this product does not work.And on top of this they send 2 bottles at a time @80.00, i want the company to quit sending this product and they can quit billing my card for it. this product is a scam and so is the company!

IT IS SO SAD TO KNOW THAT PEOPLE OUT THERE CONTINUE TO ROB MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE! I ALSO ORDERED THIS PRODUCED AND HAVE BEEN TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH WHAT THIS ACAI SLIM DIET COMPANY WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO ME.

LETS FIRST START THAT I RECEIVED MY FIRST BOTTLE AND THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST ALMOST $10.00 IN TOTAL. A WEEK LATER I RECEIVE ANOTHER BOTTLE IN THE MAIL (MY THOUGHT...MMMM...WHY ANOTHER BOTTLE?). A WEEK LATER I RECEIVED MY VISA BILL AND REALIZED THAT THIS COMPANY CHARGED ME $80.00 FOR THIS OTHER BOTTLE WHICH I DID NOT ORDER.

I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID THAT I SHOULD HAVR READ THE FINE LINES ON THE ADD. I ALWAYS READ THE FINE LINES AND FOR THE LIFE OF ME, I DID NOT SEE THE FINE LINES...(HOW FINE WERE THESE LINES?) PERHAPS SOMEWHERE BARRIED IN ANOTHER SCAM ADD WHO KNOWS!

THE STORY GOES ON...THE MANUFACTURER TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND THE CHARGE WILL REMAIN IN MY ACCOUNT, SO THIS FREE TRIAl "ACAI SLIM" END UP COSTING ME A TOTAL OF $90.00. THE STORY GOES ON...

A MONTH LATER I RECEIVED MY VISA BILL AND REALIZED THAT ANOTHER CHARGE OF $80.00 ON MY VISA STATEMENT, (NOT ONLY THAT!) ANOTHER CHARGE OF $24.00 WHICH FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER THE TITLE "DIET CONSULTATION PACKAGE." i THOUGHT TO MYSELF WHAT THE HELL? I CALLED THE COMPANY AGAIN, AND THEY SAID IN THE ADVERTISMENT THERE WAS A FINE LINE WHERE WHEN ORDERING THE PRODUCED I WOULD BE AGREEING TO THE OFFER OF SPECIAL DIET INFORMATION THROUGH INTERNET...WHAT A SCAM...I NEVER REMEMBERED READING SUCH A THING...WHERE WERE THESE FINE LINES...UP THEIR ###! Acai Slim Diet unauthorized billing

I ordered a free trial of their product in which I willingly accepted to pay $4.99 shipping and handling. Then, roughly 3-4 weeks later I received a shipment with two bottles in it and my credit card had been charged $79.99 + $9.99 shipping.

I called them and offered to send back the unopened package immediately and requested a refund. The customer service representative said they do not give refunds on monthly shipments and that it was stated in the "terms and conditions" that unless I cancelled within 14 days of the free trial that I would be shipped bottles monthly and charged the above mentioned amount.

I contacted the better business bureau and I also called my credit card company to have this claim disputed. Even though they may say in very small print that they will do this, it is not obvious to the customer. Also, they say they offer a 100% money back guarantee, but when asked about that they said it was only on the trial version — which is free anyways.

There are numerous complaints about the business tactics of this company online. I am still pursuing a resolution with the bbb and hope that this company will no longer be able to operate with the sole intention of confusing it's trail consumers and siphoning $90.00 per person after they didn't realize they had to cancel a membership that they were unaware they were even enrolled in after 14 days.

I encourage everyone who has dealt with this company and had this same thing to happen to them to contact the better business bureau with your complaint. If enough people report this unethical action, hopefully something will be done about their misleading business practices.

I canceled my order of this junk. it did absolutely no good, at all. I was shocked to find, that they took $89.00 from my bank. especially, 3 weeks before christmas. I am on social security, and very limited.

When I ordered this junk, I thought i'd try it. it was supposed to be a free trial. I did cancel the product, but it didn't work. when I finally reached a 'real-person', I was told they had no record of my canceling. this time, I was given a 'confirmation' number. supposedly, this cancels my subscription with them.

Solution: I went to the bank, and had to pay them to keep this company from ever taking more money from me. second solution, is don't buy from this company, for any reason. my grandkids, would have really enjoyed me spending the $89.00 on them, for x-mas.

This is a bloody scam, I am from austraila and as if I can call that number... you have taken about $300.00 so far out of my account for no reason except for ripping me off! I would like an email address and a mailing address so I can mailing my cancelation to you and take this matter further!

I have also filed a complaint with the bbb. this company is a joke! they try to say that we agreed to continue purchasing the acai diet if we didn't cancel w/in 14 days. yeah right! no where did I ever see that or agree to that. I never would have signed up if I would have known that two weeks later I would be charged 89.97 for the acai and 87.13 for the colon cleanse. what a rip off. they had better refund my money or I will take it farther than the bbb!

