An Associate
I approached the counter and he came forward to check me out. I asked, "Doing alright tonight"? He said, "Horrible. Anything else"? I'm not sure what y'all's protocol is but bad customer service and not greeting guests is not acceptable and when I tried to greet and make the awkward situation a little more pleasant, I'm treated with contempt. I hope you all do him a favor and correct his actions so he doesn't float through life thinking he can do whatever he likes and get away with it. What a poor representation of QT. I didn't focus on what I believe to be Jamison J's name badge near West Wade Hampton Blvd, Greer SC but I would prefer to never go to that location again and go to the Spinx a few hundred feet away instead vs. being handled like how he stepped forward t away from the other associates to come take my order and treat me.

I asked for cash back. they said in my card declined it then it came out of my bank account
On 02/23/23 I went to QT at bell and cave creek . I bought a small candy and asked for $20 in cash back I was informed by the cashier that my bank approved the candy but declined the cash back two days later the info gets put into my cards app and says that the candy and the $20 were both taken out of my account. I am now on day three of the eight days they have to legally return my money if it did decline. If this doesn't get resolved by the 8th day I will be filing a complaint and a small claim lawsuit.
Desired outcome: I'd like to go back to that store and get my money or have it returned to my account within the 8 days giving legally.
Cashier, they never have my brand of cigarettes

Around 11am on Wed, Jan 11th, Connor W? blew his nose behind the counter of where the food is cooked and them immediately proceeded to restock items all throughout the Herculaneum, MO store. Not only is this an issue due to the time of the year, when people are more likely to become ill easier, but it's completely unsanitary!

I’ve had the worst experience with lazy supervisors, like Jeremy, David, and Cory. I’m disappointed in how they handle things, and I’m questioning Quiktrip very harshly. Looking into legal action as well, especially if this keeps up : I’m starting an activist group. I’m as specific as those names, that’s all you need anyways.
Desired outcome: The company owes more than it can give in a state that’s literal Hell.
Illegal removal of a service dog and disabled person
I was with my service dog at the QuikTrip 141 store in two harbors, MN, on 12-4-22 at around 3 pm. All was well till I had a PTSD trigger and anxiety attack. My dog did exactly what he was trained to do. Deep pressure therapy. I then was asked by a worker named India to leave cause it was and I quote 'not safe due to it being a safety hazard.'. This is completely untrue, as I was out of the main path, and not harming or obstructing anything. My dog was doing his JOB, and your employee India demanded that we leave. Then, to make matters WORSE, after I told two of your employees multiple times, that this is illegal to do as he was working, they THEN threatened to get a cop. That's my TRIGGER! How can a disabled person with their trained service dog be treated this way?! We were very respectful and not causing a scene. I still needed my dog to do his JOB. As per the Americans with disabilities act, the employees actions were illegal, and opens your business to legal action.
I advise that your company ensure that its employees are educated on proper protocols around vested service animals.
The local police department recently had its own training on service animals if you need this location to contact them for proper legal protocols.
Racist employee
My wife was the 2nd person in line and the cashier passed her over for the 3rd and 4th person in line. Cashier black 3rd and 4th person black. My wife , white. Why could that be? It was so obvious he was a racist! It happens to us all the time but usually at private business. Not one like qt that should do a better job of screening their employees. Just lost this customer. Fountain drinks
I love the QT stores, used to go to in Ft Worth all the time then we finally got one in Devine. I used to spend a fair amount of money at Devine one especially since their fountain drinks were so good, now hardly go there the last couple months since the fountain coke especially is terrible. I know I had stopped in one this summer when we were returning home from Great Wolf lodge in Ft Worth and their cokes we ended up pouring out. My disappointment - Devine QT is now as bad. My daughter stops and checks ever so often, now she gets enough in a cup to see if any good again then tosses cup because still aweful. Trash can full of cups so many do this, why pay for something so bad. I wish you could somehow standardize your drinks so all sites are good. I know some in San Antonio are not good but your best in this area is Hwy 90 and Hwy 211 QT out side SA. It is about a 15 mile drive for me but tempted to drive that far for one of their fountain cokes. I save a lot of money since I no longer stop for cokes in Devine one, my grandsons always made my bill high before could get out door... lol
Desired outcome: please figure a way to standardize fountain drinks. As I said, try one from Hwy 211 and IH 90 QT, their cokes are the bomb for sure.
Card Readers 6008 S 49th W. Ave, Tulsa OK
For the past three weeks, I've tried pumping gas at this certain location since it's close to my work and convenient on my home from work(MHC Kenworth). For the fifth time, the card reader would not or could not read my card. I'm not the only one this has happened to. My card is fine and works at other locations, it's really upsetting. Someone needs to get out and fix those card readers and make it where you can actually read all the digital numbers of what it costs when we've purchased the gas. These pumps are not that old, but they do need maintenance ASAP! Every week, I have to change pumps just to fill up. I've only used QT for 20 years or so, but this needs to be fixed.
Desired outcome: Fix it so I don't have to keep changing pumps to fill up. Fix them so we won't have to complain to the kids inside, which have nothing to do with the pumps in the first place. They need to be repaired.
Gasoline
Filled up utilizing my credit card, charge was about 40 dollars, QT put a credit hold on my card for $175.00 on November 1, and it’s still pending. This seems highly suspicious, I have seen holds in the past for 50 dollars and within hours the correct amount would appear on my online account. I’m sure I’m not the only one to experience this situation, obviously something’s amiss when a credit hold is instituted in this manner and deprives the customer of credit availability or personal funds, such as debit or checking accounts, will be following up with to see what state and federal laws cover these incidences
Filthy store
I recently visited a QT in Midlothian Texas, this store was filthy. I went to use the restroom and not only were the toilets not clean but there was feces on the walls in each stall. I went to get a fountain tea, there was water all over the floor beneath the soda machine area with no floor signs, and to top it off the tea was sour. The hot dogs were so shriveled they looked like SlimJims. I left out of there in a hurry. I travel a lot for work and always stop at QT because they are always clean and consistent. I will never stop at the Midlothian store ever again. On a more positive note after I left that store I stopped further down the Road in Corsicana at the QT there and it was immaculate. The customer service was top notch and the Tea was fresh. The restrooms were so clean I could eat in there. The cashier Noah was extremely polite and courteous. I don’t know who the manager of this store is but they run a pretty tight ship. The Midlothian QT sure could learn a few pointers from the Corsicana QT.
Desired outcome: Just do better.
Gas pump Nozzle lock

