Facts: you can't reach anyone through automated system. it's nearly impossible
the Regional Acceptance team will lie to you and turn around and screw you over
customer service is very rude and unprofessional.
Customer service is terrible. first of all it is nearly impossible to reach a human being through the automated system. i finally reached someone through the automated system and the lady was very rude. i told her i haven't been able to reach anyone in months and she responds with "well we talk to you 4 days ago"
i didn't say YA'LL COULDN'T REACH ME i said i can't reach ya'll. i proceed to tell her about the gap insurance information and would NOT STOP INTERRUPTING or talking over me! so rude and disrespectful. i stopped talking and told her she was difficult to speak with and she continues being rude. i ask her a question and she begins twisting my words.
anyway, someone else called me on the 2nd about a non payment that i was unaware of so she told me she was going to extend me so it didn't fall on my credit report. well too late they already reported me to the credit people. so i was lied to about that.
Desired outcome: i would fire the lady i spoke to for being rude. follow through with your promise, remove from my credit score change your automated system where you can speak with a human with easier access.
