Please remove my information from your website. I am listed as military. I am a civilian. My relative Veronica Ogletree and I have never met Angel Hines listed me in the state of Georgia. I do not want to file a military complaint against Angel Hines, however you are leaving me no other choice. My name is LaSharn Adrian Thomas. The URL of your website does not allow access for removal.
Claimed loss: $10, 000 for a restroom remodeling which was a Certificate of Deposit from my mother Lois Thomas. Tedral Ogletree demanded another $10,000 after my mother’s funeral.
Desired outcome: Permanent removal of my information. Never list me on your website again.

Radaris
I have been trying to remove my personal information from the Radaris website.
But when I signed up for a Radaris account (which they say you need to do in order to remove your info), I put in my email address and my phone number into the request field and was supposed to receive a code via phone in order to get access to delete my info, I never received the code. I tried multiple times. I believe this set up is a sham to steal even more information from me to place on my unwanted profile for all stalkers, creeps, etc... to see.
I wish I had not fallen for the trick!
Now my information is still on their site and I have no way to get it removed.
I don't understand why they are allowed to post my persoanl information for all to see.
Claimed loss: Privacy!
Desired outcome: Removal of profile from Radaris website

Opt out radaris
On Radaris' website they state that one can opt out by owning one's profile, receiving a verification code to my mobile phone and making the profile private. However, I have entered by phone number over thirty times and have not received the verification code therefore I am unable to "own my profile" and make my information private. This seems like a pure scam - and as a result my personal information is exposed to hackers. I have been hacked in the past and have suffered monetary damage as a result.
Desired outcome: Remove my information from your website

This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.

We looked up Radaris America and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information
Radaris.com regularly updates its policies to reflect changes in laws, regulations. These policies are easy to find and understand, and they are written in plain language that is accessible to all customers. My personal information
Radaris provides false and deceptive information on the website on how to "control" the private information published on the internet to the world. The company offers a YouTube tutorial that is entirely false. You are shown that you need to create an account, providing your email address, full name and cell phone number. The company then falsely claims that a verification code will be sent to your cell phone to enter into their website to claim your identity and then "control" what is released. However, the company does NOT send a verification code. The company does NOT answer the fake phone number provided on the company website AND the company does NOT respond to emails sent to their provided fake "customer service" email address.
Desired outcome: REMOVE MY PRIVATE INFORMATION!
I reported the violations of DTPA consumer law to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I suggest that anyone else who has been deceived by Radaris do the same so FTC will take action.

Refused data deletion request
Radaris has been completely unhelpful and antagonistic towards my efforts to remove my information from homemetry.com, a website they own. In my address listing, my full name and phone number appears, along with names, numbers, and business's of people who haven't lived there in over a decade. After contacting their support they say all those people would...

I have sent a 10 email requests directly to Radaris since 26-Aug-2023 with no resolution to remove my private information from their webiste. I have tried contacting them via FB messenger on their company portal, again with no success. The online...

Radaris also controls both rehold.com and homemetry.com, and neither of these sites will remove my family member's information. I just found out because I emailed both of them, and it was Radaris that responded to my emails for both. Radaris is refusing to remove mine and my family member's private information from their website. By refusing to remove our...

Radaris disclosed my private info. OK, I filed request to remove it and removed all records associated with me but some of my info is visible on Radaris web site without any association with user record.
No response to emails anymore.
I send certified letter via USPS to Radaris US HQ address (P.O.Box, but I have a proof of mailing) in California.
I would try to file claim in Small claims court if no info removed by Radaris.
Desired outcome: Private info should be removed

Refuse to remove my personal info
They have shared my personal information including my home address on their website. I have contacted them and requested them to remove my personal information from their website but they have refused to do so. This should be illegal to share my info on web for everyone to access without my consent. This could leave me vulnerable to fraud and identity theft.
Desired outcome: Remove my info and home address from Radaris website

