Eager to sell stuff, but customer service is awful
I placed an order for a furnace flame sensor on Saturday evening. Then called the following day, Sunday, about noon and requested order cancellation. I was told that my request was placed in some kind of lineup and I would receive a message, no matter if my request was successful or not. I did not receive such message, just 24 hours later I received a notification that my order was shipped! My order never appeared on my account page, so the tab Manage your order was useless, so was the tab Track your order. Then, when I called and enquired about return, the representative just hung up on me!

Terrible Service and Late Delivery: My Experience with RepairClinic.com
So, I had to get a dryer belt and I went to RepairClinic (repairclinic.com) to get it. I ordered it on Monday and paid extra for overnight shipping. They promised it would be delivered on Wednesday the 17th of January. But, let me tell you, it didn't arrive until Friday night at 6:45 pm. And guess what? They just left it outside my house! I called RepairClinic multiple times to ask where my belt was and they blamed it on bad weather in Memphis. But, my niece lives in Memphis and she told me the bad weather was last week, not this week. And isn't 2 day air supposed to be delivered by planes, not trucks? The tracking number showed that the belt was at 4 different stops before it finally got to me.
To make matters worse, RepairClinic said they would refund the part, but not the shipping or extra 2 day expedite. That's not good service at all. It took me days to get through to them and their customer service is all at the customer's cost. We were so frustrated that we decided to go to Lowe's to see if we could find the same belt at a lower price. And guess what? We did! We were on our way to Lowe's when the belt finally arrived via Fed Ex. We turned around and went home, only to find out that it was the wrong belt! Can you believe it? Not only did it take forever to arrive, but it was the wrong one.
In conclusion, I would not recommend using RepairClinic. Their service is terrible and it took forever to get my order. Plus, they didn't even refund the full amount. Save yourself the trouble and go to Lowe's or another store to get your parts.
Terrible Experience with RepairClinic: Poor Customer Service and False Claims
I had a really bad experience with RepairClinic. I bought something from them, but when I got it, I didn't even take it out of the box. My family decided to just buy a new washer instead, so we tried to return the item. But the return department said that we installed it, which we didn't. It was really frustrating because they didn't include a packing slip with the item, so it was hard to prove that we didn't install it. I wish I had just bought the same thing on Amazon because it would have been easier to return if we needed to. I had to contact RepairClinic three times just to get an update on the return, and when they finally received the item, they didn't even bother to contact me. I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. And then they said they couldn't do the return because the item was installed, which was not true. I feel like RepairClinic is a scam and I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.
Mixed Review: Helpful for Finding Appliance Parts, but Shipping is Expensive and Customer Service is Lacking
This website is pretty good if you're looking for parts for your appliances. It can be tough to figure out which part you need, but they have a feature where you can enter your model number which is pretty helpful. However, the search engine can be a bit of a pain. It's hard to find the right part among all the options that come up. For example, when I was looking for door bins for my fridge, there were so many options that I had to check each one individually to see if it would fit. It would be nice if they could make it easier to find the right part.
Another thing that's kind of annoying is that they don't provide measurements for the parts. Instead, they have a picture with squares on it that you have to count to figure out the size. I ended up ordering the wrong size because of this. I know it's technically my fault, but it would be nice if they could provide measurements to make it easier.
The worst part about this website is the shipping. I had to pay for shipping for the first part and the replacement part, which was $10 each time. And then when I had to return the wrong part, I had to find my own shipping company and the cheapest option was $18! That's crazy for such a small part. I talked to customer service about it, but they wouldn't pay for the return shipping or match the shipping rate. It's frustrating because it feels like they don't care about their customers.
Overall, I would say that this website is okay. It's helpful to be able to find parts for your appliances, but the search engine and lack of measurements can make it difficult. And the shipping is just ridiculous. If you're going to order from this website, just be prepared to pay a lot for shipping.
Disappointing Experience with RepairClinic: Slow Refund Process and Lost Part
So, I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a snafu with RepairClinic. I ordered a pulley for my landmover, but I ended up getting the wrong one. I hopped on their chat and talked to a rep, who was pretty helpful. They sent me the packing slip and all the info I needed to return the part. Now, I'm up here in Canada, so I had to send it back to Ontario via Purolator internationnal office. According to the tracking info, the part made it to its destination just fine.