I totally agree 100%, it just happened to me today 1.06.09, i ordered on the 22nd of Dec.22nd and they took $90.00 from my bank acc. two days before they were suppose to and i had know idea i was on a membership and was going to be charged $90.00, and i can't get in contact with anybody to refund my money to my account. They told me to e-mail them and it's not working at all, i tried 10 times after the long message it wouldn't go thru. I'm pissed of i'm also on Social Security and i was hesitant about doing this and i should have went with my first thought which was don't trust what you can't see...!Damnnnnn

Acai Slim Diet Monthly Charges

I ordered the free trial bottle of acai slim pills and never even used them. I just looked at my credit card statement and realized they charged me $89.99. When I emailed them to dispute this transaction I has asked for a representative to call me. Of course no one did. I just hope no one else falls into their TRAP. The company is a JOKE and they should have better customer service and not cheat people out of money. Especially when we are in such a huge financial crisis as a country.

The email I received after seeing a charge of $89.99:

I was shipped three bottles of Tri Slim after cancelling the contract. My credit card was also charged $89.97 for this product. I DID NOT ORDER THIS AND WANT A REFUND PRONTO. DO I NEED A LAWYER TO STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT.

I have had the same problem. I actually was instant messaging an individual who said that my return was being "processed" I am not sure how much longer I should wait considering it has been close to 6 weeks. I also asked for her employee id and confirmation number. I then emailed both numbers to myself in order to justify my claim if I need to take it to court.

I ordered this product too I think. It was on my cc as DriAcaislimming diet. Is this the same as you recieved? I am not keeping my "Trial Bottle" if they are going to charge me. Please let me know if this is the same. I tried calling the [protected] and of course they are not there today. I will try on Monday. Thank you for the info and be sure I will keep in touch to see if "WE" can do something about this stuff.

Acai Slim Diet money back

i ordered 1 bottle of free trial acai slim diet and then they deducted$89.78 on my account without my knowledge..i talked to the customer servicedepartment and complained about taking money on my account.I explained to him that it didnt say on the brochure when i received my fisrt bottle that they are going to dedduct automatically from my account. i want my money back he said that i need to send an email to the billing dept which i did. I called Adam again and said after an hour he will send me an email.New year came and until now i havent receive an email.. Today jan 2nd i called the customer service no and nobody pick up the phone.. if you dont want to return my money back just send me 2 bottle and no more deduction will be done after this.

I also ordered 1 bottle of free 5.99 trial acaiberry.I payed for that . later i was sent some more, that i did not order, they took $89.97 out of my credit card with out my knowing it . Acai Slim Diet you bill me but you did not send the produt

I ordered a free trial of the diet product you offered. I did not realize that it was going to really cost me as you decided to put the clause in there that I would get some more and charge it to my credit card the next month and that was that I had to decide not to order any more within a alloted amound of time. Besides I did not even get the darn next product and yet I am being charged. Why would you do that? I read through a lot of the customer complaints and it seems like this company is not reputable at all. You tried to explain it to me why it was the way it was and I was going to get charged anyway. I am sending it to the disbute department of my bank. I do not plan to pay for this charge. I did not even get the darn order so I can send it back, what a deal.

I've talked to them. Unless they give you a confirmation number for the return product (which they are not going to do) you will just be giving them back the product to mail out again.

They are a scam, but in the pages and pages of small print in that small box at the bottom of the order page, you agreed to become a member; not return the product without a confirmation number (you will never get from them only if you wait over an hour on the phone). They covered their bases. You can't get them in civil court. Like the really nice customer service person told me, "You need to read the small print, and I'm not going to take your crap", goodbye, click.

Visa told me this is the biggest dispute scam being handled by their dispute department. You might as well order a new card, you can't stop them from getting in your account. They will continue month after month and you can't stop them.

Visa is going to dispute both charges to my card after 30 days. They have so many people disputing their charges maybe we'll get our $$ back. Visa isn't really very hopeful.

Does anybody have the mailing address for this company? I was advised bu my credit card company that if i would return the unwanted bottle of pils as "unwanted returned" merchandise they would take the charge of my bill. Now I am stuck with the problem that I do not know their physical address. Thanks for any help.

Kinetka is not a lab. Nazarian is a computer guy and has no medical background. He is trying to make a buck off of your desperation to find a magic pill for losing weight or getting healthy.