Contributing to Identity Theft/Refusing to Remove Data
Over the last year I have been the victim of identity theft 3 times. I’ve been instructed by identitytheft.gov to get my personal information off the internet to help reduce this. When you follow THEIR instructions on their website for removal they refuse to remove it. I’ve sent numerous emails b/c the website for non-Cali residents requests be to reveal/confirm personal info when I want it removed. They make you signup to opt out. However, they NEVER got my permission to reveal it. I should not have to sign up to get my information removed. They are pulling data from Experian, etc. all things that as an American we have little to no control over it being had. They say they use only publicly available info which is not true. They literally revealed every address I’ve ever had PUBLICLY, which is often used as security information for credit verification. This website should be taken down as a violation of our constitutional right to privacy.
Desired outcome: Remove my complete profile. Not just “some info”
I want the whole profile removed, I never gave my permission to reveal anything about me, and the information being revealed is not coming from places I authorized my info to be shared. The whole profile is from my credit report which is supposed to be confidential, not public records as claimed. Experian and Transunion are not public records. Given that I have had identity theft 3 times, I now understand why they have been getting around all the PAID protections I put into place. I want you to remove every address, every family member associated with me. You even include my mother’s maiden name which is always a security question for security identification. The whole profile is a violation of my privacy as I have specifically stated when I signed up for things to not reveal or I already paid to have things removed that I didn’t know was being sold to public broker’s like you. If you contact me directly I will send the profile. I do not want to sign up to remove it because I have to agree your terms of services, giving you even more information about me that can be used to victimize me AGAIN!
Personal data
After several e-mails, they did not removed my personal info.
My mother was a victim of a scam, the scammer used the photo posted on Radaris.
This photo is not public, and is stored in Radaris servers violating privacy laws.
The data is not in a profile so the standard way to remove a profile won't work.
It concerns several e-mails I sent about one photo in the page: https://radaris.com/p/Makoto/Fukuda/
Desired outcome: Answer my e-mails and delete the photo.
That statement is not true.
I sent the print four times in our e-mail correspondence and got only automated responses.
There seems to be a great lack of honesty and transparency on Radaris.
I annexed a proof of our e-mail correspondence here in this post.
I will not share my photo here because I wish to remove my this very same photo from internet.
People searches
This company is erroneously printing deceased on a person whose is not. They're are also reporting inaccurate phone numbers and addresses. Their reply is they're not aware of where their erroneous data is from and refuse to refund my subscription. They clearly state on sign up they will refund if incorrect information is proven. I sent them a copy of the deceased report which I'm sure they've corrected by now to cover their misinformation. This company has bogus addresses, phone numbers, and reports people as deceased when they're not.
Desired outcome: Refund and subscription cancelation
I sent you a picture of you stating the person was deceased. I also posted it on here to back my complaint. Now I will add publicly LIEING to my complaint. You have misinformation in your reports and it's your job to make sure your reports are accurate. To say you don't know where your erroneous information came from is disgraceful. Shame on you for reporting people deceased and than LIEING about it when proof of your report is submitted
This company is reporting me deceased as of Dec 08 2023 and I noticed it this evening. I am very much alive with no way to remove this crap. I’ll be contacting ftc and anyone I can for erroneous reporting on their end.
Not possible to remove personal info even after following removal procedure
I have sent more than 3 emails to customer service about this and get the same canned response each time. Also, cannot get through to a customer service rep who can actually help by phone. Please note before you think of sending me the same removal instructions - THEY DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PERSON, as I will describe later, and NO I will not email customer service again, I expect you to respectfully, do better. Get a supervisor who will actually read this whole complaint, if necessary.
When I search in the main search bar of the site, for a family member's name, I get a whole page of results, including:
1. FULL NAME
2. PHONES
3. EMAILS
4. ADDRESSES
5. OCCUPATIONS
6. EDUCATIONS
7. Multiple towns they have lived in
8. A detailed resume showing 9 positions, the employer and other position information. Location, Work Industry, Education, etc.
This resume info is NOT PUBLIC and should not be available. In addition, **the resume is not accurate and this inaccuracy is costing the family member money due to misleading information.**
9. More PHONE NUMBERS and STREET ADDRESSES which are correct. One of the phone numbers listed here is ONLY LISTED ON THIS SITE and this is undoubtedly why we get hundreds of unwelcome calls per month due to the misleading resume information.
The page this information appears on is of the URL format:
https://radaris.com/p///
(I will be happy to supply the exact name and URL privately).
I have tried to remove this page and its contents using the following:
1. "Control Your Info" link at the bottom of the page: https://radaris.com/control/. Searching for the name using this process leads to a page which says "No results found". I have tried this at least 30 times, it simply DOES NOT WORK FOR THIS PERSON.
2. I have tried to remove the page using https://radaris.com/control/privacy. The error I get is "Please enter a valid profile URL". I have tried this at least 30 rimes, IT DOES NOT WORK FOR THIS PERSON. Perhaps the URL is not valid, and yet there is tons of info on the URL.
You cannot tell me there are "NO RESULTS" for the person, as it states, when you are hosting a whole page of resume and their street address, phone numbers, for them.
I expect someone to remove all of the personal information, in haste, anything less is FRAUD. As a CT resident, we are also protected by the The Connecticut Data Privacy Act.
I will happily give the actual URL where this info show up, and the name of the person who is on the page, privately.
Thank you for your quick attention to this matter, after emailing 3 times to your customer service who have been extremely rude. I can be emailed at palest.[protected]@icloud.com.
Desired outcome: I want removal of the page and all personal information at https://radaris.com/p/// - the actual name is redacted for privacy here, but will be available upon request privately.
Free version
I prioritize my safety and informed decision-making, which is why I've incorporated the habit of conducting thorough due diligence before entering into any commitments or financial transactions. Radaris's reverse phone lookup service has been instrumental in providing me with valuable information about individuals. Even in its free version, this tool has consistently demonstrated reliability and high effectiveness. Moving forward, I am determined to maintain my reliance on Radaris as an invaluable resource that empowers me to make well-informed choices and safeguard my interests.