But then, a month and a half went by and I hadn't heard anything from RepairClinic. So I chatted with a rep again, and they told me that they could see that the part had made it to their warehouse, but they couldn't find it. So now I'm still waiting for my refund, even though I never even opened the package and had to pay $16.00 for the return postage.
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I don't think I'll be doing business with RepairClinic again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. If you're looking for parts, you're better off ordering directly from China. You'll get your parts faster and you'll probably get better service too. It's a shame, really - RepairClinic seems like they're stuck in the old American business mentality.
I gave them one star because the chat reps seemed like they were trying their best, but I would have given them zero stars if I could have.
RepairClinic Review: Rollercoaster Experience with Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, my experience with RepairClinic was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I was in need of a part for my dishwasher and decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong part not once, but twice. I was pretty frustrated at this point, but decided to give them a call to see if they could fix the issue.
After waiting on hold for what felt like an eternity, I finally got through to a representative. They apologized for the mistake and assured me that they would send a replacement part. If it was still wrong, they promised me a full refund. I was relieved to hear this and eagerly awaited the arrival of the replacement part.
Well, you can probably guess what happened next. The replacement part was also wrong. At this point, I was pretty fed up and decided to email them pictures of the part I needed. I also called back a few more times and spoke to different representatives. Unfortunately, one of them even hung up on me!
After all of this, I was promised a refund multiple times, but it never came. One representative even told me that they wouldn't give me a full refund, which was pretty frustrating after spending over an hour on the phone with them.
To make matters worse, every time I called, I had to wait on hold for what felt like an eternity. And when I finally got through to someone, it was like starting from scratch every time. All in all, it was a huge waste of time.
I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which was a hassle in and of itself. All I wanted was a $27 refund, but it seemed like an impossible task.
Now, I will say that if you don't run into any issues with RepairClinic, ordering from them could be a good experience. But if you do have any problems, be prepared for some of the worst customer service you've ever experienced.
Unprofessional and Fraudulent: My Disappointing Experience with RepairClinic.com
So, I ordered a part from repairclinic.com and was really excited to get it. But when I opened the box, I immediately knew that it was the wrong part. I was really disappointed because the image on the website was not the same as the part I received. I called up the customer service line and tried to explain the situation to them. But they treated me like I was a little kid and didn't listen to me at all. I even heard them making fun of me in the background, which was really hurtful.
I decided to return the part and get my money back. But they refused to refund me the shipping costs, which was really frustrating. I had to pay for the shipping and return it, which cost me over $30. When they received the part, they told me that I had damaged it and wouldn't give me a refund. I was really upset because I knew that I hadn't damaged it at all.
The whole experience was really unprofessional and fraudulent. I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer at all. I wouldn't recommend repairclinic.com to anyone, and I will definitely be telling my friends and family about my experience. It's really disappointing when a company doesn't live up to their promises and treats their customers poorly.
Positive Experience with RepairClinic: Affordable Parts and Fast Shipping
Yo, so I gotta say, I was a little hesitant to order from RepairClinic after reading some of these reviews. But, I gotta say, I'm glad I took the risk. See, I needed a part for my appliance and I went to a local shop to get it. But when I got home and tried to install it, I realized it was totally wrong. So, I hit up the internet and RepairClinic was the first thing that popped up. And let me tell you, I got two of the parts I needed for way less than what I paid for just one at the local shop. Plus, it came in just two days like they said it would.
Now, I will say, the links they sent me in the emails about how to install the parts didn't work. But, I went on their website and they had all these references listed. Unfortunately, my part wasn't one of them. So, I did what any savvy internet user would do and I hit up YouTube. And wouldn't you know it, I found a super helpful video that showed me exactly how to install the parts. It only took me like 10 minutes total, including the time it took to watch the video.
I gotta say, I feel bad for all these other people leaving bad reviews. Maybe I just got lucky, or maybe only the people with issues are leaving reviews. Who knows? All I know is that I had a good experience with RepairClinic and I'd order from them again.