Gas spill from nozzle lock falling in place when pulling pump nozzle out of gas tank and not being able to unlock quick enough to stop flow of gas at highest pumping volume.
I have had similar experiences with gas pumps all over Tulsa at different times at QuikTrip. This time I was drenched in gas. These pump locks must be replaced or removed from the nozzle; they are very unsafe. I have filed complaints in the past and have seen no results. Because of this I am going to file complaints with regulatory government departments and if I still do not get results, I will consider legal litigation concerning this matter! A complaint and pictures were taken by employees of the store.

Complaint; I purchased 10.688 gallons of premium fuel (93 octane) from pump 13. Shortly after leaving the station, my vehicle developed a light knock and the engine caution light came on steady. I put the vehicle through analysis and the indication is that the O2 sensor or the engine knock sensor turned the engine light on. It is probably the gas but I can't be sure unless I drain the tank and refill with fuel from another vendor.
I will drive the vehicle gently until it's time to refill again. If that solves the problem, you'll not hear from me again.

I was in the garland Texas store of Broadway and 30 and me and my wife was riding by bikes and her brakes went out and hit a car so I asked an employee if he had some pliers or something to adjust the brakes and he inored me and ty o me to leave the property called m we homeless trash.well for one thing I. I spent three hours cleaning up a quiktrip gas station parking lot and they still wanted to charge me thirty one cents for a cold glass of water.
I am officially boycotting all qt gas stations worldwide and ask others to do the same. I worked my [censored] off for three hours today cleaning every speck of trash out of a qt parking lot. When finished, I normally get an extra large drink of my choice and a hot dog. This is a small price to pay for my professional cleaning services. When I perform this same exact service at a seven eleven parking lot, they let me have an extra large slurpee and a pizza! And they only have half of the number of pumps that qt has! Today qt would not even give me a glass of water. They told me they would sell it to me for thirty one cents! This is [censored]. I will never offer my cleanup services to qt again. Instead, I call for a boycott of their gas stations. They are evil to the core,

I do agree, but I could say the same about being an employee there. I'd work my rear end off for 10 hour shifts and STILL have to BUY the cup for my drink and don't even get a break. If the employees don't get special treatment, odds are they won't feel like sharing with someone who isn't. That being said, if I were on that shift, you would have been able to get yourself water and a hot dog because I personally do not give a damn. It's not me your stealing from. Just the workers who have to restock and fill things that also work for a living. Just like you. So did you charge QT for the parking lot cleaning service? Because if you did, that's why they charged you for THEIR service.

Has QT changed their hot dog provider? You used to sell Oscar Meyer all-beef hot dogs and they were delicious! I would stop at QT three times a week and pick up two hot dogs and a drink on my way into the office. On 22 August, I bought two hot dogs at my favorite QT in Tulsa, OK, on Sheridan just above Interstate 244, and they were barely edible. I thought that maybe that particular QT had bought a different brand when they ran out and couldn’t get the Oscar Meyer dogs, so on 24 August, I bought two at the QT at 51st and Sheridan in Tulsa, to see if there was a difference. They were just as terrible. I ended up eating most of one and throwing the other one in the trash, they tasted so bad. If this is what QT is going to be selling, then I am going to start buying my gas and hot dogs at Kum and Go.
Chicken Taquitos and Southwest Chicken Wrap

First things first, I just bought a southwest chicken wrap and about 75% of the wrap consist of tortilla shell. I had to spit half of the chicken out because of they were all fatty pieces and hard to consume. Secondly, I bought a taquito about a month ago and I had some sort of bone like fragment in the chicken in my taquito which I should have escalated, but didn't because I thought it wouldn't occur again. I'm a very loyal customer to QT, and its experiences like this that turn me away from the food you have to offer. Other than that, I don't have anymore complaints.

My company's dinner last night.
I ordered a BLT with cheese, as well as a Bisquit's and gravy, also a sausage biscuit. There was almost NO GRAVY on the Bisquit! AT ALL! The BLT had 2 tiny slices of bacon on it! I did NOT receive my daughter's sausage and Bisquit at all! I am so VERY mad! Because of your LOUSY work staff, I had to cook eggs and toast for all of our dinner! THANKS!
