Rare Breed Exotics Carrier of fatal infectious disease

Our 2 year old savannah (our son) has in initial stages of F I P. We adopted a new kitten, that we were told was 11 weeks old and after receiving him discovered that he was only 7 1/2 weeks old. Our older cat came from a breeder that refused to allow adoption until the kittens were 13 weeks old and had received all of their shots and worming. This new kitten has none of the veterinary trreatments that are expected. We pray that we can help our 2 year old cat through a life long treatment program and hopefully hold off this terminal disease for as long as possible. Our vet explained that a properly immunized kitten would have reduced this risk of transmission immensely. It is GROSSLY IRRESPONSIBLE and bordering on illegal (inhumane animal treatment) for Rare Breed Exotics to propagate this fatal disease into other households and kill their current (healthy) pets.

Rare Breed Exotics Sick Kittens, FIP

Owners Jason and Tori are selling savannah cats and kittens that are sick with FIP. They sent me 10 cats total and all but 2 now are dead, they have shipped me kittens that where not even 6 weeks at the time. They have told me to just let them die and buy more. I have 6 months worth of emails to prove it. All they care about is the money.

Has it cleared yet? I was reading online about shipping because I may have to ship one of my blue boys when he's well enough and found that you can actually ship litters with their mom as long as they are still nursing. It might be cheaper to have your vet sign everyone off as being 8 weeks (like he did with Dots) old and still nursing and get a bigger crate and ship them all together. Apparently there is no limit to the amount of kittens as long as the crate is big enough its all the same fee. I would call Delta to find out if they still offer that.

Hello, just curious as to when you will be able to ship? All next week looks great as far as the temperature goes. I would be very appreciative if whenever you have some free time if you could get me some pictures of the two from Chicken's litter that are coming to me in a couple of weeks. I've been getting a lot of requests for more pictures of their faces and markings, but I understand you guys are probably extremely busy with puppy season coming up fast. I've been working my butt off to get myself back on schedule so that I don't compromise future deals.

Just curious, wouldn't Jezebel and Raider's breed be Pfoundation instead of Nfoundation since both parents are registered as COP? The Nfoundation savannah means that there are non-permissible outcrosses, but Gargoyles and Daisy's registration papers say only permissible outcrosses were used. Sorry for so many questions, I just know that if there are any errors TICA takes even longer lol.

tori will be forwarding you a receipt shortly from TICA ... all new paperwork worked out ...all new names given to cats for registration ... and paid the extra fee for rush delivery ... and I will follow up on Monday with a Bi polar call to further expedite and question why they cont. to take my $ but do nothing for me ...

I don't care how they are registered lol just as long as they are registered. Especially Jezebel. I can't even show her without papers. As far as the others, I can find homes for them, but I won't make anything on them. Around here most won't pay anything over $500 for a savannah without papers. I can try to sell them on contract and say that I will send TICA papers with proof of spay or something along those lines.
How was Raiders owners able to get him registered so fast? If I'm going to start showing Jezebel I need to get her registered so that I can start showing her before she is too old and becomes too skiddish around strangers. As long as I get her used to it while she's young she will become used to being handled by others.

weve always only let the females breed once a year ... this year gargoyle got out of his cage and tagged all my girls when they went into heat at the sametime right after having kittens just weeks prior ... that's why im so confused on dates etc ... otherwise I normally know them off the top of my head ... tori will have to look into this... to be honest we are also not used to dealing with TICA I got mad at them and their slow ### ways long ago and just stopped bothering with it and instead just give others view not even copies of parents paperwork, and move on ... not sure why ppl. don't seem to care as much about TICA paperwork most the time I deal with ... so we will get that all ironed out for working with you as it seems there is much much more need in your life to have it and always have it etc ...

if tori doesn't have an exact date written down elsewhere, we may need to agree and decide on one for all the paperwork ... as she had her belongings stolen from work and we lost a lot of things I now am pissed we didn't have other copies / hard copies etc . of ... everything from baby pics to the only pics we had of her pregnant and other personal stuff ... its REALLY sad ppl. are so ### ...

easiest way I could see through this provided you guys and Tori all agree and no one has any issues ( im easy lol), ... is make DOTS and CHAUNCE and FARA on the same date and registry / litter ... they are all born within week or so of eachother anyways ... the only crazy part was size differences but it even happened within the litters ... we later separated them by size not age ... lol! ... bigger kids were rougher and played harder and ate all the food more often so we took them away from all the ones they seemed to bully and runt out ...

