Not knowledgeable about inquiries in online banking
Its my first time I experienced the worst customer service here in RCBC customer service especially I'm not in the Philippines and I have inquiries about my online payment for my housing loan, I'm just asking only about which proper "Biller" should I Pay in my online banking account but they cannot give a proper answer and I waste my load balance and my time, because your international toll free hotline its not working at all.please improve the quality of people inside of your company im very upset 😡😡😡
Credit card delivery
It has been 6 months of following-up through emailing and calling various avenues the bank has provided. Still my card has not arrived. Your card delivery/courier service assigned to it is very poor, and is bereft of diligence. Dec 2022, I messaged to arrange my proper address for the delivery. Jan-Feb, called customer service and emailed to follow-up on proper address since I was notified that they failed to deliver. March 2023 my card expired. They still were not able to deliver. April, 2023 called to expedite delivery within 10 days. May 2023, expedited but still not delivered after 11 days. I have spent over $200 CAD, calling the "hotline" without resolution since the toll-free number cannot be contacted.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate an apology and for the card to be delivered without much trouble. Maybe pay for my phone expenses for following up several times.

There are a lot of complaints with rcbc credit card but seems no one from the company even cares about it.
These are our bad experiences with them:
1) Failed to provide an immediate response either by email or over the phone
2) Inconsistent details and misinformation from Customer Service
3) Failed to deliver renewal card on time / usually took more than 2 months after the card expiration date
4) Fewer promos
5) Call is being disconnected intentionally without the care of calling back the customer who spends so much time

RCBC Platinum Card Disappoints with Inefficient Customer Service
As a frequent traveler, I opted for the RCBC Platinum card to earn points and gain access to airport lounges during my journeys. However, the so-called "premium service" has been nothing but a nightmare.
Resolving issues through their customer service line often requires multiple calls, during which I receive inconsistent information. For instance, when a gasoline station charged me an incorrect amount, I attempted to dispute the transaction through RCBC. After being given the runaround, I eventually contacted the president and was directed to RCBC's complaints division. It was then that I discovered their "premium customer service" line is managed by a third-party provider. The issue was finally resolved, but not before I had to invest considerable time and energy communicating with bank agents.
Another perk for Platinum cardholders is the Priority Pass. However, it is far from stress-free or hassle-free. After a three-month international trip, I discovered six charges from the airport lounges I had visited. Numerous calls to customer service proved fruitless, and I had to contact the RCBC complaints division once more, as the contact center was utterly unhelpful.
Based on my experience, I will not be using RCBC in the future and cannot recommend it to others.
Desired outcome: Train their contact center staff and empower them to resolve customer complaints on the first call instead of just creating a ticket which gets lost in the process
RCBC Secured Credit Card
Applied for RCBC secured credit card in Dec 2022 in the Cebu Fuente Osmena branch. I had to follow up in Feb 2023 and only then was my application submitted to RCBC Bankard! My application got approved Mar 2023. I have been emailing [protected]@service. rcbcbankard.com consistently for any updates to no avail since. Out of the blue, they called me to verify my address on Mar 15 saying that the card's been out for delivery since Mar 3?! Why would you call AFTER and not BEFORE?! Anyway, everything was verified successfully and I was just told to wait - no tracking link was provided whatsoever. I've been emailing for updates since the call. Finally, RCBC replied however they said my card was returned to them?! Apparently, we "moved out" as per the courier yet no texts/calls/delivery attempts at all have been made. I called RCBC and they told me it was still out for delivery on their end! I requested to talk to a supervisor since we're just going in circles at this point but their supervisor "was not available" meaning "I don't care" in BPO terms. I just had the agent update my address instead and ended the call. She called me back Apr 4 @ 5:10 PM and I asked for a callback at 5:30 PM the same day because I was running errands - guess what? Yes, nobody called back :) Come Apr 6 (today), they text me that my card had another failed delivery. :)
Desired outcome: 1. I would like to finally have my secured credit card! It's been 4 months!2. Hire more agents if your email volume is too high and train them about excellent customer service.3. Coordinate properly with your partner courier.
Card delivery and poor customer service

