I was pretty mad about it, but when I talked to the folks at Quality Auto Services Inc., they were super helpful and understanding. They explained the situation and even offered to waive the storage fee. I was really impressed with their customer service and will definitely be using them for any future car repairs. The work they did on my car was top-notch too. Highly recommend!
Quality auto service is a big fat liar!
Quality auto service is a big fat liar! They tried to scam me out of over a grand by saying there was diesel in my gas tank. But when I asked to see the gas sample they took, they wouldn't show it to me. So I had my car towed to the dealership and guess what? It turns out there was just a loose wire on my wire harness. What a bunch of crooks!
And to top it off, my car was parked illegally on the side of the road and I got a ticket. Rony, the owner, said he'd pay it but it's been over two months and he still hasn't coughed up the dough. I've tried calling him a bunch of times but he's not answering. What a jerk!

I bought a *** 740gl sedan from Quality Auto Services on May 25, 2022. They were trying to fix it for the previous owner but couldn't. The owner gave them a big yellow envelope with my contact info and the car's title inside. On May 26, the previous owner called to tell them he sold the car to me. I called them too and said I'd pick up the car after Memorial Day and they said it was okay. On June 4, I called to say my tow truck was coming to get the car, but they told me they scrapped it at Plako's in Brooklyn. The previous owner paid them already, so they had no right to scrap my car!
