Life time warrant is a lie
This company sucks. I had a shower install by them in 2020 and it totally failed. I asked them to honor their "Life-time Warranty" and they pushed the lack of maintenance back on me. They said I did not maintain the sealant on the shower...who does that? I do not recommend nor will ever use this company again. Do not be duped by their sales pitch nor their lies concerning a "Life-time" warranty. Only in America can a person be duped and used by a company that states "Made in America." So much crap...
Desired outcome: Honor contract
Since posting this comment, Re-Bath corporate office has reached out to me to rectify the situaation. I will modify this post when a rightious agreement has been met...more to come...

A gentleman promised to come out and put up three (3) towel racks and paint my bathroom this past Tuesday, June 27, 2023. No one has called regarding scheduling our paint job. HELP! We work and must schedule someone to be at home with them. When may I hear from someone as this job has been paid for, yet, the bathroom isn't complete.
Desired outcome: Written into my Re-Bath contract is: 1) to have my bathroom towel racks (3) installed and to have my bathroom painted (I have bought the paint).
As well, my glass shower doors are loose and needs to be tightened. Thank you for a beautiful job by John Ray.
Walk in tub
I bought a rebath walk in tub after talking to a salesman at my house. I was concerned about the instant water heater keeping up with the flow it takes to fill the tub. I also live in the country and on a well system. I discussed this with the agent and he said it shouldnt be a problem. We then went down to the basement and he checked everything out, and he said it would work fine. My instant hot water tank is not a small one, it has two 220v lines running to it and its brand new. I have to fill the tub up by using the shower head on low and it takes about a half hour. I feel this is not a unique problem and they should have known it wouldnt work.
Desired outcome: I think an apology and a discount on my purchase would be fair since im disabled and it takes alot longer for me to use witch cause me discomfort.

doesnt honor promises
i was visited by a sales rep. he wasnt trustworthy in my estimation and this was confirmed by entering an order even after i said i needed further information on prices. when i called to complain about the contract i was sent, mitch, the supervisor apologized and offered a 100 dollar lowes card. this was satisfactory to me and i advised once i received that and the break down i would then discuss the options with them. to date no card came, and no response to my calls. i will be filing a complaint with lowes and on line unless i receive satisfaction
Desired outcome: issuance of the card and the breakdown i requested
Install new bathroom. Mark D. Miller 01-28-2022
Need an ear to complain to.
My journey started in January 2022!
They finally came in May 2022. May 18th - May 20th.
Installers we're great however, the tub spout and shower head are very loose.
They installed a towel bar crooked. Brand new toilet has a scratch. Above our new medicine cabinet is a hole not even fully patched. Looks like crap.
Patch and repair drywall.
I just spent a ludicrous amount of money (18k) and my bathroom is still not done. I'm told it's a scheduling issue. I have asked my salesperson to help me out but she made it clear she is done supporting me. WHAT kind of sales people don't ride the wave with the customer until that deal is done?
Customers after me should be waiting for my project to complete.
What's this all about?

They're refused to do the job!
Lowe's suggested this company ( Re-bath in Reno NV ). We wanted to do some renovation for our bathroom and we already have the tiles and we already choose the sliding door and the Vanity stuff from Lowe's Carson City, NV.
The Re-bath guy Jeff came over to check and we explained everything what do we want and we got the stuff from Lowe's and he said it doesn't matter.
We've been waiting for almost a week from them to reach back to us. So today we decided to sent an email and they said that they REFUSE TO DO THE JOB BECAUSE WE HAVE OUR OWN STUFF ALREADY!
Honestly, we don't appreciate the way they did to us. They didn't contact us to let us know that they can't do the job due all those stupid reasons. Instead they just let us hang in with no clue what's going on " What a professional company huh!"
They could just call or email us right away a day after that they can't do the job. I guess, they're thinking that we won't spending lots of $$$ for their pockets them to get any stuff from them
So this is just my feedback to re-thinking to hire this company do your bathroom renovation who wants to do renovation for their bathroom. They're suck & not professional.
Local Contractors will be happy to do the job.
Shoddy work, poor communication
We initially went with Re-bath as that is who Lowe's uses. I was apprehensive about using any vendor from Lowe's as we have had two bad experiences with home remodels. A Re-bath vendor met us at our home in February and we went over everything we wanted to go into the bathroom which was a complete demo/reno. It would take about three months for them to install it and we said, ok.
3 months later, we get no communication from themat all until one morning early, they show up at our door, 7:30am.
The embarrassed lead apologized and said he did not know that Re-bath did not reach out to notify us they would be coming this week, as we were not dressed for company. They came in and tore the bathroom apart.
A few days, a lot of work, but still bad communication, we had a serious issue with the painter/drywaller who didn't show up when they were supposed to per the schedule. It set back the bathroom install off schedule by weeks. We had mirrors which were not centered, which the installers had to come back yet again to fix, resulting in damaged drywall.
The backsplash didn't fit, which also necessitated another trip by another contractor to fix.
We had no plumber show up at all, and no electrician which pushed the install out even further.
A month after the initial install and 4 months after we first signed the contract, a very inexperienced painter had to come back and try to fix the past painting issues and now they're worse than ever.
I'm angered and really disappointed how this has turned out. I will never recommend them to anyone.
Desired outcome: Fix the mess they created
Shower door seal
The seal on the bottom of the shower is torn. I contacted Rebath three times in over a five week period for a replacement seal. The seal slides out and a replacement can be easily slid in. At first I was told that I wasn't in their system. Apparently a sub contractor of Rebath did my job. I had to email my original contract to Rebath to prove that I had their product. I was told that I would be hearing from Rebath, but after two weeks of waiting I know that there will be no follow up by this company. If you want their product they can have a salesman at your house the next day, but if you need follow up support your on your own. I went to Lowes and purchased a shower door seal and replaced it myself. Expect no customer support from Rebath.
They really are bad at communicating after they make you sign the contract. 3 months and no word from them about my bathroom. Everything was badly communicated and the materials they use are shoddy and the contractors do not seem to know what they're doing. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Bathroom remodel
I had Rebath come out in April to do an estimate. The guy was very nice and helpful and showed us and explained everything. He was great. Anyway. He said he would get us the estimate within a week. After a month we never heard anything from him. I emailed him and he said the estimate didn't submit and he would submit it the next day when he got home. I said...