1. I have been waiting for a new card to be delivered for almost 2 months now. You are always insisting that you tried to deliver it but up until now I still don't have my card. The guards and the facilities at my delivery address confirmed that there were no attempts of anyone looking for me to deliver the card.
2. Incompetent Agents and Supervisors- please train them well. I have been calling about this multiple times already. NO ONE IS LISTENING.
3. I got a call from Rain from the delivery department - I was happy that finally someone called to check on the delivery but just because the first address I gave was wrong they will no longer help me due to failed verification though I gave the right address eventually. There have been a lot of address change requests to have the card delivered with no confirmation if they have updated my account information because until now I DON'T HAVE THE NEW CARD! and just because I gave the wrong address first RAIN AND HER STUPID SUPERVISOR JAIRUS PRESAS azp40 won't help me with the delivery. It's not making sense to me. Why would you call someone who verified all information except for the delivery address and won't provide the help needed? Very Poor Customer Experience.

Change of delivery address/ Credit card re-delivery.
I received a notification that I was approved for a Hexagon card.
A few days later, I received a text message from RCBCBANKARD informing that the courier cannot find my location- UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY.
Same day, I called the Customer Service to change my delivery address.
Called the Customer Service for more than 10x for 4 months, still nothing happened.
One eternity later...
Until now, it's been almost 4 months, they didnt arrange it for re-delivery, telling me that the central office should update first my details/delivery address before they can dispatch my card to my new delivery address.
Can we file a complain to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas? Maybe they can help us.
Cash loan
My complain regarding cash loan from my credit card. I have disclosed my application and after an hour I have a change of mind and wanted to cancel my application. I called after an hour disclosing my loan but the costumer service cant help me for the reason my loan was not been posted yet.. So he told me that he cannot proceed because it's was not yet in the system.. So I called the next day.. My loan was already posted in the system and and requested for cancellation of my loan.. After 5 working days my loan was been cancelled but my complain is the surcharge amount.. I think it is not justifiable to charge 5percent of my loan amount since I have called 1 hour after I have disclosed my loan and it was not even posted then. The marketing who offered the loan and the customer service number I called has the same number which is hotline number.. There was no other contact number for me to call back the marketing in charge.. I might have settled it before it was posted..
Please help me with this..

I have a long time RCBC customer but I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service. They sent me a lot of messages about a early Christmas promo where if I use 60k for October, I get p2000 gc. I met all the conditions and one of their customer service representatives confirmed on a call on 31st Oct. But I didn't get the gc's after 10-15 days as per their promise. Now I've made multiple calls to them but no one seems to know what's going on. They just keep telling me that they'll open a ticket
Multiple emails but no reply to any of them too. I received same messages for November and again met all conditions but again the same thing
Funny thing is they have again sent me the same promo for December too.

Yeah. RCBC should improve their customer service hotline. Not all caller would have all the day to wait for your long queuing line.
Credit Card Charges
I loved the idea of writing especially if this will improve services in the future. Anyways cutting the long story, RCBC customer service is far the most incompetent, I have requested for multiple fee removal, and call them back, c.s told me it's a valid charge, then why will u file a request if u know it's a valid charge? It's a waste of my time then, I asked a sup. if they can waive it as courtessy since I'm a month customer, sup.even harrassed me to pay my full balance before processing closure of my acct., no longer happy with their service imagined, 1 month and it took me several times to escalate my simple request, since then I made a pledge and ask the last representative whom I speak to notate that I will never use the card anymore and they will not hear from me anymore. I'm totally disgusted with the customer service and will never recommend this bank, a simple request turns out to be my terrible nightmare

How come it happened to me again? My credit limit is only Php45, 000 and my total balance due is Php 44, 504.00. Why did you approve that amount? Infact, you should declined because it is big amount and insufficient of my current balance.
I've never used my credit card for this walang kwentang bagay but only for my medicine and grocery goods and sometimes used for purchasing airfare promo ticket.
