fraudulent sale
I spoke to Rawson top management. I believe 69 Overberg was sold as a fraudulent transaction. The agent I blame is Bertie Lombard. The problrm is that they claim 69 Overberg was sold on auction to a Mr F W Norton on 13 October 2017. This it seems must be a fraudulent statement. To EAAB they also gave misleading information claiming in one e-mail that it is information supplied by attorneys, while in another e-mail they claim it is information by the seller. I trust to receive faadback from Rawson Head Office.
69 Overberg was in my view fraudulently sold on behalf of a Mr. F W Norton. None of the dates tie up. 1 St Date (28 Septembet 2017) mentions Mr Norton as a buyer. This buyer only "bought" the property on 10 October 2017, while Rawson Properties claims he bought the property 13 October 2017. I trust Rawson Head Office will investigate.

Rude agent
I choose to remain anonymous and won't mention any names, but we have been renting through Rawson properties in George, Western Cape for over a year now and from day one our agent has had a disgustingly rude attitude towards us for no reason.
Isn't the whole purpose of being an agent to be liked by your tenants instead of them being scared to phone her to adress an issue?
She should know how basic customer service works. Never again will I use Rawson properties in George due to ONE rude agent.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Moved sorry not loved
We rented a flat through Rawson in Witbank Fatoria Village last year February 2017 we loved out in November 2017. Never got our deposit back till today. Please help!
Dogy sales partner
Sales partner from Rawson westville by the name of Charity Shezi is giving me the run around since last week, i made an application for a flat to rent and everything was approved, made all payments only to find out that they have given the place to someone else, was then promised another place asap, i've been waiting till now with no place to live and 39 weeks pregnant, i've asked for money back so i can try somewhere else but still have not received it

I have moved out from 1of there rental houses after they wanted to put my rent up with 2000 rand! 20%
Now after 3 months they are calling !e for an outstanding water and lights account! Of which I must say they ensured me that all outstanding amounts have been deducted from my rent!
On the check list when I moved in there were a large amount of dirt which I was now charged for!
Unethical behaviour
We were dealing with an agent from Rawson Mosselbay/Dana bay area. We were planning on driving back from Langebaan to Johannesburg and she send me a text that she had a place available for us. I informed her we actually driving back, but send us the link and we will check, the photo's were misleading and the house were filthy. She made us drive 6hours with 2 small children, knowing that NO person will stay in that place. We were supposed to drive 16hours, but she caused us to drive 22hours! Is this how RAWSON train their people to be unethical and so desperate to make an extra buck? She cost us a lot of money and petrol and when I confrunted her, the only thing she was able to say - sorry for the disappointment!
Not a single word from Rawson, maybe I should take this to all social media, maybe then they will do something about it!

Unprofessional and Unethical
Let me start off by saying the agency is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We moved into our complex without being notified that our pets had to be sterilized. We were never issued the complex rules until it was requested by us.It was by chance the body corporate found out that our pets were not sterilized after laying a formal complaint about our neighbours abusing our dogs. We were then summoned to have our pets sterilized, we explained that we were about to get married and could do this in the new year. They refused and insisted that we pay a R50.00 a day penalty fee until we had our pets sterilized ( we never received the penalty schedule either). We then requested with Rawson if it would be possible to shorten our lease, they agreed to this without penalties. We left the unit in perfect condition and was still complimented by the agent on the exit inspection. We just received our deposit back, with no statement explaining why they short paid our deposit by nearly R7000. I would never ever recommend Rawson to anyone as I find they are underhanded and just pass the buck even though it was there fault for not disclosing valuable information
Rawson took R3825.42 from my deposit money without my consent and paid it to the owner’s bank account. In addition to this, Rawson also took an additional R1027.61 from my deposit without my consent, for which they cannot provide answers.
Steven Goosen from the Fourways branch is not providing answers about when am I getting back my money instead he is in the defense mode stating that they did not steal my money, they have good accounting systems, yesterday, 28 February 2018 he promised to get to the bottom of this, today he did not answer my call nor did he answer my sms which reads, I quote "Hi Steven, when am I getting my money?”
I will never recommend Rawson to anyone
