One of the most foolish things I have done is to retain Rep For Vets. Do not believe their claim to be advocating for you. This is the laziest professional organization ever. The Rep For Vet boiler plate questionnaire has no value as no professional will bother to fill it out, It is a complete waste of time. I requested to know the billing hours Rep For Vets has spent on my case. From my perspective they did literally nothing to promote my case. The would not provide that to me. Thinking I was generous I offered Rep For Vets 5% commission for the fifteen minutes spent on my claim. They rejected that, the greedy #$%%^%#$, and demand 20%. This group is the worst kind of ambulance chasers. I feel completely violated and taken advantage of. At a time when I was at my lowest the Rep For Vets pretended to offer a life line that instead lead to a darker place. I admit to falling for the gravel voice Rep For Vet advertisements, and not performing sufficient due diligence, shame on me. They leveraged and encouraged me to fear the VA, when reality was quite the opposite. I can take comfort that perhaps this complaint will enlighten and save the reader from my mistake.

I, too, am currently retained by these SOB's. They purposefully submit appeals slowly in order to drag out your claim so their 20% will be larger. They failed to submit my PTSD diagnosis to the VA and when I got my Statement of the Case it showed. I am currently seeking advice on how to discharge these snakes without having to give them 20% of any back pay I may receive.
Rep for Vets, is mis representing the Veterans Claim, moving in all directions to falsify information to the VA and defrauding the Govt with false disability claims. They do not follow the Veterans intention other than for their personal gain. I live in the DC market and will go through DAV and VA DC to announce and identify these scum bags to the Govt with documentation. Also, I will get on all VETs face book web pages and tell all to BEWARE OF THESE parasites. I hope God has a nice warm place for them when they retire. It's not Florida.
