9/9/24 car wash on tk driver door molding knocked loose. call main office was told to go to location and get a Incident report and have manager take pictures, was told they contact me within 3 business days. Called main office on 9/17 again was told to go back to location and was told manager was out and he would call me a 2:00pm that day. Never did I called main office on 9/20 was told they would send a e-mail to manager at the car wash and gave me a case number 3678 and have manager contact me. Never did hear from him till he sent me a message to my phone on 9/25 telling me because my tk was over 5 years old they were not responsible for breaking molding loose.
They waited to contact me after my 10-month membership payment was taken out on my card.
Quick Quack will give you a run around on a claim so they can get next month's payment, knowing that they are not going to take care of their customers. Manager could have told me that day on 9/9/24 on coverage on vehicle over 5 years old. My truck looks brand new. I have a copy of his message on my phone is you want to see it.
