I am a journalist with Dubai-based tabloid XPRESS published by Gulf News
We are investigating reports against Relogulf and I will really appreciate if you could share your story with me at [protected]@xpress4me.com for a possible news report this week.
We have spoken to some other victims.
It would be great
if you could mail us your picture of yourself too and of the missing/undelivered cargo items, in case you have them.
But if you wish we will keep your identity secret.
They are now operating as British Budget Removals and Sovereign Removals - how do they get away with it!
Please help me, I have fallen foul to this horrible company...my stuff left Dubai in December and I have still not received it! Its one lie after another, please, please, please, lets get this company closed! They never hardly respond, tell me things when they do respond that is just not true, its shocking!

Are they still trading? They've owed me 7500dhs for over a year now since they failed to do anything once my belongings were collected, leaving me to pay twice. I've been trying to get a refund out of them since October 2013. Still nothing.
Surely if they're still ripping people off, then we can get the police involved?
Hi there. I've also fallen foul of Mr Phil Davis of British Budget Removals. My furniture (ex UK) was quoted at one price, as soon as he had it in his hands the price doubled unjustifiably. The main reason stated was a larger container was required. Interestingly when we started getting nervous, as he would not produce the Bill of Landing, was that three other 'Clients' items are also in the container that I was consignee for. This is against law in the UK and for that matter most countries. It is also interesting that as soon as we started talking to the Dubai shipping agents working on his behalf, it became very apparent he has outstanding debts. He also started to change the Bill of Lading to other companies to clear us from any association with them. It's not over yet, the man will rot in hell.
Yeah, they are still at it. British Budget Removals and particularly Phil Davis are thieves and liars. Same story, paid for shipping of house contents, container arrives, shipping line has not been paid by Phil Davis, Bill of Lading will not be released.
I am definitely taking legal action…. I notice no one has… it needs to be. Fraud and steeling is a very serious matter in the UAE, he will do serious jail time.
Hi, I wish I'd have done some research and would see all complains against Relogulf before using their service. However, too late for me to regret, as I cant find all my belongings, and don't know what is right to do in this case.
I had been stored my (1 bed room) household goods with Relogulf in Dubai since 2013, past two years had been paying to the bank account of the company called Marine Registra for the storage services, being introduced by Phillip Davis that Relogulf and Marine Registra are sister companies... However, currently I need to get my belongings back and with the assistance of DED discovering that Relogulf is not existing, one of the managing partner (Nail) run away from UAE, about another one (Phillip) was not provided any information by DED. The only suggestion from DED is to open a case in Dubai courts.
I'm guessing that earlier there could be legal cases opened against this company by other customers. If anyone who is reading my text and who is aware of any outcome after court case could share with me his/her thoughts and experience I'd very much appreciate. I'd never thought that any storage company would not contact its customers to inform them on collecting their goods as the company is shutting down. Well, then I cant understand where my goods gone, what did they do with them? Now who is responsible for this if the company owners cant be found in UAE? Who is to compensate for the lost goods?
Can anyone suggest if there is a meaning in opening legal case in Dubai court?
They are both in Jail in Dubai. And when there jail time is finished they are being deported to UK.
Your best chance of getting your belongings is to go there and collect them, or get somebody to go there for you. Absolutely waiting your time trying to get anything from these lying ###.
They are already n Jail in Dubai, and when released are being deported. Your best chance is to go and get your belongings or get somebody to get them for you.
Maybe lodge a case in the UK, a few other people are looking at this aspect... Just so they can't never do business in UK either...
But... your money is gone... try to get your belongings. I got mine and sent to me which I arranged 'myself'
These maggots got caught up with by the Police from information I have to the lawyer acting for other party.
Where are the belongings? We had ours packed to return to our home country in November and can't get in contact and don't know where they are.
Any information?