We contrated Re-bath thru Home Depot contractor for our bathroom remodelated in April/2019. In almost 3month, Re-bath never contact us or follow up in our request; after one month of waiting, we when to Home Depot abd cancel the project. Home Depot supose to contact the contractor and cancel the prohect but they never did it. Now Rebath is penalised us for 10, 000 for not comply with the project. If they are going to penalised us, ok, but not for 10, 000. Further more Home Depot already bill us for the 10, 000 without any project completed. After contacted Rebath now they say that they contact us, when is a lie, and that they have us scheduled for June for the project. That is cery convinience for them after they find out that we are cancelling the project. We request that corpirate CANCEL and restored the 10, 000 charge to our card. In the event that nothing is done we should get some legal advice. Thanks
bathroom remodeling your oxnard office
I signed a $17, 100 contract with Rebath on June 9. My bathroom remodeling started on August 14. Rebath charged me $8, 500 upfront. As of today Sept 21, my bathroom does not have the new vanity that I paid for. The shower door is not installed yet. Rebath's office manager in Oxnard always find an excuse to push out the job completion date. Rebath has put my life on a hold for the past month and a half. I am very unhappy about Rebath's misrepresentation of product and service. I am very dissatisfied with their workmanship and responsiveness.

Will not use re-bath again..
Years ago, my husband and i, had heard so many positive things about re-bath
So my husband and decided to give them a call... Re-bath is definitely not cheap,
But we called them anyway... They came out, we were happy with there service... I called them over a week ago, because of the chalking around the tub needing to be repaired... Re-bath, said they have to check to see if they had any chalking, never heard back from them.
Will not recommend them!

Shower Install
I am an 80 year old man who could no longer use his tub to shower. I called Re-bath and a salesperson came out and wrote up a contract to have the tub removed and a stall shower put in. The cost seemed high, but I needed to have it done as I could not use my tub anymore. I am now in a worse mess as Re-bath in Troy put in a liner that is not even two feet...

Read full review of Re-BathThey have spent the whole sum, but the project was in the middle of the process
We have worked with the company R&L Construction. We have different meetings, plans and conversations with these people and they seemed to be normal people, but it was their mask. They said that the quote for the project would be higher, because if there would be any problems and mistakes, they didn’t want to bother us and would be able to take money from the received sum. But the project was in the middle of the process and they have spent already whole sum, which we have paid them. We didn’t think that it was ok.
Contract

