Radaris also controls both rehold.com and homemetry.com, and neither of these sites will remove my family member's information. I just found out because I emailed both of them, and it was Radaris that responded to my emails for both.
Radaris is refusing to remove mine and my family member's private information from their website. By refusing to remove our personal information, Radaris exposes us to potential cyber threats and real-world security risks. This information can be exploited by malicious individuals for various purposes, including identity theft, harassment, or fraud. I have asked them multiple times in emails and left them voicemails to remove our information. They never ever answer their phones. They have responded by saying that they will remove the information of each individual who makes a separate account to remove their information or puts in a removal requests. Creating an account would entail sharing even more of our personal information with them. My family has authorized me to ask on their behalf. Radaris is making things difficult on purpose. Their removal process is unreasonable and is designed to deter individuals from exercising their rights to privacy. Radaris' actions are in violation of privacy laws that govern the removal of personal information from online platforms. They told me that they removed my information, however, it is obvious that my name is linked to each of my family members, and by not removing their information as well, they have taken no meaningful action to address mine and my family's privacy concerns.
Desired outcome: I want the removal of mine and my family member's information from their website, and for Radaris to cease uploading it in the future.
*UPDATE* Radaris also controls both rehold.com and homemetry.com, and neither of these sites will remove my family member's information. I just found out because I emailed both of them, and it was Radaris that responded to my emails for both.

Complaintsboard.com says:
"We found clear and detailed contact information for Radaris America. The company provides a physical address, phone number, and 2 emails, as well as 3 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers."
This isn't true. Radaris does not answer their phone calls. They also control both rehold.com and homemetry.com and have phone numbers that flat out won't receive calls at all. Radaris is not even American owned. They are owned by someone who lives in Cyprus. They are allowed to steal the information of American citizens and publish it on their website, because the U.S government refuses to do anything about it.