Jezzebel is a no brainer Raider was registered also by its buyer and I know we can find record of that ... Jezzebel is F4 and was born frome Daisy ...

Candi is an F4 and makes all those others F5's if that's fine ... originally I told you guys if it helped and was all kept between us I have no issues turning perfect intense looking F5's into F4 on paper ... but now to lock the rest of this in and after hearing you guys talk I think it doesn't do you any good and may be easier to just sell them as the F5's they are ...

also on another note have tori look up that other domain name we bought way back when that I know is a cool one, I think we should make your website no matter what you want the name to be, based on that domain I already own and will sell you for next to nothing like it was when I bought it for $50 or $120 or some dumb ### ... nowadays ppl. have already bought up most all domains with good keywords ... last week someone tried selling me f1servals-savannahs.com for $800 ... LOL ... I already own better versions of that like f1 servals .com and servals-savannahs .com ... another domain place tried selling me wolfdogs.comfor $8k ... lol! I already own other versions of that too ... but nowadays most all those variations without misspelling them or adding to much B.S. ... are not available any longer ... so I think we should build your website off the one I already own that I know is now worth far more then what I paid once upon a time ... Tori will build the website for $500 ... ill sell you the domain for cheap ... like $100 ... yearly registration etc ... already paid ...

Sincerely Your's

This is Dave I sent the 3k over two weeks ago. I haven't gotten a solid answer on when they will be here. I was told by 17 of this month. If I don't get answers I will be contacting pay pal. I took a loan out for this not expecting a month to go by after paying you with nothing sent to me.

I need them shipped as soon as possible, I have a couple buyers lined up. I still haven't received TICA papers either. I contacted them like you told me to, to push them and they were jerks. thank you, I am very interested in the breeders as long as they come with papers. When you get them please take pictures. Will there be any goldens? Or are they all altered? I have a female here right now who won't let anyone touch her. She let's me socialize her kittens so she knows I'm not a danger, she just doesn't like to be messed with. So semi wild is no issue for me. I think I already have the little male from Chickens litter sold when he gets here. It really sucks though because Dave wanted to keep him apparently to breed to our females that aren't related to him. I'm sure there will be more though. At least I hope so lol. I'm super excited to see Lil Spots!

interesting, we will look into it ... im having appts. made now to get everyone into the vett and ready to come to you ... Tori really ( and I ) Want to make sure when you sell chicken she just gets a really good home and will be spayed and allowed to retire from breeding ... if u can get more for her fine ... but we had been thinking just $300 to $500 and a really good home ...

ive got some WILD breeders coming in i will update pics sent to you asap most likely next week ... a few males and some females ... all in the 1 + year range ... and a HUGE male like gargoyle thats already been neutered but is great for someone wanting an amzing looking male for a PET ... if u have that type of buyer he could be worth god knows how much ...as he is amazing to look at and super sweet and socialized ... once again he too can be sold from my point of view for like $750 to $900 and i would be fine ...

the 2 males i have that are really wild looking and have some jungle cat ancestry mixed in too are great for adding to a breeding program and once separated from eachother and everyone else they lived outside in a huge wild cage with ... they often come around /./.. but i myself will let those little $3k to $5k breeders go for $800 to $1200 so both you and i can more easily move them and help others out who want either a really wild and crazy cat and dont mind its not totally social yet and dont mind or challenge or those types that just want some good blood to add in as a breeder ... should still find use for them and value in the near $3k range ... but im ok with $800 from you ...

