e-mail etc - NOTHING. This kind of company gives internet shopping a very bad name. Don't go near them!

I cancelled one item, and had 1000£ worth of items not delivered and am still chasing them for a promised refund 5 months later. They have not replied to emails for 4 months. Crooked and horrific
I cannot believe I have found this site. I ordered a kitchen sink with plumbing kit from QS Supplies. The first time, the sink came, it was the wrong sink, then they disputed that it was. Then the second time the right sink came with no plumbing kit. Again they disputed this. It has been nearly 3 weeks and they will not return letters or emails. I have not had my money back for the kit. I am now taking them to Civil Court. It may only be £20 that they owe me, but I am going to relish the publicity I am going to cause them. I have never received an apology and the attitude of he Sales team is disgusting. Please please someone notify the Programme WATCHDOG. I want names of the managers, this is a faceless internet company that gives the web a bad name...
