Acai Advanced crappy service

So i signed up for the free trial and paid the 5 bucks for s+h
and a couple days later they charge me almost 70 bucks for the product, so i called the first time it took almost an hour and no one picked up
and i called again today and this lady named Nicole told me that they already shipped another out to me and im gonna be charged for it. its total ###. plus they wont refund my money nor let me send back the one their sending now.
i know one thing im gonna talk to my credit card company and im not paying the 64 dollars for the next shipment.
DONT USE ACAI ADVANCED ITS CRAP, DOESNT WORK AND RUINS YOUR STOMACH.

I tried for the "free" sample of Acai Advanced and I disappointed myself because I probably should have known better.

I signed up for the "free" sample only to find out that I would be charged $64.95 (or something close to that) if I didn't return the "free" sample in 15 days, well I called immediately to return and was told that nothing would be charged to my account.

2 day later (what a surprise) a charge of $24.95 to my DEBIT card so this is screwing with legitimate things that are atuomatically getting paid out of my account.

I called the 800 # and did finally get someone (you're usually on hold for about 30 min each call) and they assured me that I'll get my $ back and there will be no more charges, we'll see.

BEWARE OF ACAI ADVANCED!1

That Dr. Oz should be ashamed of himself having his name associated with this SCAM company

I would not recommend you try this acai advanced product. you get signed up for stuff you don't realize ($24.95). you get charged for supposedly free product (cost me $64 plus). then the product doesn't work. I tried it for the 15 days and saw no benefit. Don't try it. You will end up getting charges and not be able to get the charges removed from your card. BEWARE!

i called after my supposedly free trial, they charged my credit card the day after i cancelled. when icalled them about this, they said they cant do anything about it. they gave me a address but stated there is no phone for the corporate office.

I found out today that this company took money out of my Checking Account without my permission.
I paid the Postage for a free sample and now I'm being charged because they say I am a member.
I'm a senior citizen who needs help paying for my Prescriptions, I would never sign up for something I cannot afford.

This is a total scam. Don't do it! First of all, the product doesn't even do what it says it does. NO weight loss here. Second of all, by the time you receive the product, you have paid almost $100 for the product & the "Lean for Life Program" you are automatically signed up for. It is just a membership on the internet.

Acai Advanced totally ripped me off. They say they clearly state that you have 14 days to cancel product, but they dont tell you that they will charge you $89.89 and that when you try to cancel they wont answer the phone and that they pit you on endless hold. The product is garbage and totally doesn't work. Do not buy or try this product it is a scam.

Requested a free trial sample, try to close before the 15day trial period and recieve rudeness from Erica, customer service. This program is a scam, and B.B.B. needs to be notified.

They state at the bottom of the invioce that you can call and recieve an RMA to return the product if not completely satisfied. I would be responsible for return shipping charges. When I called to request an RMA, they said all they could do was to stop any future shipments,
and that I could not in fact return any of the product for a refund.

After following all directions and making a record of all cancellation numbers I received another shipment of product. Upon calling customer service I was told that there were no notes regarding my original call in spite of the fact that I had all the numbers and already knew all the information regarding the return process. I will return the product one more time and I am cancelling the credit card I used to make my ill-fated purchase.

Beware of acai advanced. You will be doubled teamed!!! I ordered the free trail of the acai advanced c/o glf. The only thing they said you would be charged for is $5.95 shipping. They made me sick so I called and cancelled it within the trail period. They told me to send back the bottle and there would be no further charges and they gave me confirmation #...

Acai Advanced unauthorized charge of credit card

I started trying to call this company within a week of recieving this product to return it you must notify them and get a RMA number but they only place you on hold for long periods of time and after a hour or more they disconnect you. I am disputing this claim with my credit card co and have had to cancel my card on account of this. This should be against the law for people to scam like this and a scam it is. The flyer says they have a 30 day moneyback guarantee try it for 15 days and if you dont like it return it for your money back no hassels but you must contact them first for your RMA #. I still have all theyre pills but two as the first two made me sick so that is why I started to call right away.

Tried the product. first mistake . Listened to the guy say, it really takes two months for it really, to take affect.( second mistake). called and just said NO ! Please cancel now. Also found the internet charge later for call help what a scam . No where was that written or said . How can they charge for this? Now trying to get the charges stopped. because three months of charges and saying cancel this hasn't worked. What can we do to get these people>>>>>bbb is covered up with stuff like this. I wish this link was with all the buy this stuff link, might help the next sucker!

Definitely a scam.. I've been through this as well. Much time on hold to no avail. I had to cancel my credit card to get the charges stopped. Does anyone know if the Better Business Bureau could help out with this?

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE! I called within in a couple days of receiving b/c I noticed it took a week to ship & on the shipping paper work it says you have 15 days trial period for free, from the date ordered, before you are charged $64 for the bottle. This info is not stated on the website when you order. I took me a week to get a live person on the phone, I finally called and left the phone on speaker until somebody picked up to give me an RMA #. The email they give you doesn't work, support @acaiadvanced.com...sent several emails and they never went through, kept coming back b/c they timed out.

OMG! I wish I had read this page before ordering. I ordered this product and as soon as I received it I found out about the hidden charges, so I called and cancelled, so I thought. The representative assured me that it was cancelled and I would not be chargered but before they agreed to cancel they began lowering the price per month to make it more affordable. I still refused and advised them to cancel the product and I would send it back, they rep. said on no you can keep it, its a complimentory gift from the company for trying the product. A week later I was charged $79.95 I called back and there was no documentation of me making the call. What a shame, I had to go round and round with them. Still no refund yet. If this has happened to you please contact the BBB in your area. They have to be STOPPED.

I agree with everything negative that has been said about the Acai Advanced program. RUN FOR YOUR Life. When you cancel you have to cancel everything or you will be billed.

This is the biggest joke I have ever been told. I was sent 4 pills and then charged $64.95 for the shippment. Hello money doesn't grow on Acai trees...Very Mad in Virginia...

I must add my name to the list of people who have been scammed. After calling and waiting over 1 hour 3 or 4 days in a row I finally reached a live person who told me that my free trial period had expired. This is a total scam! I am still attempting to get a refund for both the pills and the email support that I was not even aware existed. Hopefully the BBB will get involved with this criminal company. I now wait for a supervisor to call me back between 5 and 7 p.m..

I am very upset about Acai Advance. There add is very misleading . Don't get sucked in it's a scam. You will be charged for things you do not get or use. There is nothing free about it no trail period you just get charged.

I was also wondering why people are still falling for a "weightloss miracle in a bottle." Haven't you all realized that they DON'T WORK! Acai is supposed to be used as a super food and weightloss is an added plus. But don't expect it to work that way for everyone!

I am trying to lose weight and have been for a long time but trust me, there are really no pills out there that will work. You have to workout and eat right. That's really the oldest "diet" in the book. (even though its not a diet since we should be doing it all the time anyway!) I know where you all are coming from but do the right thing and quit falling for these scams!