then im buying out a breeder that mentored Tori for a number of years and bred many of the lines now made famous by joykats and cactus run and drinkwater etc /... yet this woman never got any notierity as she is bat ### crazy and lives in the middle of nowhere and was easy to leave in the dark and never let make any $ while the others all went on with great success in this game ...well she has had enough and knows her mental illness is getting worse and finds herself ready to retire but has 3 to 5 amazing female breeders i will be buying that breed stuff like kendi who breeds amzing things like little spots and that gold boy everyone is raging about i bred this year ... well these cats are all 1 to 2 generations and or decisions in the line earlier and or closer to the actual creater then anyone i have now ... all my lines are down lines from this woman and those other breeders mentioned basically ... and now that i think of it Gargoyle ( my stud ) even has ties to A-1 ... his grandfather was from an A-1 and cactus run pairing i believe ... or A-1 and one of those others i mentioned previously ...

so if you get rid of everyone you have now and i hurry and get these new ones to you and you do the same there again ... i have some queens and studs that you personally should really consider ...

They also say in there add and on there website that all their cats have papers here is a message I had to send them...
Also, We still haven't received papers yet, can you guys call TICA again and find out what's going on? They won't tell me anything other than "its pending, that's all we can tell you because you're not the registrar."

I bought a male f4 Savannah cat from Jason bout 8 months ago and he is very social talks a lot plays a lot after.. like after a month after I got him he did get sick but I did not have shots yet but when I took him the vet they gave him all his vaccinations and made sure he did not have and viruses or other such cat medical problems.. I haven't had a problem with my boy I love my Savannah... Jason gave a good deal with out TICA papers but that's how i wanted I did not want to register my cat through TICA yet... Me and couple of my friends bought a three Savannahs from Jason and we have not had any problems with our cats.. Jason told us what to field them like no food with grain all high protein foods and Jason text me a list of what I should feed them.. Like I said my boy is very social loves my daughter they get along great he love visitors that come to my house he is very fearless not scared of anything even runs up on little dogs I have to catch him sometimes cause he have the dog scared... He eats good everyday love to go outside he actually talks at the door when wants to go outside... I have owned domestic cats before and I can tell the difference between my Savannah cat and a domestic cat I used to own... My Savannah cat likes to bite and not scratch like the domestic cat like to scratch.. He does have wild instincts by the way he likes to creep up on as if he's hunting for something... so y'all that's hating on Rare breed exotic please stop hating.. Jason treated me very good and sold me and my friends healthy cats... yes he did not meet me at house for I can see the mom and dad of my cat but he met at Arden mall in Sacramento California which is not that far from where I stay in Vallejo California... When I met Jason he told me don't pick your cat let it come to you and that's how I got my Savannah cat Timmy.. I would be buying another cat from him just can't rite now cause I have a new born on the way... Son please don't let these complaints discourage you from buying a cat from Jason cause he does have healthy cats... Like what pet you buy as a baby doesn't get sick dogs get sick when there till you get there vaccination... THANK YOU JASON FOR MY BEAUTIFUL SAVNNAH CAT...

This review was written by Bobby Threadgill not Dixie . All emails are Fake and Fraudulent and created by Bobby who's cattery Bella Familia is known to USDA FOR ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULENT activity. They sent forged papers from the Tiger preservation to usda to try and illegally obtain a license for lions and tigers and servals and lynx to be raised in a family housing division. He was also caught for having illegal cats die while in his possession. Just Google his name and cattery it's everywhere. Furthermore Dixie's own husband divorced her over being involved in scams like this they ran in others then just me to EXTORT cash and free pets so they could re sale them. She has since then turned to a life of drugs and drama. Once again just look her up on Facebook and you'll see plenty of proof. She's been banned from all well known cat groups online. Where as we have thousands of happy followers and customers. ENOUGH SAID...THIS ENTIRE REVIEW IS FRAUDULENT...MY ATTORNEY WILL BE CONTACTING THIS REVIEW BOARD SOON. RAREBREED29@SBCGLOBAL.NET anyone with any other info on Bella Familia or Dixie please respond and forward me and this scam site with your facts.