Amazing Customer Service and Perfect Fit for Fridge Shelves from RepairClinic
I been trying to buy two wire shelves for my older fridge for months. This is a rental and god only knows why but there was only one shelf left in the fridge after my last tenant. I even already had ordered and returned shelves twice through another parts company, waiting more than a week for shipping twice, which were supposedly for my fridge but both were actually for my freezer, each with a unique part number... that parts place (partsselect) told me the problematic part numbers were coming from the manufacturer and to call them. I did and they were closed and had a recording redirecting me to their website to search for the part number due to COVID... So not helpful.
So I googled to find any other parts company to try again fresh with someone else and that turned out to be repairclinic. I was frustrated from the get go but the rep was polite and courteous. I told her I needed her to measure the shelf cuz I was done with shipping bad parts back to companies. She could not search the database by measurements (that is seriously lame btw) so instead we narrowed it down another way then when 2 possible options remained she COUNTED THE GRIDS in the photo to figure out if we had a winner. It seemed like we did so I ordered two and they arrived today and holy cow THEY FIT EXACTLY perfectly!
I can't recall her name unfortunately but if she reads this and remembers the story, THANK YOU! RepairClinic is the best parts company I have ever dealt with. They have the best customer service and they really care about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone who needs parts for their appliances. They have a huge selection of parts and they are always willing to help you find the right part for your appliance. They also have fast shipping and their prices are very reasonable. If you need parts for your appliances, go to RepairClinic. You won't be disappointed!
RepairClinic Review: A Nightmare Experience with Dishwasher Repair
So, my dishwasher broke down and I was in a real pickle. I searched online and found RepairClinic, which offered diagnostics and parts. I had to pay $5 to register and another $50 for the diagnostic, which was a bit steep, but I was desperate to get my dishwasher fixed. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there.
The repair guy who came to diagnose the problem was nice and helpful, and he set up the order for the part I needed. However, I soon found out that I had been automatically subscribed to their service for $50 a month, which was not something I had signed up for. I called them to cancel, but they still charged me for the first month.
I was told that I would receive an email when the part shipped, but it took two weeks(!) to get that notification. Even then, they said that I would receive the tracking number in a separate email, which took another week to arrive. When the part finally arrived, it turned out to be the wrong part for the wrong brand and model. I was furious!
I called them again, but they said they couldn't do anything because "it was a web order". I had to argue with them that the number I called was on the order receipt, and then they said that I had ordered the wrong part. I had to explain that the repair guy I spoke to over the phone was the one who set up the part order, and that I didn't order anything. This whole conversation was interspersed with long periods of being put on hold, which was frustrating.
Finally, I managed to get a customer service representative to send me a mailing label to send the wrong part back and to refund my money. It was a real hassle, and I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company. If there was a way to give it negative stars, this would be a -5 star review. Save your money, time, and sanity, and find another company to do business with.
Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays from RepairClinic
I gotta say, my experience with RepairClinic was a real bummer. I needed to get two pulleys for a commercial customer, and their website had a price that worked for us and our customer. But then we waited over a month for the pulleys to arrive. Finally, they updated the website to say they were shipping, but then there was no movement for several days. So I hit up their customer service via chat, and let me tell you, the response I got was not friendly. The agent told me the part was still on the trailer and hadn't been unloaded yet, and once it was, it would be shipped. And then I noticed they raised the price on their website, so I asked to make sure I was still getting charged what we agreed on. The agent's response was pretty snarky, if you ask me.
Anyway, a few days later, the pulleys still hadn't been sent. And then, after four more days of waiting, they finally shipped via Fedex. But then I saw on the Fedex site that the delivery was scheduled for a Sunday via home delivery, which seemed weird. And then I saw that there was a problem with the barcode being mislabeled or unreadable. Apparently the package made it as far as my local Fedex, but then got sent back because of the barcode issue. So I reached out to RepairClinic and asked to cancel the order and get a refund. But they gave me a lot of runaround and insisted it was still going to be delivered. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge because they wouldn't listen to me.
Honestly, the customer service was just terrible. I've never seen anything like it. They were so unprofessional and rude. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Unethical and Unprofessional: My Experience with RepairClinic
I have had an experience with RepairClinic in the past and it was not a pleasant one. I needed a specific blower fan module for my AC, which was difficult to find. Luckily, RepairClinic had it listed at a good price, so I decided to order it even though the part had not yet arrived to them.