The whole thing is a scam, plain and simple. The best way to put him out of business is for everyone to sue him. In Los Angeles, you file in small claims court. You will get your money back and he will have a judgment against him. Outside of Los Angeles, file a complaint with your state's attorney general for mail fraud.

the same thing happen to me and i never got the free produce either then i was billed and told i was getting 2 more bottles and i asked what happen to my free bottle and havent got a answer yet. now i am out of the shipping and 88 dollars for 2 bottles i didnt get yet. want to talk about pissed. i will be getting in touch with the bbb in the morning i bet i get a answer then.

Acai Slim Diet Taking money out of my account before it was time

I had a 14 day trial on the acai Berry Slim Diet. I recieved Them on Nov. 3rd and they took $89.00 out of my bank accout on the 14th when I still had a few days to go. I am sending back Mon. the pills I did not use and would like my money put back into my account

With the increase in Internet marketing, the FTC staff has issued a report providing guidance for marketers to help them avoid deception in making online "negative option" offers. (With negative option marketing, a company takes a consumer's silence or failure to cancel as acceptance of the offer and permission to bill them.)

Even if you don't hear from them, write a letter to them and send the product back telling them you are cancelling the order. Keep receipts and all proof of what you did.

File Fraudulent charges with the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney Generals office online in whatever State you got the product

You need to file Fraudulent charges with your credit card Company. You are safe closing that card because without your consent, they will continue to charge that card. I closed my card but filed charges and still got my money back.

This ACAI Co. has many names. They Scam everyone they can. I ordered via another co. They mailed the "free" sample and they they mailed the agreed? upon product except that it is an inferior product. I don't see the charge yet on my credit card, but who know what name they will use. We must report these to the attorney general. These AH can't get away with this forever. Can you imagine how much they must have stolen already?
You can buy ACAI at your health food store.

He is not a doctor or scientist. These are not labs. It's a supplements scam and affiliate marketing scheme.

If you are in Los Angeles, sue him in small claims court.
If you are out of state, it's mail fraud and a federal crime.

THIS IS A GIANT SCAM--- DONT BUY IT ... I ordered it with the understanding that I would only have to pay the trial size...then they sent it to me again, and charged me again...THATS NOT ALL... They gave my informatoin to a company called Fit-Fac.com. This is a charge of $19.95 a month, and its suppose to be some kind of fitness website... I had never even heard of the NAME, let alone the company.
It would be a great justice for all of us who were SCAMMED to tell everyone you know to never order anything on line.

I also purchased a 14 day free trial bottle on Nov 1, did not recieve it till Nov7, I had one more day to cancel, they took $89.00 out of my account. How am i supposed to know if the product is working until the 14 days are up? I also called them on Nov 12th and left a message canceling my order and they still took the money, i keep calling and getting a voicemail. i have contacted my bank and will be contacting the better buisness bureau! The unused pills will be going back!

Signed up for the trial of the pills, actually even received emails asking me to verify the order, decided not to verify and ignored the emails asking for more information. Did not receive the product or any type of notification. My checking account was charged for 119.69 without authorization.

Craigslist ad looking for weight loss participants.

I ordered a product from this company and i a small bottle, but within 10 days i was charged $89.97 and no more products i shut down my membership that i didn't know i had until i called and now it is so hard to get in touch with the billing department but it's easy for them to get my money out of my account...that's bull%@$& i'm pissed off.

I did not authorize this transaction the second time.They went into my account and withdrew $89.00. When I receive the product I will return it for a full refund.

I think my complaint is like all the other Acaislim complaints. I was offered a free trial and now am being billed $80 every other week. I have tried twice to cancel by phone and once by email but it doesn't work.

We ok a free trial for ACISLIM diet product and give them a credit card # for postage. They then say that they are authorised to continue sending the product ---at full price using our credit card #. The product seems to be A worthless grass in a capsule. We were acamed. psychonochols@yahoo.com

This company charged me an additional $89.97 that was never agreed to, nor was there any "fine print" in my initial order stating that there would be an additional charge. I want my money back immediately or I will take further action.

wow.. that is pretty bad. Cannot believe that they charge without your authorization. Please add your post with the names of company and their contact number. You can sue that company by doing that.

I have been having the same complaint. I got upset when I saw the charge on my checking account. When I called, the woman told me I was out of my 30 day limit and that she would cancel my "subscription" and that I should send the product back. I felt like she was telling me that if I sent the product back, I would get a refund. Foolish me! Now I have no product and I'm still out 86.93. It seems to me the Federal Trade commission would get in on this. I called six different times and talked to 6 different people. Maybe if they would do business better, they would not have to hire all those people to answer the phone and would not need to scam people out of their money.

Most definitely a scam! Product doesn't work and they rip you off by automatically shipping and billing you. If you want to return product you must pay shipping and have it insured which is of course not their responsibility. So what exactly do they feel responsible for? Completely unethical company that is just out to rip people off. I will be reporting them to the BBB. It is simple, go online if you would like to report them.