Read full review of Re-BathLeft me injured
I found re.bath in a trailer-showroom which was parked at a home depot. A salesman came to my house. On that day I hired them to install a shower. The office is in Spokane, wa.
The first issue is the accident. The second issue is the quality of work.
The accident: The plumber working for re.bath finished his work. He left the property, failing to return the crawl space-access-cover to its correct position.
The contractor working for re.bath broke a work-light-bulb in the bathroom.
He asked me for a replacement bulb. When I stepped into the hall closet, my right leg stepped-off into the thin air of the crawl-space-opening.
My left leg bent at the knee under my weight and folded up to my rear-end. As I fell, my 230 pound body was forced to the right. The edge of the crawl space access caught my right side, cracking a rib. My upper torso caved-in the wall.
I told the contractor to leave. I drove to the veteran's hospital emergency room for care. The va health-care was the only health care I could afford (free to me because I am 70% disabled, service connected).
Therein began better than a week of agonizing pain of my side. It was torturous to even lower, and raise myself to, and from the toilet. There are no safety-hand rails in a private home. After two years my knee continues to be painful but my side stopped killing me nearly two years ago.
re.bath soon began asking for their final payment. When I told the young people calling me that due to the fall that I had to wait to look at the job because I was in great pain and taking drugs for pain, they laughed at me. Yes; laughed. What was wrong with the male and female callers?
Later, re.bath sent a demand letter for payment. I had no ethical choice but to pay them.
The va appears to be over burdened with Veterans of baby-boomer age and young people returning from armed conflict. The va sent me to physical therapy and issued more pain relievers. At physical therapy they said there was nothing they could do but that I could, "rub it like h___."
With knee pain persisting, they took x-rays and an MRI. An outside consulting firm reported to the va that there was something torn in my kneecap and something "clipped".
In rebuttal, the va physician's assistant in orthopedics ruled that the x-ray showed no damage. The physician's assistant refused to order a second MRI. The va's x-ray showed that a rib had been cracked and had healed.
Two years later I sought private treatment for my knee when becoming eligible for Medicare at age 64. A wonderful primary-care-doctor sent me to a wonderful orthopedic surgeon, the first real doctors seen for my knee. The orthopedic surgeon sent me to physical therapy for several weeks, a three times per week. That wonderful care help strengthen my knee. As my therapist said, the strengthening will make me more comfortable. It has but pain remains. My limp is 95% less though pain is virtually a constant companion if I walk fast.
I talked with an attorney after the accident. He told me what my doctor would have to have documented were he to file suit.
I explained that I was never seen by a real va doctor and couldn't afford to pay for a private doctor. I told the lawyer that the va was done with me.
The two-year window of filing suit recently closed. With no chance of obtaining satisfaction through legal recourse, re.bath has left me with a painful knee and has done no more than laugh at my misfortune which is a direct result of their negligence. Yes, I'm old fashioned and an old man or a person in the last quarter of his life but where human decency and integrity are absent, a void is filled with indignation at any age. Indignation shares this life with pain.
The second issue is one of color matching which re.bath was not informed of.
I saved-up for this job and paid a pretty penny for it. I paid extra for a matching soap and bottle holder for the shower corner. I was in so much pain for so long, I didn't care to really look at it.
In fact, for several months I used a second shower. I couldn't enter the bathroom. The job represented lowly human behavior.
The color difference between shower walls and soap holder is clear to the eye. I've grown accustomed to it after two years. Should I have called re.bath and complained? Yes, but I could not bear to look at a reminder of re.bath nor bear to speak to them. As a side note, the contractor left me a tube of caulking and instructed me in how to apply it to the shower pan.
This company really is bad
Rebath should be shut down
Rebath should be shut down – they take your money and don’t do the work nor return your down payment!
This company is a complete sham, no matter which state it’s in, it’s ALL BAD! Our salesperson took our down payment of $4, 000, promised work within eight weeks and then he stopped returning our phone calls and has never started the work – that was 13 weeks ago and we are out $4, 000 and have had no work done as contracted! Called the corporate office in Arizona and even THEY DON’T CARE! If corporate doesn’t care, what kind of an example is that for all of their franchises? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY? We are now in the process of a lawsuit and wish we could sue corporate as well because they deserve it just as much as our salesperson who is an outright THIEF!
Bad workmanship
Shortly after Re-Bath in Long Beach installed a new shower pan and wall panels, I noticed one of the the wall panel seperating from the shower pan. The installer came out two times to fix it and finally admitted that he cut the wall panel to short. He stated he would come back out to replace the panel. He never showed up and the business closed shortly after. When I contacted the main franchise for help, they refused to provide any assistance. Now I have water damage behind my wall and a quote for $1000 to repair! Re-Bath sucks!
Liars
Maricel Gotay has stated complete falsehoods about me on this site. She is absolutely a disgruntled employee who quit without notice. She received her full pay including vacation pay due. I will be contacting an attorney tomorrow morning to start a lawsuit for slandering me. Just for the record, I was an absentee owner in Florida and had nothing to do with discrimination. Maricel Gotay, who is Hispanic, worked for me for approximately 8 years. Why? I am an equal opportunity employer and have never uttered anything that could be construed as racist. As for Terry Gowen, he is also a disgruntled employee who conspired to quit my employ and start his own business with all of my employees. This attemp failed and he began to send many email to me and the people who worked for me. The reason he received the judgement is because he signed for advertising without my authorization. The simple reason was he was receiving a 10% commission for all sales plus a 2% commission on all sales made by any of the other salespeople. I have remained silent for two years because I did not want to deal with former employees who obviously do not know how to control themselves but enough is enough. I have a lot more to add to this Maricel but I'll do that when we get to court.
He must have contacted an attorney about going out of business because that is what he did.

I was just looking at Rebath to do my shower install and spoke with the consultant last week. I live in Georgia. Any reputable company out there to trust?