Product is fraud
At 9 pm, I found Radaris website, the advertisement showed background check, social media, family members, and everything about specific individual, website asked for payment of $9.95 monthly.
I paid $9.95, expecting for full report, the website provided me nonsense and then asking for more payment to get the full access that was promise from beginning.
After two minutes after purchasing the access to background report, I realise that I did not receive what I paid for, so I cancelled the subscription right away.
They want more money for other accesses, which that is not what they were promising at beginner.
I felt that this website is fraud, false advertisement and poor managing business.
Radaris refused to refound for their nonsense.
I recommend people to stay away from this website, they already have bad reviews on other review platforms. BEWARE!
Desired outcome: I would like to get refound, and I want to warn people from making the same mistake as I did.

Although I followed all Radaris' instructions, I'm not able to delete my information from their database."
Not being able to delete my information from their database although I fallowed their instructions very carefully, tried many times to call in order to solve this matter and wrote numerous e-mails asking gently to remove my info from their database, they ignored my request all the time and as far answer the phone I lost hours listen to prompts to be at the end disconnected. Very frustrating. I will keep reporting these scammer to the Consumer Protection Helpline at [protected] until this matter would be resolved. .
Desired outcome: opt me out of any of the data base they own
Please remove me from the radaris database and any other site you own

I appreciate if you send me a confirmation of the cancellation

Radaris.com not responding to my emails after they requested I provide the URL of the information I want deleted.
I emailed Radaris.com support numerous times asking when they will remove my work history from their site after Radaris.com asked that I provide them with URL. To date my work history has not been removed. I am not able to delete it on my own when I log in because it does not show up. I want my personal information removed from this site. The URL was provided on 5/18, the same day Radaris.com requested it. Copy of email received from Radaris.com informing me they will help me is included below. To date, they have not responded to my emails.
Desired outcome: I want my work history removed from the website.

Radaris credit card charges
I received a charge from Radaris for $9.95 on 4/25/23 on my American Express card and have no idea what it is for. There was limited information on my American Express monthly statement on Radaris. The information included a Newton Center which I have no idea what that is. It also included a phone number of [protected] which consisted of an endless sales pitch telling to hold for a representative and then they hung up after 5-minutes. The only other information were the following figures [protected]. Can someone call me at [protected] or contact me at the following email address - [protected]@gmail.com.
Desired outcome: Please refund.