However, things took a turn for the worse when the price of the part changed on their website. It seemed that they had made a mistake in the pricing and did not want to fulfill the order anymore. Instead of contacting me and explaining the situation, they continuously delayed the shipping date every time it was supposed to be shipped.
I called them to inquire about the delay and they assured me that the part was coming. But it was clear that they had no intention of fulfilling the order and were just trying to tire me out. After a month of waiting without any heating in the middle of winter, I had no choice but to cancel the order and get the part from another site.
I was extremely disappointed with the way RepairClinic handled the situation. It was unethical and unprofessional. They could have contacted me and explained the price issue instead of making me waste a month without any heating. I will never do business with them again.
Disappointing Experience with RepairClinic: Late Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and False Promises
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with RepairClinic. I ordered a part from them on a Saturday, even though I found the same part locally for way cheaper. But, they promised me that I would get the part by Monday afternoon, so I figured it was worth it. Well, come Monday, the part still hadn't arrived and they told me it wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. I was pretty frustrated, especially since I had to find the part locally anyways.
So, I tried to cancel the order, but they told me it was too late. I asked for a return label, thinking they would cover the cost since they didn't fulfill their promise, but they didn't send me one. I had to call again to ask for a label, and they told me they wouldn't provide it and that the customer service rep I spoke to before shouldn't have promised me anything. I was pretty annoyed, especially since I paid for overnight service.
To make matters worse, they told me they would refund the entire price, including the delivery charge, but that was a lie. I didn't get the full refund I was promised. Overall, I wouldn't recommend RepairClinic to anyone and I definitely won't be doing business with them again.
Terrible Experience with RepairClinic: Late Delivery and Wrong Part
I gotta say, my experience with RepairClinic was pretty rough. I mean, I've dealt with some frustrating websites before, but this one takes the cake. It all started when I needed to find a replacement part for my washing machine door hook. I scoured the internet for hours, but every diagram was missing the part number I needed. So, I decided to give RepairClinic a call.
Let me tell you, I was on hold for almost 40 minutes before I finally got through to someone. And even then, it wasn't smooth sailing. The lady on the other end was helpful enough, but it took her a while to figure out what part I needed. Eventually, she gave me the part number and I placed my order. I even paid an extra $27.99 for overnight shipping, since I needed the part ASAP.
Well, that was a mistake. I didn't receive the part until 5 days later! And to make matters worse, the part she told me to order didn't even fit my washing machine. Not even close. I was beyond frustrated at this point. I mean, I had already wasted so much time and money on this part, and now I had to start all over again.
So, I contacted RepairClinic to see if I could at least get a refund on the shipping since it was so late and caused me so much trouble. But nope, they weren't having it. They told me that expedited shipping isn't guaranteed through FedEx, and that was that. No refund, no apology, nothing.
Honestly, I've never been treated so poorly by a company before. It's a shame, because I had heard good things about RepairClinic before this whole ordeal. But now, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Poor Customer Service Experience with RepairClinic: Delayed Delivery and Refund Refusal
I recently purchased a dryer blower fan for my Kenmore Dryer from RepairClinic. I was excited to receive my order by September 6-7, 2016, but unfortunately, the part did not arrive on time. I was disappointed and decided to call their customer service to inquire about the delay. However, my experience with their customer service was not pleasant. They hung up on me three times, which was very frustrating.
I found their customer service to be rude and unhelpful. I requested a refund for my shipping and handling fees, but they refused to do so. The first time I asked for a refund, they hung up on me. The second time, I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes before they hung up on me again. Finally, I was able to speak to someone who told me that the Manager refused to refund my fees, even though they promised to do so without question if there was a shipping issue.
I was not satisfied with their response, so I asked to speak with a Manager higher than his direct Supervisor. However, the third guy hung up on me again. I was very frustrated at this point and decided to call back yet again. Finally, I was given the Supervisors Managers name and contact information. I plan to call her on Monday to see what she may, or may not do.
Overall, my experience with RepairClinic was not a good one. Their customer service was unhelpful and rude, and they did not fulfill their promise to refund my shipping and handling fees. I hope that they will improve their customer service in the future to avoid similar situations.