This review board needs to contact the woman on here that Dixie also scammed and gave my info to. And get her side of the story. Then look up Dixie online who has been banned from every cat group on Facebook for these scams as well as was divorced by her husband and has since turned into a life of drugs and full-time drama. Then try looking into Rare Breed Exotics online who has tens thousands of followers between their five groups combined and hundreds of HAPPY past buyers and current. Yet ONLY this ONE FAKE story. I'm currently takitalking with attorneys about the possibilities of how many possible customers this may have cost me over the years. I will be looking into owning this company if they don't have$80k to$250k for me once demanded in court. Can't CAN'T believe this fake review is still posted to the public.

Dixie didn't even write this review. Bobby Threadgill wrote this slander. Because he lost several buyers to Rare Breed Exotics. This entire review site is ### and let's anyone write anything. Contact the USDA and inquire about Bobby and his cattery Bella Familia and how he forged documents from the tiger preservation to try and illegally get a license for his guys illegal scams and possession of many servals that died while in his care. Just Google his name and watch the reports that come up on that piece of ###.

Considering dwaite12 (Dixie Waite) sold me a sick f5 who was born in October knowing she had sick cats in the household is disgusting. I am making it a mission to make sure nobody buys from her. Not only did she not make it right with a new kitten or refund but she played off like she would. After she said she would test her cats and get me a replacement she deleted me off Facebook and ignored my messages asking about her cats results. Now I am either blocked or she is a coward and deleted her Facebook account which was our means of communication. I do have a lawyer and I will not rest until she gets the karma she has coming for her.

Unfortunately FIP seems to be so much more common from the middle of america to the East coast and especially in NY and FL . That we have began contemplating not even doing business with buyers from those areas and turing them away . When you find that more often then not in Savannah groups when your hear of FIP its always that the dead pets are on the east coast and that if they came the the west coast the entire rest of the litters are SAFE and fine in their new homes MINUS the ones that end up on the east coast having issues always popping up . The picture begins to get really clear . I personally know of several owners of Savannahs even 3 F2's this past year and an F1 and several other lower generations have all pased away in the past year on the east coast .

Stapnanie Camusso, Really sorry to hear about your experience with such a horrible breeder . Dixie tried creating this negative review about my business full if lies and deciet only to have it backfire on her since then and turn into a place that others are finding and using to realize how many people she has screwed over / ripped off and ran this scam on . I found 3 other breeders she did the samething to as she has done with me . Along with countless customers and the toll is always cont. to rise . She was litterally getting FREE cats from 4 breeders at once and blaming all of us for them being sick . Only to later find out she was taking in rescues and reselling them for profit . Its a well known fact that the east coast is plagued with this FIP and that over 80% of any feline that passes through the rescues/humane societes or even just from breeders from the midwest to east coast all test positive for Corona virus which leads to FIP . She must still be trying to resale rescues at the same time as breeding Savannahs and running other scams . Its the only thing that makes since as to why she is still spreading FIP . This is now moving into three straight years of this Dixie having this FIP in her lines even though she has had all her breeders DIE more then once and gets new ones and starts over . She must also be keeping old cat trees etc. or something for them to all keep getting it . Or she is just still not realizing that she is getting healthy Savannah's from other breeders sick by taking in rescues from infested/diseased humane sociaties and rescues etc ., I'm REALLY SORRY to hear about your sad 3 yr. old daughter and would LOVE to be able to help . I will message you back personally and see if i can be of any assistance with mending your little girls broken heart . Thanks for taking the time to share your story about this Dixie Waite .

We also bought a cat from Dixie Waite. We payed $800 cashiers check to her only to wait another month to get out "F5" Savannah. Not only did he come infested with worms but died shortly after due to FIP, not only do we have the autopsy report to prove it but an extremely devastated 3 year old daughter. This woman is a joke and is now asking us for money to test her cats and potentially replace it from another litter. I don't wish this upon any other family. Especially one with small children. We bought a heartache from this lady that also did not come with TICA papers we were supposed to get. DO NOT BUY FROM HER.

