2nd mortgage
This account was paid on June eighth, 2021 in full the amount was 42,000 and 400 but we ended up getting charged total of 124,000 which is not correct this account. They started off with a mortgage company that went out of business then another mortgage company took it over and then it ended up going to Ocwen when I called aqua to find out what the total payoff was they did not have records of no account now PPH mortgage sent me a letter with the account number and information stating it was 42,400 and went to real-time resolution which we were aware of real time resolution would not work with us on settling this for the 42,400 instead they charge us 85,000 as the interest so we paid a total of $124,000. This 42,400 Goes Way back from 2006 and we do not understand why we are getting charged for a second loan that we never took out it was a loan that was on top of our first mortgage from the first buyer we are ready to get an attorney to settle this in court either with real time resolution or Ocwen DBA/PPH we need some resolutions we need to hear some from somebody and just needs to be corrected I have submitted a complaint to Better Business Bureau and real time and solutions and I submit a complaint to real-time resolutions for a loss mitigation if I don’t hear from any one of you in return we will take this to court from either real time resolutions or Ocwen which is now DBA / PPH please contact us to see if we can settle this out of court.
Desired outcome: That they would not do this to other people anymore. We’re looking for a lawyer for outcome to get half or some of the interest back which is not fair what they took.
Violation of federal bankruptcy laws and fair credit reporting act
RTS does not follow Federal Bankruptcy guidelines nor the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy a couple years back, there was an account for 3, 789.00 included. suddenly last year this account shows up under RTS on my credit. I disputed it and contacted RTS. The rep apologized profusely, that she did see where it was in bankruptcy, even verified my Attorney's name and contact info. Also stated that it looked like the open date was changed a COUPLE of times and then was reopened ! She said she would correct it. When I checked my credit report again, it showed the account as included in bankruptcy but still open. I called them back again they apologized, and said basically the same thing as the previous rep, and they would correct it, they did not. I have disputed with Credit Bureaus and RTS. I have disputed again, and again. they correct it then report it again. This last time, I received notification it would be removed, when I checked it was removed Sept 15 2016 and the REOPENED Sept 15 2016, as in COLLECTIONS. not included in Bankruptcy. I disputed it AGAIN, and contacted RTS again, they said they say they see an open date but not where they ever included it in bankruptcy, that this account was opened after my bankruptcy, (how do you know when I filed, if you do not see it ever being included in bankrupty) And they said they did they have my attorney contact information. The reps before were the ones who told ME, my attorney contact info. Funny how they said it was opened AFTER my filing, when they said they never saw it included in my bankruptcy, and they no longer have my attorney contact info when TWO of their reps before, told it to me without me even having to ask them. I faxed a copy of my credit report over to them for the PROOF of it being reported by THEM in bankruptcy. Seems this company keeps getting away with this, I contacted my bankruptcy lawyer, to file suit, as well as BBB. I had AAA credit before, a death in the family, and I am battling like hell to recover, this company has chose the wrong girl to play their scamming games with.
mortgage 2nd pay off
RTR is demanding $40K on the 2nd note they bought from Countrywide. They are in a unsecured nonrecourse position if the home is foreclosed on and they are demanding more money preventing the sale. If they prevent this sale the home gets foreclosed on and they get nothing and have no recourse. They are not smart and making a bad decision due to lack of...