Disappointing Experience with RepairClinic: Beware of Refund Policy and Quality of Parts
I recently made a purchase from RepairClinic for a control board for my GE microwave oven. I was pleased to find that the website had the exact model number that I needed and the control board was listed as a replacement. However, when I received the control board and began installing it, I noticed that there were more connections than on my original board. I was confused and frustrated, so I decided to call and speak with a representative.
After explaining my situation, the representative informed me that the company has a 365 day refund policy. I was relieved to hear this, but was disappointed to learn that I would have to pay for the shipping to send the part back for a full refund. Despite this, I decided to go ahead and return the control board.
Unfortunately, when RepairClinic received the control board back, they sent me an email stating that they could not refund any money on the board because it showed scratches on the terminals. I was shocked and upset to hear this, as I had only installed the board briefly to check the connections. Now, I am out almost $200 for a board that is by their definition was new. I am left wondering if the board was actually new or if it was a refurbished part.
To make matters worse, RepairClinic informed me that they would destroy the returned board as they could not resell it. This seems like a waste of resources and money, and it only adds to my frustration with this company.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with RepairClinic. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as I feel that they are a total fraud. It is important to do your research and read reviews before making a purchase from any company, and I wish I had done so before buying from RepairClinic.
Poor Customer Service Experience with RepairClinic.com
So, I had a problem with my A/C and I found RepairClinic.com online. I thought the problem was the condenser, so I ordered one from their website. After about five hours, I was talking to a friend who knew a lot about HVAC and he told me that the problem was actually the fan motor. So, I decided to return the condenser and buy the motor from RepairClinic.com.
When I called them to ask about returning the condenser, I was greeted by a young woman who seemed to have a lot of attitude and was chewing gum. She told me that there was no way that FedEx would take the package back. I was a bit frustrated, but I decided to call back and ask if they had the motor in stock. After waiting on hold for about ten minutes, someone picked up the phone and then hung up on me. I was really annoyed at this point.
I decided to call FedEx to see if they could help me with the return. They gave me a confirmation number and I called RepairClinic.com back to give them the number. The woman who answered the phone seemed like I was bothering her and didn't seem to care about my problem.
Overall, I was really disappointed with the customer service at RepairClinic.com. The woman who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful, and the person who hung up on me was really frustrating. I don't think I'll be doing business with them again.
Unreliable and Shady: My Experience with Repair Clinic
Repair Clinic is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They have caused me a lot of trouble and I am not the only one. I ordered a control knob for my AC unit in October of last year and I still have not received it. I received an email today, March 23rd, 2023, stating that my package would be delayed yet again. This is unacceptable. The email stated that my package would be delayed until May 2nd, 2023, but it had already been pushed to April 4th, 2023. This is not the first time that they have delayed my package. They have been doing this for months now.
The worst part is that they have my credit card information. I am worried that they will use it for fraudulent activities. I have already had scam activity on my card and I do not want to go through that again. I am not the only one who has had this problem. Many people have complained about Repair Clinic and their shady practices. They are playing a dangerous game and they will eventually get caught.
I am very disappointed with Repair Clinic. They have caused me a lot of stress and I do not appreciate it. I will not be doing business with them again and I would advise others to do the same. If you have already done business with them, I suggest that you keep a close eye on your credit card statements. They cannot be trusted. Every dog has its day and Repair Clinic will get what is coming to them.
Disappointing Customer Service and Mistakes: My Experience with RepairClinic.com
I recently made a purchase on repairclinic.com for an icemaker kit for my refrigerator. The delivery was prompt and I was excited to install it. However, when I opened the box, I noticed that there were two identical wiring harnesses instead of the two different ones that were supposed to be included. I tried to make it work, but unfortunately, it didn't fit.
I contacted repairclinic.com and they informed me that they were waiting for parts from the distributor. I waited patiently for over two months, but my repeated emails were ignored. I tried calling and chatting with them, but it was of no use. I was disappointed with their customer service and felt like I was being strung along.
Eventually, I found the same kit in stock on another website and ordered it. It arrived within two days and had the correct parts. After more than two months of waiting, I finally had ice again.
