RegWork review: No service for my money 100

Program scew up my computer. Can get a key number.

charged my account but never recieved e mail and cannot pull up download. no phone number to contact please refund my money.

I bought on August 5th, 2010. I know that I have an old dial up computer, but I use my laptop all the time. The only time I use my dial up is to print things. Anyways I went to use my RegWork this morning and I put in the key that they gave me, which I have really two of them, anyways when I went to use it I put in the one license key and it said that it was invalid. So I used the other one and it said that it wasn't for this computer. And now it's saying that it might freeze up my computer. Everytime I buy something I always let them know that I have 2 computers but that my laptop is used mostly because of the high speed. The thing is, why is it that I have 2 license and when I come to use this on my laptop (which I did use it before and it workded) but it won't work anymore. McAfee had nice things to say about you and I always follow McAfee which I've had for many years and never had any problems. Like I said, I know I used it becfore on my laptop and now it shows that I do have a couple of things to fix and it says if it doesn't get fixed it will cause trouble. Now come on, I take all the things that I purchase very important, and why is it that now that license won't work on my laptop. Enough is enough. I read some of the compaints and I can't get over some of them. I hope you don't take me for a ride that those people either. I just want this top really work. So please give me the number of the right key for my computer, because like I said I did use it on this laptop before. I'm going to give you the key's that I have and my e-mail address and I'm sure that you will be able to see for yourself. Please don't let me be another statistics of bad complaints like I just seen above. First key # that you gave me is: c584c8b2-caa64abc-a7c5861c-[protected] and now the next one is #afc36959-45674fa5-a3629040-33c48989 this is the one they say is for the other computer and really I don't know why, because I'm sure that this is the one I used on this computer. Geez I even have in my control panel and I even have an icon of RegWork on this laptop and if I didn't use it on this one, that wouldn't be there. My e-mail is jocest1@hotmail.com. RegWork is itself a virus. It is NOT a real software. It's whole purpose is to get you to volunteer your credit card information. You should contact your bank immediately so that the thieves that stole your credit card information don't continue to charge your card. I downloaded the RegWork paid 29.95 and it destroyed my computer. Ive asked for a refund about 6 times and havent heard anything. I very disapointed. I came accross a website called scamfound.org that states that its fake software. I wish i would have found out about this website before i got scammed!

regwork keep sending me the same two keys time after time both of which are totally useless i have had six emails from them and every one is the same if myself and the others making complaints we would find ourselves in court facing fraud or similar charges

I signed up for RegWork and recieved the code that I installed and all went well, after a while it asked me to re register and so I put in the same code as last time but it told me that that code had already been entered onto another computer, so I cant go any further, can I have another code or what?

Paid the product with PayPal but did not get the program that I downloaded.

This software melt my time and my computer stop working properly. My software automatically unaccessable although I have licsen for that. I have important documents using daily but I cant to get hold of any. If there are people who are not satisfied with this stupid software that acts worst than virus/s I have attorney already talk to. I need couple people to help me to open a law suit. If you agree please send your name and on subject line type I am with you with the word REGWORK, I will get back to you as soon as I can. Although I agree that the product can cause your pc to crash and there seems to be issues with properly registering this product (my product key was not valid) I decided not to hassle with these thieves and just get my refund. On-line purchasing goes though a company named: Clickbank. When your purchase was made a receipt was automatically generated by clickbank (separate of your Regwork comfirmation registry number that was e-mailed to you) Open this clickbank receipt in your e-mail and go directly to customer service where you can request a full refund.

i bought regwork back in31/10/2010 and got the registration key but when I put it in it dsays the key is wrong. Plerase if the issue is not corrected promptly I would like a refund on my money.

I am very upset with your product because it tells me I am not registered.

It is simple to uninstall Regwork. Right click on the desktop icon. Select "find target", then select "uninst.exe". Not a problem.

This is a scam. I paid almost $30 and it gave one-time use only. When I wanted to use it again it did not recognize my registration number.
In less than a year I needed to clean the registry but it denied me access. I need my money back.

I entered your license key 10 times and it did not work. Send me a new license key and do not include Zeros or o's as they can be confused as to which is one or the other. Also bb can look like 66. Send to louminkin@cox.net

I NEED THE CODES IN ORDER TO ACTIVATE THE PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM IS ALREADY PAID FOR.

Paid for registration, did not recieve registration key. Registered 2/28/11.

Anything that just randomly "pops" up on your computer cannot be good. I have Norton Security and cannot figure out how in the world RegWork broke through. Hum... I am doing everything I can to remove and/or block the site from my computer.

I purchased RegWork and can't get any service! Activation key will not submit so i can download it. I'm thoroughly disgusted because i've tried sev. times and even had a new key sent. When i buy some thing i expect it to be delivered!

Thanks for heads up about this product/company. I was thinking about buying this product but because my anti-virus etc protection had 'kittens' regarding downloading it I thought I'd best check it out before I did, boy am I glad I did! I really appreciate your comments and advice and will stick with the registry cleaner I've got as it's a product I know & trust. They did exactly what others have reported, kept popping up until I decided to have a look & then the 'free' scan which told me I HAD OVER A THOUSAND errors which was scary & confusing as my software said I had 27! Without checking & finding this site I probably would have bought regwork thinking my existing product wasn't good enough. So once again THANK YOU!

I totally agree with the comments made about RegWork. I am totally disatisfied. No phone number to contact them about my refund. I contacted McAfee and they were no help, but cost me 50 minutes of my time and then sent me to a location that was closed. What a ripoff. My bank will be notified about this situation.

This is the first time I have purchaced something from a company and no phone number is available to contact anyone with complaints. This company needs to be held accountable for the stress to we consumers and fraud charges pursued. If this company is legit, it should be responding to the numerous complaints or at least let us know they are in the process of fixing the problem.

I just got burn't by RegWorks. Although I had only typed in my payment information and never committed to agree to purchase their product I was immediately billed by their collection company. I don't want their service and have no idea how to contact Regw0rks. G. David Bell
