I've spent lots of money trying to sell my timeshare and each seller took my money and never sold the property. Thankfully Resale Closings was able to sell my first timeshare. They have one more timeshare I own and hopefully they will sell that one as well.

In my 81 years of life and dealing with many, many businesses, I would like to comment on Frank Febbo and his company RESALE CLOSINGS. I have made two phone calls to Resale Closings and each time I spoke at length with Frank Febbo. He spent a great amount of time with me and answered any and all questions. I had an excellent conversations with him and felt he represented his company, extremely well. My pleasure in speaking and dealing with RESALE CLOSINGS.

I am so glad that I went to the ComplaintsBoard.com to find a company that would help us get rid of our Timeshare burden. This is where Resale Closings, LLC had amazing great reviews. I made the call and talked to a person right away. I didn't get the run around with having to talk to several different people. Resale Closing, LLC gave me all the information thru emails with details to share with my husband. After that, the process started, and the time, when we were free of the Timeshare deed, was within 2 months.

I have not been involved with Jes Wagner and his staff. In the past few years I have tried to get out from under the time share contract and it cost me time heart ach and money. I have had nothing but positive experience with Jes W and Resale Closing. I had been trying to get out of this nightmare for several years. I do not even want to think about how much money this timeshare experience has cost me. One of the worst decisions of my life. After being in contact with Resale Closing, the process moved forward. When it is time to take action on the disposition of a timeshare property, Resale Closings, LLC made the process simple and explained the options available for selling, deed back, or giving it away. In my situation, my parents owned a timeshare for nearly 40 years and enjoyed vacationing at the resort, or exchanging it for different locations, every year they owned it. With the passing of my father, my mother's limited income, and advanced age made it impossible for her to take advantage of the timeshare any longer. While it is possible to sell your timeshare property in the real estate market, it is difficult to express the value of a timeshare to anyone who might be interested, when the the property is located in a state over 600 miles from where you live. Resale Closings, LLC works with many timeshare locations and knows what other options may be available to dissolve your ownership and be free and clear of the annual expense of owning a timeshare. They were very pleasant to work with and guided my mother through the entire process. I would highly recommend working with Resale Closings, LLC to find the best way to dissolve your ownership in a timely fashion. Give them a call. At the very least, you will be more educated on what options you may have when this time comes in your life.

This company messed up my property purchase from ***. I've been trying to reach them since April 30 but they haven't fixed anything yet. I only found out about the problem when I tried to sell the property. The sale didn't happen and I lost a lot of money because Resale Closings didn't fix the title. I'm going to the ComplaintsBoard.com to get my money back and if that doesn't work, I'll sue them. My lawyer found some big problems already.

I went with Resale Closings to help me cancel my timeshare. I gave them everything they asked for, but they gave my case to an attorney who ain't doing nothing. I gave them info, but they ain't doing nothing. I asked them to end my case and give me my money back, but they ain't responding to my last email. They charged me $1845 and I want it back. This company is scamming people. I just want my money back. I'm a disabled vet too.

Me and my wife enlisted Resale Closings, LLC in Oct 2019 to sell our burdensome timeshare. We paid them a substantial fee for this service. However, on Nov 26, 2019, they informed us that they transferred the responsibility to another agency in Springfield, MO. As of July 14, there has been no progress. Resale Closings, LLC has ceased communication and has not fulfilled their obligations. This is unacceptable.