#1 Dixie Waite (who has posted her under the alias “C”)was supposed to be a business partner and was given these cats on loan and NEVER even paid for them. #2 This woman lied to me about having a clean and safe home and being done with taking in rescues from the humane society and animal shelters. I had told her after her first outbreak of diseases in her home months prior to her ever having any pets from me, that she had to stop taking in rescues and getting show cats sick or I would not work with her . #3 The east coast is plagued with this Coronavirus and FIP in shelters and breeding facilities and it is near nonexistent by comparison on the west coast and in California where I am from. Simple reading online vet reports studies posted online say that over 80% of all animals passing through a humane society or rescue on the east coast end up testing positive for Coronavirus which leads to FIP once it takes hold or mutates. #4 Her husband who was on this thread commenting as DAVE was lied to and mislead by his wife Dixie. Over 6 months ago Dixie was caught too many times in lies by her own husband and he DIVORCED her behind these lies and others. After scamming several breeders along with her own mother in law, Dave realized the truth and divorced her. Since that time she has been caught in several other lies and scams with other breeders online. I don’t want to begin name dropping due to legal issues, but am more than happy to tell the entire story for anyone who would like to contract me directly to hear it. #5 I can give you references and buyers to contact who purchased kittens from this same time frame and litters who are all very happy with their healthy kittens and happy pets. I can also explain better on the phone how this Dixie has went on to pull this same scam with other breeders and receive free kittens and or money back to not create bad publicity for them with her lies. She is a CRIMINAL and is currently under investigation along with her partner in crime Bobby ( Robert Threadgill ) (Bella Famillia cattery ) for other scams like this they have ran on other breeders as well as FRAUDULENTLY tampering with paperwork and emails between buyers and sellers much like she has done here with FABRICATED emails from me that only began once I said NO MORE FREE kittens and told her she really needed to figure out what was going on at her house and with all the sickness . There has been paperwork sent to USDA for licensing by these people for exotic cats that is also now under investigation as they forged signatures from other preservation centers and lied about hours worked to obtain exotic cat permits. #6 I am more than happy to discuss this situation in greater detail with callers /prospective buyers if you just give me a call. At this point I cannot comment here further as we are seeking criminal prosecution. [protected]

Rare Breed Exotics Very Sick Cats With FIP

The last cat that I bought from Jason is now dying in my don'ts and a friend of mine who bought a kitten through me from him just went through the same. Her kitten (Fara AKA Faraline) just died in her arms at 4:30 am. Her kitten never went into my home or around my cats and she has no other cats. I now only have one cat left, my first savannah I busted my butt off to get. She's healthy now, but its only a matter of time. None of this is a coincidence. My friend did some digging and has found that this has happened to other clients of his as well. I'm telling you this basically as a warning. If you have any of his cats please get them tested. All of those cats and kittens I bought from him have died except 4, but they're all showing signs as well. The only one that isn't showing any signs yet is Kiara, my first savannah. Chicken, she was Tori's favorite girl and she quickly became mine, she followed me everywhere, slept under the covers with me every night, she was my best friend, and now she's laying in my arms dying. I have half the mind to call him and tell him off. These weren't money makers for me, breeding was a hobby and now this has ruined my life and turned my children sour. I turned my best friend's life upside down all for a "good deal" and now my sister won't even talk to me because her kitten (Dots) is getting sick too. I never wanted this. Jason knew I was passionate about savannahs before even offering me a deal. Now I'm losing everything because of these deals, most of all these lives lost. That's irreplaceable :-( these cats did not deserve this fate. I haven't even had these guys 9 months, the one that's dying now has only been here just a few months, maybe five months tops. They have had issues since the day I picked them all up at the airport. It was stupidity on my part as to why I kept getting more, and he would send me extra cats that I didn't pay for without my permission. One things for sure, these cats were loved and they didn't die alone. This girl won't even survive the car ride to the vet, so I'm making her as comfortable as I can. She went down hill so fast over the weekend.

Jason has sent me cats that where not even 6 weeks old I don't know how the airlines let him get away with that but he did it.