Although repairclinic.com refunded my purchase price, they did not reimburse me for the return postage, even though the problem was their fault. I was disappointed with their lack of accountability and felt like they didn't value my business.
Overall, I had a negative experience with repairclinic.com and I will not be doing business with them again. I hope that they can improve their customer service and take responsibility for their mistakes in the future.
Unfair Return Policy: My Experience with RepairClinic
This company, RepairClinic, is not the best company to deal with when it comes to customer service. I spent a lot of time on the phone with them before I bought the products I needed for my stove. I asked them about the return policy many times, and they told me that I had a whole year to return the items if I needed to. They never mentioned anything about not being able to open the package. I thought that was a pretty good deal, so I went ahead and bought the parts I needed.
Unfortunately, when I got the parts, they didn't work. I was really disappointed, but I figured I could just return them and get my money back. I sent the items back, but then I got a message from RepairClinic saying that they couldn't accept the return because the items had been opened and installed. I was really surprised because they never told me that before. I had to pay $30 to ship the items back, and now I'm stuck with them.
I'm really upset about this whole situation. I spent $300 on these parts, and now I can't even use them. I've been trying to get a refund, but RepairClinic is refusing to give me one. I think their return policy is really unfair, and I want other people to know about it. It's not right that they can sell you something that doesn't work and then refuse to take it back. I hope RepairClinic wakes up and realizes that they're going to lose customers if they keep treating people like this.
Disappointing Experience with RepairClinic: Incorrect Part and Refusal to Accept Return
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with RepairClinic. I ordered a fan for the upper oven of my double wall oven, and I made sure to double-check the part number and SKU on their website before making the purchase. But when the fan arrived, I quickly realized that it was actually meant for the lower oven - it just didn't fit in the upper oven at all.
I was pretty frustrated, but I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to return the fan and get a refund. Unfortunately, that's not how things went down. RepairClinic refused to accept the return, claiming that I had already tried to install the fan and therefore it was against their policy to take it back. I tried to explain that the issue was with their website, which had clearly listed the fan as the correct part for the upper oven, but they didn't seem to care.
So now I'm out $125 for the fan and an additional $20 for shipping on the return. And to make matters worse, RepairClinic still has the fan and I have nothing to show for it. I'm really disappointed with how this whole situation was handled - it feels like RepairClinic just didn't want to take responsibility for their mistake.
Overall, I don't think I'll be using RepairClinic again in the future. It's one thing to make a mistake, but it's another thing entirely to refuse to make things right when the mistake is pointed out. I think a good company is one that can handle things going wrong and still treat their customers with respect and fairness, and unfortunately that's not what I experienced with RepairClinic.
Garden tractor part
They made a mistake and sent me the wrong part and I had to pay for return shipping, out $28.00 this is wrong.

Don't use this company
I got wrong parts from them three times. This is not funny. I would understand if it happened just once, but they keep screwing it up. My first order was delivered on time by express delivery, but with wrong parts. I contacted them and they agreed to send me the right order. When I got it n
a week, the order was wrong again. And again I called them being angry and was promised to get the right order next time. Guess what happened. What's wrong with you, folks? What the hell is going wrong inside your heads? Will this ever end?
I didn't get info or order from these people
I bought condenser and possible that it was defective. I contacted the rep from www.repairclinic.com and asked to provide some parts for me. I paid them money and waited for the news about the delivery and the whole order. But these guys scammed me. They haven’t sent info, after 5 days I understood that I wouldn’t get the order. They didn’t reply to my emails. The website didn’t contain any other info, so I lost all hopes to get my money back. Stay away from this company.
Worst service ever
This is an on-line site that sells appliance parts. They delivered the right stuff, in a timely manner. However, they also transferred my credit card number to "WLI*RESERVATIONSREWARDS [protected] CT" which began making monthly $10 charges to my credit card for some sort of alleged service. RepairClinic admits they did this, claims I ordered the service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This complaint is legitimate. Even though the customer did sign up for the service, it wasn't clear to them that they would be charged a monthly fee. We tried to be certain the fees were explained up front, but other customers told us the same thing. We subsequently dropped the program and worked with every complainant to get a full refund. We're sorry for any trouble this caused you. Chris Hall, President, RepairClinic.com
